Beloved masters, there is a Light Path that will lead you out of the density into the LIGHTNESS OF THE SPIRITUAL REALMS. The key that allows you to traverse this sacred path is within you, and it is called your Energy Signature or your Soul Song. Your vibrational patterns or energetic signature has resonance, cadence, tones and vibrancy, just like a song; and your original Soul Song was in perfect harmony with the Celestial Soul Song of the universe. Each dimension has a unique resonance and an identifiable harmonic sound pattern. Your physical existence is a reality focused on harmony and balance or the lack thereof; and the further you move into density, the more discordant your vibrational patterns become. In your material plane reality you habitually focus on tangible things which have substance or density, a time/space orientation of cause and effect. That each of you is the creator of your own reality is gradually permeating the mass consciousness belief patterns.
As you refine your resonance, you are gradually becoming multi-dimensional, which means that you are tapping into the frequency patterns of several dimensions at once. In order to make room for the refined frequencies of the multiple levels of the fourth, fifth and higher dimensions, there must be a clearing/cleansing process. Via the lessons and instructions we have given you over the years, we are endeavoring to give you the knowledge and the tools needed to traverse the path of ascension with ease and grace.
When you achieve a certain level of harmony within, you open the physical body gateways or portals to the higher dimensions: the ascension chakra or medulla oblongata at the base of the skull, the back portal of your Sacred Heart, and the expansion of the opening of the crown chakra. These are major steps in the ascension process, for they re-establishes your connection with the River of Life which contains the Living Light particles of Creation called Adamantine Particles. At that point, you begin to build a force field of full-spectrum Light as you strive to become a master of Self and a conscious cocreator who only creates those things which are for the greatest benefit of all. From that time forward, your breathing exercises and affirmations take on a whole new meaning.
The basic seven etheric chakras or ‘spinning wheels of electromagnetic energy’ were placed within the physical body as receptacles for the attributes, qualities and virtues of God Consciousness which were radiated forth from the heart center of our Father / Mother God via the universal great Central Sun. As you strive to return to balance and harmony within the four lower bodily systems: physical, mental, emotional and etheric, you will gradually refine your vibrational patterns and begin the process of ascension into the higher frequencies of Light. The chakra system begins to take on the radiance of the five higher Rays of galactic God Consciousness which become available when your Energetic Signature is refined enough to tap into some of the frequency patterns of the fifth and sixth dimensions and eventually higher. The five higher Rays will have a profound effect on the seven chakras of the third- / fourth-dimensional physical vessel. First of all, the reserve supply of Adamantine Particles of Light stored in a sphere of Light within each chakra will be released. The Kundalini or Serpent of Sacred Fire stored at the base of the root chakra begins to rise and the process called Opening the Seven Seals of Higher Consciousness is initiated. The chakras will begin to spin truly instead of out-of-balance, they change colors as they attune to the higher frequencies of God Consciousness, and they become iridescent, for they will be infused with the vibrancy and glowing luminescence of Creator Light.
The different colored luminescent Rays will assist in integrating and balancing the higher frequency patterns of galactic consciousness. The more you balance, harmonize and strengthen your chakra system, the more Divine Light you can absorb. The Spinal Column will eventually become a Rod of Light through which the Streams of Creator Light can flow freely unimpeded, whereby the process of ascension will be greatly accelerated.
There are many higher frequency Rays of Divine Light throughout this universe; however, during the present round of experience, humanity has had access to only the twelve major Rays of God Consciousness. That will change as you move into the more refined realms of Light, just as the Divine Blueprint has changed whereby in your future reality all three God Rays will Overlight you in a combination of attributes, qualities and virtues of God Consciousness, and your physical vessels will be programmed to contain a greater number of active chakras and frequency patterns. It is important to understand the physical schematic you were born with; however, it is now time to become aware of what your Divine Blueprint will be in the future instead of what you were in the past. You are evolving, my friends, and you are destined to assume the next level of human expression. We will speak more of this in the future. Suffice it to say, in time, you will be greatly pleased with your new refined and more radiant physical vessel.

Remember, beloveds, as has been stated many times before, it is not power that corrupts but the misuse of power. Acquiring power and wealth tests your inner strength and your spiritual maturity. It magnifies the positive or negative qualities that you already have. If you are functioning from greed, selfishness and an “I, ME, MY” point of view, it will reveal and expand those traits. If you are spiritually centered in a “WE, OUR, UNITY” state of Being, your virtues and positive attributes will be magnified and expanded. The wise ones do not struggle or focus on money alone; neither do they see poverty as a virtue. They begin by turning inward and focusing on magnifying their inner resources, gaining wisdom so they can be good stewards of universal abundance of all kinds. You are of no value to yourself and you cannot truly be empowered and of service to others if you are functioning from a poverty consciousness. You must be an example for those around you as you learn to live and express your own revealed truths.
In closing, we would like to clarify an old concept which has puzzled many students who have been led to study the wisdom teachings of the past. In the occult wisdom teachings of the 1900’s, The Great White Brotherhood was often mentioned. It was not intended that the term White Brotherhood was to define a color or race, but was a reference to the Light of God which is expressed as being crystalline white. Nor was it meant to infer that it was exclusively a masculine group, for there were/are many female masters who have always served in high-level positions in what has been called the Spiritual Hierarchy or the Cosmic Board.
The members of the ancient, cosmic Great White Brotherhood are a part of the Order of Melchizedek and consist of numerous ascended masters of the Earth, both male and female, as well as highly evolved, non-physical Spiritual Beings from all areas of this universe. In the past, they assisted humanity from within the various retreats and ashrams which were strategically placed around the world. These exalted Beings now reside in the various Celestial Cities of Light around the world. Those of you who are actively on the ascension path and have integrated a measure of fifth-dimensional frequencies within your physical vessel may now make nightly sojourns in your etheric body to the classrooms within the Light Cities in order to accelerate the ascension process.
It is to be known that, henceforth, this prestigious group will be called THE COSMIC COUNCIL OF LIGHT to reflect the evolving universal consciousness. Whether you accept it as your truth or not, beloveds, you are becoming galactic citizens and one of the future steps of en-LIGHTEN-ment will be the reunion with many members of your solar and galactic family of Light. At a future time, be assured that some of you will be asked to join the Council of Light as representatives of ascending humanity and the Earth.

I am Mary Magdalene and I greet you and welcome you into the presence of divine and sacred love and sacred light. Welcome precious ones.
We have gathered yet again within the presence of the divine codes of sacred light and sacred love. This is the time where we bring together the energies that have been initiated and we create a cavern of energies that will be held within the womb chakra of all of you regardless of whether you are a male or not.
This particular energy is that of the Holy Grail, it is linked to a powerful energy that comes forth from the centre of the Cosmos and that of our Divine Creators – Father/Mother God. These energies are vital to the upliftment of your own creative consciousness. The creative consciousness of every human being must now be raised beyond the old paradigm and the matrices of inhibition and limitation, for as these obstacles are removed so each of you discover the sacred cavern of your infinite wisdom within your heart chakra.
The heart chakra is a world within worlds, it is also a universe within universes and now the time has come for each of you to venture into those worlds in a way you have never done before.
Billions of energies have been released over the past six days and this will continue for the next sixty-six days. Every level of energy that is being released is lightening your load as a human being representing the divine imprint and sacred codes of Mother/Father God. It is vital that each of you understand that each time you release something you are lighter, this means that you are able to then integrate higher quotients of light, this light in turn activates highly evolved frequencies within the parts of your body that have as yet not received activation. This also means parts of your brain that have not previously been stimulated are also activated and today’s energy activation will alter the energy imprints that are emitted through the neuro peptides, this is very important because it helps to alter the transmission components within your brain, this communicates to the central nervous system which will in turn communicate to the higher aspects of your divine self and the lower aspects of the human self. This results in the lower aspects of the human self being raised beyond that old paradigm I referred to earlier on, and you find that these energies merge within a sacred vortex between Heaven and Earth and this is where Spirit meets you and the convergence of these energies open a doorway to fifteen of the Magdalene Columns within you and those that will now be activated.
The reason why these Magdalene Columns are being attuned to your physical body is because they hold the frequency of masculine and feminine, not one masculine and the other feminine, all fifteen embody the perfect balance between yin and yang.
The Four Fire Gates that we activate this evening are creating a superior ring of fire around your Planet, by superior we mean more advanced in its metaphysical essence, therefore the technology it embodies is deeper than the ones you have experienced prior to this, therefore the Fire Gates to come are not only opening higher dimensions but also raising the frequency of your body, your mind, your soul, your heart and your spirit. You are being transported into a whole new stratosphere of experience.
So close your eyes now if you have not already and open your heart to your personal guides and all those beings whom you work with. I want you to visualize a shaft of electric-blue light coming in through your crown chakra, moving down your spine and exiting through your base chakra into Mother Earth.
Breathe in deeply, exhaling fully, relaxing your body and your mind, concentrating on the sound of my voice and allowing your body to relax and receive the energy vibrations that are now being emitted to you.
The double-terminated Citrine Pillar is anchored and held within the centre of this pillar is a magnificent Sapphire Gemstone. This gemstone is held by the Ascended Master El-morya in conjunction with the Archangel Michael; these two energies form a polarity that helps you to tap into the divine inner wisdom of the God and the Goddess. Open your heart and feel their presence merge with yours.
The transmission between Heaven and Earth has begun, this transmission is a mirror reflection of the transmission between your inner God and Goddess and while these energies are being aligned with these higher frequencies so it is that the Elders of the Council of Truth and Wisdom join us. Welcome them and open your energy to receive them.

Open your heart now to receive the energies of Fire Gate Twenty-six which is held by Isis and Osiris. Breathe the energy into your heart chakra and simultaneously let it move to your crown and to your base.
Now attune your energies to Fire Gate Twenty-seven where I, Mary Magdalene and Yeshua stand. Breathe it into your heart and move it up to your crown and down to your base simultaneously and relax.
Fire Gate Twenty-eight is held by Guinevierre and Lancelot. Breathe this into your heart and move it to crown and base and surrender.
Focus now on Fire Gate Twenty-nine where Mother Mary and Joseph stand. Breathe this energy into your heart and move it to your crown and base and surrender.
I want you now to imagine two magnificent white lions, one male and one female, entering the sacred circle. They come to stand on either side of you representing the purity and the divinity of the God and the Goddess.
As you feel their fur against your skin so a rush of energy begins to course through your body and a magnificent amber spiral opens within your heart chakra emanating an exquisite amber ray. Feel this amber ray move through your body and as it pulsates through your body it connects with the very powerful Sun Chakra located between your base and sacral chakras.
The Fire Gate energies are going to be anchored within your Sun Chakra. I want you now to pull in the eight strands of energy from the four Fire Gates and breathe it into your Sun Chakra and feel its expansive power. Imagine it expanding beyond your physical body and merging with the amber energy of all the beings of the Golden Ray who have come now to welcome you into the centre point of the Golden Universe.
The Golden Universe is a world in which highly advanced beings reside. These beings have been specially trained to teach the ancient teachings of the origin of wisdom and love.
Each of you will be assigned a Golden Being who will work with you for the duration of the next sixty-six days and will awaken a golden portal within your body through which you will travel through time and space and you will receive the energies of the Golden Master. This being is currently in retreat, you know this being as our beloved Kuthumi, when he returns his energy will be very different, so different that his name will also change for it will embody a new vibration which will bring forth this golden energy I speak of.
Each of you will begin to receive your golden name, this will come close to the end of the time of the sixty-six days and it will be given to you by the Golden Master Kuthumi. This name will come to you either in meditation, in a dream or simply when you are relaxing. It is vital that you do not place any intellectual or analytical energy upon this for then you will block the flow. Trust that what you receive is perfect no matter how elaborate or simple the name might be.
So take a deep breath in now and as you exhale Metatron places a Golden Topaz Gem in your crown chakra. This gem opens and births one hundred and forty-four thousand Golden Topaz energy imprints, which are absorbed into the DNA of your body and this, beloved ones, will guide you in the direction of the golden pathway of your infinite wisdom and the infinite love that guides you.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale your Golden Phoenix flutters inside of your body and rises up your spine out through your crown chakra and as it rises higher and higher the flames of its power; your power, rains down upon you creating an energy field of golden flames.
These flames come from the Golden World and are serving their purpose by reminding you of the teachings that were brought by the Golden Child. The Golden Child is a being of infinite love and infinite wisdom and it is through the Golden Child that the unified God and Goddess is birthed, for it is from this palace of purity that you will receive the light of your divine counter-self, your perfect reflection.
This divine counter-self is an energy, an essence that resides within you and that weaves itself through the entire Universe. It is also the mirror image of God and Goddess.
I want you now to call to the essence of your divine counter-self and to draw this energy in through your crown chakra and breathe it into your Sun Chakra and surrender.
We are creating a sacred gateway, a golden highway, upon which you will walk. This highway will offer you opportunities to meet aspects of your higher self and the aspects of your divine counter-self. This energy holds the frequency of triplicity; this triplicity will merge on three levels inside of you.
I want you now to imagine a golden sphere hovering in front of your third eye chakra and another two golden spheres hovering at the height of your shoulders and I want you now to imagine three golden rods uniting these spheres so that a triangle is before you.
This triangle is your portal, your gateway into the Golden World. I want you now to imagine this triangle expanding in size until it is big enough for you to comfortably pass through but do not pass through it yet, simply stand before it.
Feel the energies coming to you from the other side of this portal. I want you to look into the portal and that is where your Golden Being stands awaiting you. Take a moment to connect heart to heart, Sun Chakra to Sun Chakra, crown to crown, base to base, third eye to third eye, sacral to sacral, throat to throat and solar plexus to solar plexus.
These connections are now liquid golden tubes of energy passing between the two of you. These golden shafts of energy are now feeding you with liquid golden light. This light is pouring through your chakras and opening the inner dimensions of your chakras to release whatever it is that you are aware of consciously and that which lies in the subconscious that has prevented your from fully embracing your divine counter-self, the twin that exists within you, either your God or your Goddess self.
Before you can walk into the Golden Worlds there is a level of energy that must be anchored which is known as the divine sacred marriage of the Golden Ones, these are the golden aspects of yourself which the Golden Child will oversee, therefore look into the eyes of the Golden Being on the other side of the portal, open your heart and feel your energy being pulled towards this being until you are standing face-to-face at the gateway. Hold the palms of your hands up to one another and as you touch a magnificent explosion of golden energy manifests all around you.
Your Phoenix now begins to descend again and comes into your crown chakra and another explosion of fire takes place inside of you and these flames are the flames of eternal life, the flames of passion and new found creativity that will help to drive you forward in your life.
This Golden Being is a reflection of your twin self, the divine counter-self. I want you now to press your brow against the brow of this Golden Being, your nose will touch and allow your lips to touch very gently. Some of you may feel little shock waves moving through your body for your frequency is now being adjusted so that you can withstand these new frequencies, these new energies and divine pulsations that come forth from this world of Golden Beings, a world in which you will find your divine Golden Child.
Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
Now allow your body to press up against that of the Golden Being and as all your chakras touch so another explosion of light manifests and you are drawn through this gateway into the Golden World and into the sacred Golden Temple.
Here it is that Melchizedek and Metatron await you accompanied by Lady Kwan Yin and Lady Portia. They are the ones who bear witness to this sacred union, the sacred marriage that will open your heart to welcome and receive.
Breathe in deeply and allow yourself to surrender and just become aware of how at peace you feel and how calm and harmonious the energies in the Golden Temple are.
The being whom you know as Lord Maitreya now enters. He is the one who conducts the sacred marriage. Feel his presence and surrender to it.
He tells you that you have embarked upon a journey of no return, this means the point you have reached in your own spiritual evolution does not permit you to turn back. You have learnt too much to fall again. You know too much to allow the lower ego to drag you down. You have completed many of the very important initiations required by a human being – those are done, it is complete. You have released the pain and suffering of your past and now we ask each of you to completely surrender to this twin self, this divine counter-self and merge with it.
Metatron and Kwan Yin come to stand behind you and Melchizedek and Portia stand behind the Golden Being you are merging with.
Their bodies emit pulsations of energy that open a portal for you which you will utilize to release your past imprints relating to your pattern of relationships – how you relate to yourself and how you relate to partners in intimate relationship.
Breathe in deeply, exhaling and just allow every paradigm from the past to drop and to move through this portal.
As the four beings keep the energy flowing there is nothing for you to do other than to let go. The patterns of the past are that, the past. You are receiving a whole new imprint, one that is brought to you by Father/Mother God. You are now receiving the gold-print of sacred relating and sacred relationships for you have earned it.
While you are releasing there are hundreds of thousand of souls coming forward who have experienced loss and pain in relationship, unrequited love, lovers who have been estranged from each other. Every level of separation, every level of pain and suffering in relationships now passing through and all the archetypes of the counterpart relationships are also passing through.
Breathe in and release.
There is a new kind of relationship that will birth, this relationship will not be for all, only for some who have the ability and the imprint to hold the vibration of the trinity. This means there will be individuals who choose to live with not just one partner but with two, this may be a man and two women, a woman and two men, three men or three women. This is not to be frowned upon with judgment for these relationships are for the purpose of anchoring the Holy Trinity. It is through these frequencies that the trinity of mother, father and child can emerge, maiden, mother and crone (the wise old woman). This is where the young page, the knight and the king unite.

We have gathered yet again within the presence of the divine codes of sacred light and sacred love. This is the time where we bring together the energies that have been initiated and we create a cavern of energies that will be held within the womb chakra of all of you regardless of whether you are a male or not.
This particular energy is that of the Holy Grail, it is linked to a powerful energy that comes forth from the centre of the Cosmos and that of our Divine Creators – Father/Mother God. These energies are vital to the upliftment of your own creative consciousness. The creative consciousness of every human being must now be raised beyond the old paradigm and the matrices of inhibition and limitation, for as these obstacles are removed so each of you discover the sacred cavern of your infinite wisdom within your heart chakra.
The heart chakra is a world within worlds, it is also a universe within universes and now the time has come for each of you to venture into those worlds in a way you have never done before.
Billions of energies have been released over the past six days and this will continue for the next sixty-six days. Every level of energy that is being released is lightening your load as a human being representing the divine imprint and sacred codes of Mother/Father God. We are creating a sacred gateway, a golden highway, upon which you will walk. And allows you to step outside of the ego consciousness, outside of the personality, to step outside of the linear sequence of your present life for a brief, yet prolific time to glimpse your true nature.
We have spoken this week about love, and the fact that love is far more than you realize. Most of the time when you humans feel love what you are actually feeling is simply the intonations of the heart chakra. Indeed you are feeling the emotional aspect of love, the physical aspect of love, the mental aspect of love. Masters, that feeling is only the tip of the iceberg. Love is everything. Love is the highest frequencial essence of the Universe, of the Cosmos. It is the frequency key, the frequencial doorway that each of you must enter to move higher in dimension. Love is so much more than you realize.
And know this Dear Ones. Love heals. We tell you that Love is a sacred science that ties all things together. Love is Truth that yields only to Greater Truth, Universal Truth. Love is Celestial music that flows in and out of each of you. And just as divine music is filling the spaces of this room through the beautiful efforts of this gifted musician playing now, love also flows through the Cosmos. Love is fluid and is ever circumfluent, rippling continuously through all places, all aspects.

And so now there is an entourage forming around you NOW. And Dear Ones, you know these people; you know each one of them and they you. They are true family, your Soul Family, and they are holding your hands. Take a moment to feel them, to squeeze their hand in recognition. They are surrounding each of you in this room with a resonate silveresque light, and that healing Light is feminine, it is of the Goddess Divine and is called the Platinum Ray.

And so we call forth the Feminine Healer, that of the Starseed Goddess, Guardian of the Sacred Platinum Ray.
Now, there is an amazing man that we have asked to come forward, and he is sitting in front of the channel now. There is an angel touching his shoulder. And so this man, Darwin, has come forward to take a lead in a great transformation that all of you are part of.
You see, there is a release that will soon begin taking place that you all agreed to be part of. And for this purpose, the veils of time are being pulled back. Being opened. And so we are taking you back in an era now that all of you, every single one of you, have experienced many many times. It is called Atlantis, home of the original red race, the Golden tall race, of the Atla Ra. Of the Law of One, of which most of you are a part. But we also come into the energy of Aryian, and the Sons of Belial. Some of you know that only too well, and indeed, it is as part of the balance. For in the Fall of Atlantis, began the imbalance of the overage of masculine force. And while both the masculine and feminine are required for the balance, it is the Feminine that is needed on the Earth now to regain and obtain sacred balance.
You see, the obtrusive control of other humans began with the misuse of genetic engineering by the Sons of Belial in Aryan. Five of you in this room now, were stuck in lifetimes in Atlantis in which you had horrific genetic limitations placed upon you. And with these implanted limitations your soul was not allowed to express itself in those sojourns. You were sequestered with hundreds of thousands to lifetimes of servitude without the ability to express love.
And so in this vector, now comes that balance for which you have waited. You see there are certain vectors, certain vortex portals that have an axialtonal frequency that connects to certain aspects within the linear circle of time and one of those has been opened now here in Sedona. You are in it, and we have stepped into a doorway that has just opened for us.
So now there is a specific Earth-Gate, not a Stargate, but a special Earth-Gate in time connecting you in this room now to the island of Aryan, to the area of the Belial within Atlantis.
Four of you, in addition to this beautiful soul, (Channel walks to front chair) were sequestered in lifetimes were you could not express yourselves. Four more of you had what could be termed genetic implants. These can be removed now. If you wait a moment for the adjustment, give us a moment to bring the energy into greater resonance in the time grid.
Now this moment, those of you who feel, who know, you were part of this, and you do know who you are, have an experience in Atlantis you would like to have changed, something you would like to be removed. We tell you to prepare for it. This coded energy will be offered to you, will be applied to you.
There were those in Atlantis who were referred to as the “others”, those who were essentially slaves to the system. The ‘others’ as they were called, were genetically engineered, manipulated into physical forms of purposely lessened capacity and born into lifetimes of confinement and work. They experienced energetic confinement and spiritual sadness, experienced tremendous traumatic blockage. Emotions could not to be deeply felt. Love was not allowed to be experienced.
We tell you Dear Ones, no one is meant to exist, on this planet, within this Earth, within this sentience, without experiencing love. Can you imagine the excruciating pain, the horrible frustration of being here and not being able to express who you are? It is like what the Yeti (Sasquatch) experience now, as they were also genetically engineered implanted in Atlantis to become beast of burden.
So we come to the moment and fulcrum of power that is opened in this room now. We come to a window that will allow you to put out a reverse wave to change the past. And you can change the past! You see within the eternal NOW, there is no past, there is no future, there is only this moment, right NOW. And in the eternal NOW is Universal Truth, and it is expanding into even Greater Truth, and that Greater Truth is within this moment. This Sacred Truth grows linearly, vertically, dimensionally and that Greater Truth is Unconditional Love.
You see, when love isn’t allowed to flow there is the short circuitry within the body. There is a semblance of a symptom referred to as chronic polar reversal but it is in truth more accurately described as auric short circuitry, its then becomes an energetic-emotional blockage that leads to auric bleeding. It is something that you all need to be aware of; you all need to maintain the integrity and flow of your auric field. It is part of the movement into the Ascension, into the crystalline energy.
And so we will ask Darwin, here and now. Do you want to remove this pain? Do we have your permission?

So as we continue with this healing, we tell you that many of you in Atlantis experienced this pain, of being trapped, of being not able to express who you are. Some of you carry this over now and it expresses itself in many ways. We spoke earlier today about Warriors of Light. Dear ones, the dark is just as much a part of the picture as the light. Dear ones, without the dark there could not be light, without the light there could not be dark. That is the nature of polarity, of duality, you see? Within that context both must be embraced, both must be released, they are part of the lesson of life in duality.
The term ‘Warrior of Light’ means having the strength to complete the task that was given you within duality. In the energy in this room now there are some magnificent healers present; there are some shamans present that carry tremendous ability to heal.
All of you in this room now can release whatever does not serve you. In so doing you are doing it for your planet. We have spoken of the Enochian, Alton Kamadoneon work, and indeed he is present now! We have spoken about the about the Ashtar work, about the work of St Germain who are also here now! We are ready then for the Healing that must take place. About the feminine balance that must occur. So bring that in now within you all. Bring in the Platinum Ray, to the balance of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Of balancing the inner duality of your male and female.
Many of you speak of the true need for the energy of the Divine Feminine on the planet. Indeed Dear Ones, it has been patriarchal far too long. And the Feminine energy IS truly needed to balance the planet.
But in this process masters, take note, it is NOT the just feminine energy that is the ultimate desired energy for the Earth. No! Rather, it is the balance of male and female that is the optimal.
It is the female energetic that is now required to achieve the balance. For the Earth remains overly masculine in resonance and that must be brought into equilibrium, into Divine Balance! And balance is that is what is desired, that is what is needed within ALL of you. Balance!
Truly, you are neither male nor female in your spirit form. In Spirit, you are the balance of both.
Your biblical metaphor of Adam and Eve tells you of Adams rib taken out of his side to form the other half, the female. The real message is that before you come into the earth plane you are WHOLE, with integral component harmonics of male and female. You only split into duality because this is the planet of polarity, of duality.
You see, the earth is a plane for growth. This is the planet of lesson. Of exploration of duality, so one aspect is male, one is female, both with specific purposes and lessons. All of you have been both many many times.
But NOW, is now the time to return to the balance. It is no mistake that when you look around the room that 80% of the people present are in female form. That is the energy that is required, it is the female energy needed to balance. Most of the males in this room are balanced in their male/female equilibrium. Many of the females in this room have been male in many lifetimes and have brought the energy back this time to be female in sequence, to be female in expression, to be female within the electromagnetic pattern yet carrying a tremendous strength not confined to one sex or another. In fact it is the female that is by far the strongest. Ask any woman and she will tell you (laughter). Oh yes, we have humor in the Angelic realm! (Laughter). It is one attribute that you humans will carry forward into Spirit.
The Divine Feminine, it is the nurturing, it is the strength. And that is what is needed on the planet now. The planet is in a cycle. Many of you think of it as evolution. It has also been in a cycle that is involution. Many of you think that the Harmonic Convergence is what has brought in this new age. Dear ones, the 13th century played a key role in bringing in this age of enlightenment. A period you have called dark ages. The fall of Atlantis played a major role in the enlightenment age you are feeling now. It was the dark that birthed the light.
Let me repeat that. The dark that birthed the light. When you feel these releases it’s because there is an axialtonal connection, there is a harmonic oscillation occurring. From the dark springs the light, from the light springs the dark. It is the cycle. It is (was) the seven centuries ,7th thru 13th century in a period called the Dark Ages that created the polar opposite of the Light, called the Fall of Orion. It is the cyclic down spiral initiated with fall of Atlantis and culminated in the Dark Ages that brought about this renewed purpose, called the New Age. The earth has cycles. The earth renews its cycle every 26,000 years. It is a graduation of consciousness. A reentering, a recalibration. The birth of a new world.
So it was a lesser Truth that yielded, that fell to Greater Truth.
Tomorrow you will be going to a most incredible stargate and I will be there. And you will send another wave back that will change the past. It will change the future. You will be going to bit of space outside the linear sequence. The place you call Shamans Cave is an Infinity point. It is not just a Stargate, it is an Infinity gate. And when you go there tomorrow, go there in reverence, go there in strength. Go there in a serious focus. Go there in sacred pilgrimage, in ceremony. It’s not a picnic, it is not a hike. It’s a mission you have contracted to take part in. A sacred oath you have agreed long ago to complete.
Your world is going through some changes now. Recently the economic system in the world appeared to crash. And Dear Ones, as we have told you there are more systems yet to fall. To reboot. It is the time now in which you must find balance. In macro and micro. Those who have manipulated, just as in Atlantis, just as in the US, just as in the major centers of the world, must be changed. The system of money must be changed. Spirit is not short of cash. Spirit has energy. You will find that the systems will gain work, sooner than you imagine, but your interpretation of money is going to change. That the vision of the monetary system is going to change.
Humanity can no longer stand on the planet in places that you refer to as the 1st world and silently allow what is termed the 3rd world to wreathe in hunger and destitution. The new paradigm cannot abide in a world where a small handful of people have everything and the great masses of people are born into indentured servitude just as occured in Atlantis. It can’t work in the new paradigm, it’s got to fall.
Even now in South America there are changes that are meant to happen, that are taking place.
Changes have to come to America. You in America chose hope or fear in your last election. You think of the United States as a country and you think of yourselves as a citizens. The United States became a corporation based on profit and power after your World War II. And in the process the masses of ‘citizens’ became employees. Enslaved in debt, manipulated by the media, and intoxicated by quantity. It is not just America but most of your countries to varying degrees. Not those of you on the true path, but the indeed the manipulated masses. And that has to change. It is enclaves like this that will allow it to change. You are here for that purpose. To put out that highest good. And allow these changes to happen. Allow the highest good to occur. Allow the healing to take place.
Dear ones, I want you all now to send a tone and this tone will be amplified. It will be carried by the entourage of the angelic realm that’s in this room with you now. There many, many here now, walking in the aisles and between the chairs. So with that tone, send the highest good around the planet.

We share with you these precious moments. What you are doing this weekend is very important. You are keeping your end of the contract you made long, long ago. You had a very special man yesterday who spoke about crystal skulls. And that was an important piece of what you have contracted. The energy of the perfect paradigm of the12 strand DNA is within the Unified Crystalline Field. It is the perfect paradigm of the 12 aspects of the 144, 12 squared. And the of that termed the Golden Spiral. You are forming the golden spiral in this spot, in this location. It is no mistake that certain people were drawn here. It was no mistake that this particular spot opened up. It is no mistake that you are going to the infinity point tomorrow. And that is your purpose. To put out intent, the energy to draw in the crystalline field, the perfect paradigm. The highest good, the impeccability. The language of love.
On December 21st, 2012 will be the event that you think of as the Ascension. The end of one world, the beginning of another. But we tell you, for many of you Dear Ones that date is not written in stone. The Ascension is not an astrological confluence. For some of you the Ascension is occurring now. For some of you it will occur next year. For some of you it has already occured. It is not written in stone. The Ascension is determined by what we would term as the Light Quotient of humanity. Approximately 9-10% of the human beings on the earth carry sufficient light to ensure that the ascension will occur. And it is that light quotient that makes it take place. It is not a specific date on the calendar.
And so within the vector of this place now, within the vector of the stargate, the infinity gate you will go to tomorrow, the ascension will have already occured. Many of you have actually come back from the future. Some of you are envoys of light from the future that came back into this specific time to help navigate through these waters because you know where the twists and turns are. Some of you are what we call walk-in’s, that came in specifically to bring a very potent and very powerful energy to help heal because you have been here before. And there are two types of walk-in’s. There is the walk-in that is actually a merger with a more evolved part of the soul that is within the same root complex of the soul. And then there are the ones that are a complete contractual switch of the soul within a particular body. And that body, just as your earth reconstructs itself every 12,000 years, your body reconstructs itself every 7 years.
The sequence of time is moving faster on your planet because of the 26,000 year cycle. The speed of light is moving faster now and that changes your perception of time. Your clocks no longer accurately measure the pulsing flash-unit of time. The inner core of the earth is spinning faster. The outer core of the earth still rotates around the sun at the same rate. The ratio has changed. Light is moving faster although it will be decades before your mainstream academia recognize it. And in the future, in the lifetimes of the Crystal Children, the rotation around the sun will shift, it will move faster. Instead of 365.25 days around the sun, it will accelerate the solar cycle by almost 7 days faster.
Indeed there are myriad changes that are going to happen on your planet. They are in initial irreversible process, and they are necessary. Let go of the fear. They have to happen. It’s a rebooting. A new program is coming around. Your economic system being rebooted and the paradigm of your planet is being reformed. The polar ice caps will melt. And that crystalline water needs to be dissolved because it holds vibrations that no longer serve you. There are microbes and enzymes within those frozen centuries of millennia of water in the polar ice caps that will become necessary in the years to come. The changes need not be globally catastrophic. There will be regional changes but it need not be a global catastrophe as you saw in Atlantis. It will be regional in ways that you have seen around the ring of fire. It can be gradual over a period of 80-200 years. Your own reaction to it will, to some degree, determine how it happens. Will you react in fear and amplify it? Or will you understand it and act in love and let it take its course?
Coronal mass injections, tsunamis, the super hurricanes, super tornadoes all create frequential change that is necessary to the planet. The perfect storm, a cocktail of harmonics that balance the planet. Were these not occurring, we assure you, that global cataclysm would occur on a major level. These are allowing it to be stepped down. Don’t fear them, don’t reject them, and don’t amplify them. Allow the highest good to come. They carry the perfect acupuncture of the earth that injects perfect frequencies that are required. Do not attempt to stop them. Do not fear them.
And you humans are so ready to assume the guilt for global warming. Dear Ones it is the cycle of change! We tell you that your polar ice caps would be melting even if you were a campestral society. Much as you like to blame yourselves, you are not to blame for global warming. Cycling requires the event. The primary cause is the speedup of the inner core rotation of the earth. The changes will come, they are requisite. It is for you to release and allow the highest good. Fear not! Stop fighting. It is already occurring.
And so dear ones, we close this session and we tell you how important it is for you to love one another. How important it is for you to nurture yourself. How important it is to nurture each other. Treat one another with respect, with caring. You are all family. You all came here for this purpose. And your time here will be over so quickly. You are caught in a linear sequence, congealed thought in time.
It seems to you in duality that your lifetimes are long. Dear Ones they are but a flash. A fleeting flash. You are so much more than this one aspect. Spiritual life is eternal, but physical life is not. Every single one of you, dear ones, every single one of you in this room right now has an unseen counterpart in multidimensionality, standing behind the veil helping you through this. That counterparts is telling you everything will be fine. That counterpart is your own HIGHER SELF. The real you! All of you have guides that are aspects of your higher yourself. All of you are here with me, Ascended Masters, looking back through the veil. You have been here before, you will be here again. The beautifully composed symphony plays and then it decomposes. And then you play again. There is purpose in it. Purpose that through the filters of consciousness and duality that make it difficult for you to see. But there is myriad benefit, complex, profound purpose for your being here. And dear ones, your guidance comes from you. Not from this channel, not from Metatron, but from you. You are a spark of god, you are a co creator of this universe. You are a powerful soul anchored in divinity. Take your guidance from inside, not from outside. Don’t give your power away. You cannot go into the crystal field if you do not love yourself. You cannot go into the crystal field if you do not empower self. Take control. That is how you are a warrior of light. Not by fighting people but by overcoming doubt, overcoming weakness. The struggle is against the self. The snake that eats its own tail. Love yourself, see yourself as who you really are.
Celebrate the time you have remaining today and tomorrow. Honor this beautiful earth. And it is beautiful. And it will be changing. Honor this magnificent consciousness of this area. Some of you talk about the energy shifting from Sedona. Dear ones, the matrix of this energy is the very rock in this ground. This Red Rock is 400 million years old. Do you think 40-50 years of people living in its midst deeply affects this ancient vortex ? It’s like less than a second in your lifetime. The vortexial energy is truly not mal-affected. Yes, Sedona is a Cathedral, it is sacred, and yes the commercial aspects are a detriment, but you can and are rebooting it. Put your energy into it. Love this place, love one another.

We, the Arcturians, welcome you back to the Arcturian Corridor. Much has occurred in your life and in your world since we first activated this Corridor on September 11, 2008. Changes are everywhere and within everyone. Each of you is now a refined instrument in Gaia’s orchestra performing the symphony of “Planetary Ascension.”
Are you ready to continue your journey? Good! There is more for you to learn/remember here in the Corridor’s Crystal Temple. To resume your travel, feel the Cosmic Joy, which is OVER – UNDER – AROUND – AND – THROUGH YOU! Feel this joy as a magnetic pull, which is directing your consciousness, once again, into the NOW of the fifth dimensional Crystal Temple.
Take a moment to experience this fifth dimensional Temple, as well as the shimmering presence of your Lightbody SELF. As you look around, you see before you a semicircular table with magnificent Beings sitting in each seat. These Beings are members of the Galactic Federation. The Federation is comprised of fifth dimensional and beyond Ambassadors of your local Star Systems.
Because of your own fifth dimensional resonance, you can easily perceive these higher dimensional Beings. Some of these Ambassadors are higher expressions of your SELF, who have taken form in other realities and with whom you have, consciously or unconsciously, received communications. You can also see the Ambassadors from systems that you have not yet experienced. Among the Star Systems represented here NOW are The Pleiades, Sirius A and B, Andromeda, Orion, Antares and others. Message From The Galactic Federation
Dear Grounded Members of our great Galaxy,
We are here because we wish to assist you in remembering and integrating your lives on other planets, galaxies and dimensions. Every time you integrate a new aspect of your Multidimensional SELF into your conscious perspective of SELF, you expand your consciousness.
We can help you now because your grounded conscious has reached a frequency of unity that allows you to receive transmissions from the fifth dimension and beyond. Furthermore, since you have integrated your Multidimensional SELF into your consciousness and earth vessel, we, the Galactic Federation, are able to pick up your signature frequency even when you are absorbed in your everyday, physical reality.
Once your signature frequency tells us that you are ready to meet the higher expressions of your SELF on other planets, Star Systems and dimensions, a communication portal opens between your higher expression and your earth vessel. In this manner, we can constantly transmit messages, support, and most important, unconditional love to you from the fifth dimension and beyond.
We wish to tell you that this portal now connects the Galactic Federation to your earth vessel. Because of this connection, we can officially welcome you to the Federation. It doesn’t matter to us whether or not you see your self as an individual, for we see you only as the great Multidimensional Being that is your true expression. To the degree that you are able to accept and integrate this higher vibration into your earth vessel, your life will begin to resonate to the fifth dimension.
There are some grounded ones who do not wish to return to their fifth dimensional home in the land of unity, peace and unconditional love. They feel that they are not ready to leave their homes, loved ones, careers, pets, etc., etc. If you are one of these people, do not be concerned, for there is to be no loss, as there is to be no leaving. Instead, you are transmuting the very fabric of your reality from the dualism of the third/fourth dimension into the unity of the fifth dimension and beyond.
You can “alter your reality” as quickly or as slowly as you desire. This is your ascension. You have practiced for this moment in myriad lifetimes, and/or waited beyond time to participate in this grand event of Planetary Ascension. Look not to what is happening outside of you. Instead, concentrate on what is happening inside of you. Transmutation begins at the level of consciousness then progresses into your physical body, your cells, your DNA and into your external reality.
One warning. Whether or not you believe it, YOU are creating your reality. Never forget that your great creative power is accompanied by an even greater responsibility. Because of your expanding creative power of manifestation, it is important that you constantly monitor your thoughts and emotions and focus your intention on the process of Planetary Ascension, for as you become increasingly fifth dimensional, whatever fills your consciousness fills your life. Therefore, focus on your consciousness and attend primarily to the higher dimensional voices that guide and lead you. Simultaneously, recognize all illusions of fear and separation so that you may instantly release them from your attention and focus on love.
Sleep and meditate as often as possible so that you can release old, limiting beliefs and allow the seed of your Lightbody to safely grow within you. As your Lightbody grows larger and larger, it will serve to filter-out the illusions and limitations of the third/fourth dimension and filter-in the truth of the quantum world, the fifth dimension and beyond.
Your quantum world will be perceived by your DNA, specifically your junk DNA. The 97% of DNA that has been labeled “junk,” for lack of a better definition, carries myriad inter-dimensional wormholes, which will receive messages from the quantum world. At the same time, the expanding scalar/torsion wave systems within your earth vessel will receive the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension and beyond. Your opened Third Eye will then translate these body transmissions into your human language so that you can share your message with others.
Your grounded, earth vessel actually serves as an antenna, which can receive only the frequencies to which it resonates. Hence, as your personal resonance expands, you can receive sub-space transmission from deeper within the quantum world and further up into the higher dimensions. Eventually, your grounded form will become the bridge which connects the deepest quantum realities with the highest frequency worlds. At this point, the circle will be complete and you will release all need for space, time, or form.
However, please enjoy each step of your exciting return to SELF. You have chosen, in fact, “stood in line,” to take a body at this time. On the other hand, we have chosen to “stand in the wings” to help you remember that you are performing in the final act of a grand play. We, your guides, observers, and higher expressions of your SELF, wish to give you a rousing applause for putting on a fantastic show!
Now that we have made “first contact,” we encourage you to remember that we are available to you with a thought or an intention. We also want to remind you that the best carrier wave for any transmission is unconditional love. We are aware that your grounded one may be finding it difficult to love itself unconditionally. Thus, we close our message by introducing you to one of the Members of our Federation who is one of the many components of your Multidimensional SELF. Since this Being is a higher expression of your SELF, we know that it will be easier for you to accept it’s unconditional love.
We understand that unconditional love is not common in your polarized, third dimensional reality. Because of this, many of you have never experienced love that is free of all conditions. How can you express what you have never experienced or give what you have never received? However, once you can experience, trust, and accept the unconditional love flowing from this higher expression of your SELF, it will be natural for you to emanate unconditional love from your grounded self.
The Ambassadors of our Federation resonate with the ONE of the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, they did not travel across space and it took no time for them to come to this table. Every dimensional world on which you have lived, visited, or from which you have received communications, has sent an Ambassador. Since there is no space here, it is not crowded, and since there is no time, they can all be here at once.
All the Galactic, Solar and Planetary Ambassadors who are here with us are constantly aware of their grounded ones in every galaxy, planet and dimension. This task is not difficult for the Ambassadors, since they are fifth dimensional and beyond. Hence, they can easily dispense their energy patterns to as many realities as needed. In fact, all of you who stand before us can do so, as well. You have just forgotten. Members of our ground crew who are returning to SELF usually need assistance in reconnecting with these innate abilities.
Now, as you stand before the Ambassadors, allow one of them to step towards you. Remember that you are in the fifth dimension, which is free of time and space. Hence, release all third dimensional limitations that would make this meeting impossible. Within the HERE and NOW of the ONE, “impossible” does not exist. Here, there is only truth and unconditional love. It is the unconditional love streaming towards you from your higher expression that allows you to know the truth of your Being. Please experience, trust and accept this love.
The Star Being standing before you now is one of the many higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. Listen with your heart to receive a message from your SELF:
“Dearest grounded self, I see that you are in-between. You feel vast changes within you that you cannot fully understand. You know that the symptoms that are occurring in your body are symptoms of your transformation. For example, your Third Eye is opening, which may cause a draining in your physical eyes. You often feel as though you can’t stay conscious in the third dimension, but also cannot stay fully conscious in the fifth or the fourth dimension either.
“Your fourth dimensional sleep is often more work than your physical life. During your “sleep,” you are visiting many parallel realities and waking up with messages that you can’t quite remember but feel within you. You sense a deep peace and infinite gratitude, but you also deal with a great fatigue most of your waking life. This fatigue is because your third dimensional life is becoming too heavy, too slow, and too unreal.
“You are not ascended, but you are no longer just human. You are beginning to think fifth dimensionally, which means that your third dimensional thoughts are heavy and slow in your mind. Now that you stand on the threshold of a new reality, you experience more love for your physical life than you have ever felt before.
“You are receiving answers and illuminations to questions that have long been unanswered. Yet, at the same time, you are totally confused. Third dimensional illusions are dropping away, but the physical world still continues. The difference is that now it is more naked to your perceptions. However, this truth is often heavy to carry, as you are still surrounded by a world filled with illusion and fear.
“You, my grounded self, are returning to your innate multidimensionality. You have largely released your fears and usually live in love and gratitude that you are returning to your Multidimensional SELF. However, judgment and impatience remain as your two worst enemies. Judgment is your enemy because to judge another person, place or thing takes you out of the Unity of the ONE. Impatience is an enemy because it takes you out of the NOW of the ONE.
“You waited, lived, died, suffered and loved for millennia of lifetimes in order to experience this moment. For this, I lovingly commend you. I ask you now to enjoy every second of your life while you still live in third dimensional time. Focusing your intention on enjoying the moment will propel you into the NOW. As you learn/remember to live in Unity with all life and enjoy the NOW, your consciousness will become more and more firmly implanted in the no-time of the fifth dimension.
“Then, instead of living in the third dimension and visiting the fifth dimension, you will live in the fifth dimension and visit the third. Surprisingly, your life will not change that much. What will change is your reactions to life. In other words, once you KNOW that you are creating your reality, you will no longer be able to be a victim. You will be fully aware that the manner in which you engage your intention and attention is the primary causal factor in the reality you create. In fact, you are having that experience now, as what you think about, you bring about.
“Just as there are octaves of the fourth dimension, there is a shallow end of the fifth dimensional pool. In the lower fifth dimensional octave, you still hold form and continue life much as you did in the third dimension. However, you are free of all the threat that has separated you from your SELF and your SELF from the ONE. In this threshold reality you can gradually gain your fifth dimensional balance.
“As you slowly adapt to your new reality, you will be less and less attached to acquiring possessions and other aspects of life that have given you comfort in your third dimensional incarnations. Gradually, you will feel more at HOME and be able to release even the illusion of the third dimension. However, first you may be inclined to assist your fellow humans who are still trapped in the myth of the physical plane. You will remember the special gifts that you have honed over your many physical incarnations and use these gifts to assist those in need.
“One task/service that you shall share is breathing your Crystal Energy into the physical world to assist in transmuting the matter of Gaia and all her inhabitants into their innate expression of Spirit. Dear grounded one, I now return to the Federation, and you will return to Gaia, our beloved Sister of Light. But first, the Arcturians will instruct you in the transmutation of physical into crystal, matter into spirit.
“Before I return, I wish to merge my expression with yours. Feel, my dear grounded self, as my heart unifies with yours, our minds become ONE and our emanations intermingle—forever free of all limitations of time or space. Through all eternity, we are ONE.”
Dear Ones, do not question your connection to the Galactic Federation and to your inter-galactic SELF, as it pulls you out of the Cosmic Flow of the Crystalline Energy of the fifth dimensional ONE. This kind of questioning acts in much the same manner as wanting. When you want something, it is because you believe you do not have it. In a similar fashion, when you ask a question, it is because you do not believe that you KNOW the answer.
When you question your fifth dimensional experiences, there is an underlying energy field indicating that you do not believe in your SELF. In the fifth dimension, your thoughts, beliefs and emotions are instantly manifest. Hence, if you believe you do not know your SELF, then you do not. In the same manner, if you ask a question, then you indicate that you do not KNOW the answer.
To be able to surrender to the Crystalline Flow of the Universal Mind, you will need to release the need to ask a question, as it separates you from the ONE. Within the NOWNESS of the Universal Mind, all is KNOWN. Once you enter the Crystalline Flow your consciousness calibrates to the Universal Mind and enters the All KNOWING. While connected to this Flow, this KNOWING is instantly transmuted into experience. This manner of gaining information is quite different from when you ask your brain a question.
To better understand this concept, take a moment to experience the difference between “asking a question” and “entering the ALL KNOWING.”
First, ask your human brain a question

As you can see, when you ask your brain a question, it separates your consciousness into question and answer. Furthermore, obtaining the answer requires the “time” it takes for your brain to research, calculate and/or remember the answer.
On the other hand, when you merge with the Universal Mind, you are ONE with the Flow of Crystalline ALL KNOWING of the ONE. Within this KNOWING there are no questions or answers. There is only illumination.
To merge your consciousness with the Universal Mind

Center your thoughts and feelings on the inter-dimensional portals of your Third Eye and your High Heart

Combine the two portals into ONE inter-dimensional portal at the level of your Throat Chakra

Once logged-in to the Crystalline Flow, you find that you are moving effortlessly along a stream of Universal, Crystalline Consciousness
You float through what appears to be a tunnel of light and find that you, too, are of light
You look around and see what looks like a circuit board of stars. It is the unconditional love that connects all the stars to each other, to the Flow and to you.
You are a point of light in the network of this Universal Mind. Your brain, which is a neuron in the Universal Mind, holds the question,
“Can you show me fifth dimensional Earth?”
You awaken to find that you are truly awake. The great fatigue of many third dimensional lives is suddenly lifted. You look around your bedroom and see that few things have changed. However, they appear to glisten in a manner that they never did before.
You look at your body and are surprised to find that it, too, glistens in the soft morning light. You must still be asleep, you think. This experience could only be a dream. You sink back into your covers, but find that sleep will not come. You are fully awake and can no longer hide from that fact.
But where is the disaster, the fear, the turmoil? How could ascension come so quietly in the night? How could you awaken to a new reality as simply as opening your sleepy eyes?
“It has always been here,” you hear an inner voice whisper into your heart. “You did not have to create it, or work for it or even deserve it. You only had to raise our resonance to the frequency in which you could perceive it. The SELF that you are now is the ONE whom you have always been.”
A slow awareness of truth grows in your mind as you begin to believe the inner voice. Whether or not this experience is real, you decide to attend to it, accept it, believe it and enjoy it. You leave your bed and go to your window to open the curtains.
As you look outside, you see that the world is much as it has been, yet wherever you look there is that same glimmer. You think, “I want to go outside to better see this world” and instantly, you are outside. “What happened?” you think. “I was just in my bedroom.”
Instantly, you return to your bedroom. Everything seems the same, you seem the same, yet as you think, “I need to get dressed,” you are instantly dressed.
“Whoa,” you think, “This is too fast. I need to slow this down. I don’t know if I am ready for this.”
Suddenly, the glimmer dims in your room and on your body. You look outside again and the external glimmer has also gone.
It is then that you hear, “Would you like some training?” You don’t know who is talking, but your answer is, “YES!”
Instantly, you return to the fifth dimensional Temple in the Arcturian Corridor, standing again before your Ambassaor SELF.
“You are the programmer of your reality, but you have not yet fully prepared for this joy and responsibility.” When you are ready, we will travel the Corridor into the sixth dimension, turn off the illusions of the 3D matrix and re-calibrate your mind to the new operating system of Living in Surrender.
“We will then take you to your Oversoul in the seventh dimension so that you can visit your Soul Family. In this manner, you will be better prepared for the new reality that you are about to live. Are you Ready?”
“YES!”
As you answer, the glimmer of the world returns to ignite your Soul, who breathes into your heart,

Your experience of Unity expands your consciousness beyond the planet and you look down to see the entire Solar System. It slowly expands before your vision, each planet slowly moving further into space. Gradually, the crystalline glimmer returns. This glimmer fills your form and connects you to the Solar System, the Galaxy, and the dimension. As you watch, the harsh boundaries of the physical world are softened by the crystalline energy. They also soften your heart and mind. You no longer need or fear or wonder. You ARE, you LOVE, you KNOW.
With your expanded awareness of SELF, your form expands, as does your vision of the Solar System. You relax into this expansion and realize that the space ”in-between” each cell and planet is not empty. Instead, it is filled with an ever-expanding and beautifully ornate Crystalline Grid. From your perspective, you see these fibers of crystal integrating into everything that was once known as matter, just as it also fills the space in-between. This matter, which was once separated from the whole of the ONE and condensed into “individual” physical form, is transmuting into its source material of Crystalline Spirit.
You wonder what could be the source of this transmutation. The answer comes from within your KNOWING as a softly expanding experience of pure, unconditional love. This love whispers to your Soul, “Love is the Source. Unconditional love is the multidimensional resonance, which is the power source for all creation. When unconditional love fills your consciousness YOU become an engine for creation. You, a Divine spark of the ONE, are a graduate student of Schoolroom Earth.
Your culmination will begin when you fully encompass the consciousness of the Being, Gaia. Already you can see how the web of the Crystalline Grid has expanded to fill more and more of Gaia’s form. You feel the resistance of some humans and the total acceptance of all of Gaia’s non-human creatures and elements. The experiment of individuality carries a high price, as some are unable to release it, even to become their SELF.”
You direct your unconditional love toward those humans who have become so lost in the separation and darkness that they can no long respond to unity and light. Patience and freedom from judgment allows you to bless them as you have been blessed. What you give, you receive. Hence, as you bless others, you receive a blessing yourself. This loving energy expands your visions so that you can see the overlap of all the multidimensional realities that exist, not only on Gaia, but on all the other planets, as well as the Sun.
You vow that when you return to your every day life on Earth, you will remember to breathe this Crystalline Light and unconditional love into every aspect of your reality. In fact, you feel yourself returning now. So that you do not forget this journey, you imprint on your consciousness:

The Merging of Soul Partnerships -Sirian High Council
On behalf of the Sirian civilizations of light, we applaud you in your
efforts to transcend human limitations on the path of righteousness.
We acknowledge your challenges and offer insight on your journey of
exploration.
Surely tough times fall upon the planet and her people. Times that
will certainly require new ways of thinking and interacting with the
intelligence of the universe.
For it is indeed the holy time of global resurrection through the
pulsing Adamantine particles… a noble venture that requires every
human participant possible to act as a collection vessel of divine

What many are experiencing during the ascent into higher consciousness
is the scientific struggle between particles of light and dark, matter
& antimatter… or in more esoteric terms, the struggle between higher
and lower levels of consciousness.
It is in this struggle that those on earth will find the true path of
oneness and it is on this path that the virtuous will begin to rise
and lead humanity to its destination among the stars.
Those on the path to total fulfillment of full human potential are
beginning to awaken to the divine splendor of particle creation and it
is in the process of awakening to this greater potential that much
darkness rises up to seemingly to engulf you in its mire.
But we assure you that this is not the case at all. What is truly
happening is happening around you, not to you and its basis is purely
energetic.
There is no right or wrong here, not good or bad, only the process of
integrating higher levels of light. In this, it is required that all
lower levels of consciousness be transformed. or transmuted. or
realigned. or reconnected at higher frequencies to ensure the survival
of the planet and her people.
This process, however temporary, can account for the seeming
disconnection that you and others have often felt in your recent time
on earth, and in your relationships. This process is not nearly for
the faint of heart, but we would like to remind you that all is well
and on schedule. and waiting for your arrival at the next stage of
your evolutionary journey, that of reconnection with your divine
counterpart.
What does this mean you may ask, and we will share that the
reconnection to your divine counterpart is the merging of polarities
within you, the proverbial male rod and female staff that will create
the force field of divine creation both within and around you. This is
the merging of the twin flame energy as held and contracted by you and
your soul partner to accelerate the awakening process.
We realize that it is a jump to consider that all of the discord you
are experiencing is in fact a good and beautiful process, however, we
would like you to consider this notion.for surely on a higher level
and by divine decree, your intention was and is to go through this
transition while still in human form.
You are of a giant brigade of warrior souls who decided that you would
come to earth to unveil your true essence as a master of creation and
assist the world in the great ascension of human consciousness.
That time has long passed you by, for you have been making these
changes on a spiritual and cellular level for quite some earthy time.
But what you are now beginning to witness are the changes in your
physical environment that are a reflection of your new and higher
connection to source.
In this we will add that though you are experiencing many levels of
discord in your physical life, know that this is only the result of a
recalibration of energy surging and redirecting the atomic components
of matter to align with your new intentions.
This is a very natural and very necessary part of ascension and though
it can seem rather frightening to witness these changes, we assure you
that the outcome is for your highest good, that which you have
intended for a very long time.
Rest assured that once the finalization of these energies completes
itself you will be well aware of why you endured the uncertainty and
that strife was only a matter of resistance to what will be.
If we could assure you of anything, it would be that you are well
looked after, and well cared for in many dimensions and that
everything you are experiencing is in divine and perfect order.
Chaos is merely a reflection of reorder and reorder is the order of
the day!
All of life on this planet at this time are undergoing an arduous
restructuring process… from the very cells that make up your human
biology to the governing systems of every nation.
This includes those who join you in the conscious brigade and those
who do not.
Regarding Soul Partnerships
We wish to assure you that any feelings of disconnection from your
sacred love and soul partner that you may experience now and again is
in fact, vibrational, for the frequency of your electro-magnet-ic
energy field is being rapidly upgraded and re-attuned to higher levels
of love.
During this expansion process you naturally lose the magnetic
attraction to one vibrational field as you enter into the next. This
loss of connection creates discordance, disagreement and an inability
to see eye to eye, but this vibrational clash is temporary and waxes
and wanes throughout the journey through the upward spiral of
evolution. As you increase in vibration, so too does each and every
life form in and around your field alter to match your newer and
higher resonance.
Are you beginning to see the value in your commitment to love? It is
much bigger and more profound than what meets the human eye, we assure
you.
This attunement process also ensures that the love you are soon to
experience in your life is a love of divine and sacred union. Soul
partnerships in this lifetime have two purposes. to assist each other
in the ascent of consciousness, and to collaborate in new earth
endeavors as a united team of co-creative efforts.
As you are undoubtedly witnessing, any obstacle standing in the way of
these efforts will rapidly dismantle. On the exterior this may seem
catastrophic or less than enjoyable to experience.but again we draw
your attention to the fact that this is purely energetic and as the
elements align to lay the foundation for your new earth’s experiences,
you will come to know the rewards in extraordinary ways.
The process of dismantling is nearly complete and though we would like
to tell you what this means for your next steps, we really couldn’t
say. This is because the next steps will be of your choosing, and from
a place of pure consciousness. Your role will be to create the new
earth with the combined gifts of your sacred labors in union of divine
love.
The elementary way to create life was to be in physical control of
your earthly endeavors while managing the rising levels of discontent
each step of the way.
The masterful way to create life will be quantum in scope and
therefore of your choosing. This next step on the rung of your
evolutionary ladder ensures that you command the elements of your
reality to match the frequency of your desires for the highest good
and the good of all those whom you love.
And this will become the second sacred purpose in divine love.as the
polarities within you merge to become whole again, so too will the
polarities in your sacred mate merge in unification to collaborate
with you in higher ways of love.
What a joyful time awaits you…
For several years you have endured what we would term a trial period,
for you were asked to achieve the impossible and have wholly
succeeded.
Now we ask that you raise your sights to see a new horizon and to
accept your destiny as one of fulfillment, sacred love and joy.
There is nothing left for you to do, for without your interference,
all elements will fall perfectly in place and surrounding you are a
team of beings to ensure this process goes as smoothly and as
effortlessly as possible.
Hold steadfast to your inner knowing that all strife will soon
dissipate under the magnificent light of new creation. The world
around you will continue to crumble in many divine ways but you,
benevolent ones, will remain securely fastened to the foundation of
new earth should you choose to see life through the eyes of divinity.
Be at peace knowing that you are fully protected and supported through
this and every change. All that is love is of divine order and all
that is in divine order would be impossible to destroy.
Eventually, all arrive at truth. All this you already deeply know.
We are the Sirian High Council applauding your endurance in the face
of adversity and already celebrating your success.

Rebirth
It makes for interesting moments of spontaneous synchronicities and “out of the blue” movements in between long runways of quiet or stillness. It gives us a feeling of magnetic “choppiness” as the sensation of how we actually feel the external energies moving around us. That choppiness can make one feel disoriented (what day is this?) to lightly dizzy. (what’s going on in my brain?) We have been spending a lot of time needing to sleep, to meditate or lay down in order to integrate our new selves. Others are still in the phase of “completions” and have been coming full circle with the many persons, places, or things from the past identity. (example: reconciling or ending family of origin or ancestral issues)
This time is the beginning stages of another profound phase of the “Rebirthing” of our consciousness, the rebirthing of ourselves. Many of us are embarking in the first phases of the second coming! This means we are emerging into the authentic wholeness of our core truth and embodying that more fully as a physical reality. Many of the Indigos and Lightworkers are being asked to step up into new levels of participation with the Galactic based frequencies and are required to discard all the past information and learn a completely new way of relating to spirit. We are being asked to comprehend that what we referred to as “spirit” is actually many different levels of intelligence and that we may need to quantify that intelligence to increase our discernment. We are all the many facets of the “One” yet we each have a unique note to play in the prism of God consciousness. Additionally many of us after June 7th (post the Festival of Humanity) will be set onto completely new life patterns and spiritual purposes.
As mentioned last month, 2009 is the year of the planetary 5th dimensional lightbody upgrade with many shifts adjusting our mental body, throat chakra and the “energetic “umbilicus” connections. This new umbilicus will be adjusted to the still point area in between our ribcage and we will feel a lot of energies swirling about in there. (see last month’s news) This has a capacity which is like opening a direct channel in our lightbody to experience God consciousness, expanding us even further beyond our soul matrix connections. Also, this represents the first level of our 3D human mental body expanding into the higher archetype of the 5D human group mind and therefore “divine will” becomes an experience of the self. More of us will leave the concept of Me, Myself and I, and move into comprehending the experiential reality of “We” or “Us”. This is the first evolutionary phases of humanity experiencing “Unity” as a consciousness rather than a concept.
Some of us will be travelling to the 5th dimensional Stargate ( Macchu Picchu, Peru ) if it is needed for us to pick up 5D coding in order for us to fully integrate these changes. (Many have already been there to pick up the 5D coding) This lightbody upgrade will accelerate in more of the Indigo and Starseed population during the ascension wave scheduled to kick off approximately May 8th and reaching crescendo on May 11, 2009. Then these ascension waves will move out in larger concentric circles impacting more of the general human population. The Guardians tell us this is one of the most profound times we as a race are beginning. That we have waited eons for what is going to happen energetically in the next two months.
Physically Flattened Out
This is a crucial time to feel your inner discernment with your physical body and to decide what is best for you, from a place of empowerment and not fear. We want to help you find that discernment within to understand that sometimes your God self is utilizing a “disease” state to shift your body beyond old energetic patterns. Your God self will also choose to isolate you from others if you need to be alone to undergo this deep level of transmutation work.
The 5D symptoms have been intense and more so for those of us that have required an extremely fast shift in the cellular/molecular structure in order to handle the new energetic platform your God self has chosen for you. It can actually feel like you have been “mowed down” or flattened out. This is an extremely important time that you realize when your spirit has actually taken over many of the bodily functions. What you “think” is disease or trauma is not actually what is going on for you in your spiritual body development. And for some of us depending how quick we had to get up to speed, this looked really severe and extreme at the physical/3D level. This extreme physical shift looked like a severe “dysfunction” and many of us may have appeared to be a complete mystery to the medical system. Those of us that choose (or have chosen) that fast transmutation path appear to be anomalies and medical miracles all at the same time. Our current 3D medical system is not equipped to comprehend or handle many of these strange “symptomologies”. The medical system in these ascension cases are unable to answer the question – What is going on with the body? These abrupt physical symptoms are appearing now and will continue to accelerate in the human population as the ascension energies continue. Be absolutely clear – Do not panic, do not go into fear. Communicate with your guidance and your bodies and use this time allotted to rest and recover. Know that this is a time of rebirth and sometimes in order for us to rebirth ourselves it may feel like a “death”.
Common “Symptomologies”
Since the bloodline is clearing and the umbilicus is moving upwards, the symptoms prevalent are: intestinal and stomach distresses, gallbladder issues, herniated tissues in and around the stomach and lower abdomen, sometimes bloodletting or bleeding tissues. Common are nausea and digestive upsets and intestinal complaints. The spleen is also coming online and activated, so spleen flutters or energies on the left ribcage area also may be experienced. The Throat area as well as the back of the neck have been active, swollen or a bit painful. Kundalini flu and viral symptoms are also a way that your physical body transmutes and burns out old DNA patterns. Microorganisms such as virus and bacteria also play their role with shifting the cellular consciousness and at times honoring this as a process within your body is extremely helpful.

Stay connected to your spirit, take care of yourself and stay out of fear programs)
We have been reminded several times that the physical body is an “alchemical container of polarity synthesis”. As we transmute lower density patterns, as we transmute carbon based biology into higher silica states, we undergo (at times) huge purges or events that are purposed to shift the cellular consciousness. This is required in order for the physical body to actually “embody” more of its soul intelligences, more of its divinity. Literally we are carving a space inside our bodies to carry more and more of the descending consciousness of our God Self.
(Which is the literal process of Ascension) This requires lower density patterns, including emotional conflicts or old traumas to be moved out, and sometimes in order to accomplish that quickly the spirit decides to physically flatten out the body. Even though it is not pleasant try to trust your higher intelligence knows the best path and cooperate with the process. Do not resist! This is requiring the highest levels of surrender, adaptability and flexibility in TRUSTING YOUR SPIRIT!
Resurrection Template
At the Full Moon festival of Easter, the weekend of April 12th, began the human embodiment prototype program of the “Resurrection Template”. This is a project taken on by a smaller niche of the Starseeds that have agreed to be the first level of human ascension prototypes. If you are a Starseed and noticed you were physically flattened out on Easter weekend, ask your God Self if you are a contributor to seeding this “template” into the planetary consciousness fields. In most cases this appeared as the archetypal “death”, then after three days “resurrected” and then moving into the integration of the “seven days of creation” as a pattern to build the new energy reality structure within the holographic identity.
In many cases spirit uses archetypes (and mathematical code) to integrate itself into physical matter. The Christ archetype is one such pattern. The embodied Christ master number is 33. The higher octave of this pattern is 333. Many of us will be seeing these sets of numbers (and others) flashing in our consciousness awareness. 3333 also represents the higher octave of the Trinitized Form, the Embodied Christ. The Triad, Trinity, Triangle and all sets of threes are highly active in the holographic reprogramming of the fields and are a part of the shift happening right now.
The resurrection template is the base human model upgrade utilized to create the new energy architecture for the new platform moving us beyond the duality matrix. Also, it is a template of the Christ Intelligence designed to adjust the lightbody’s time clock to the age of the Christ Avatar, which is the biological human age of 33. This was a part of the original divine human design that we would begin to embody our 12 D Avatar consciousness at the biological age of 33.
It is not everybody’s job to embody this process however it is worth mentioning to our Starseed family who may be involved in this project and not clear what is happening to them. If this is your role, know you are on schedule and that you may have felt phantom death energy during this integration process. Phantom death energy is a sensation of the feeling of the “death” of the physical body however it is not a literal death and should not be taken as such. (As our bodies are undergoing humongous shifts as designed by our God Self, the old physics governing our bodies are also changing. What may appear unresolvable or desperate, will and can manifest a literal miracle. Miracles are a byproduct of God consciousness!)
The Three Festivals
The Guardians mention we are entering a critical phase of our human group consciousness based on the energetic principles and alignments of this year’s Three Full Moon Festivals. Triads and trinities are the manifestation base of creation and many of the alignments and frequency exchanges happen within a “triad” pattern. The power of the Trinity is being actualized within the field of the planet now, and this is happening in alignment to the Three Major Full Moon Festivals.
The Resurrection template was aligned to be deployed to humanity with the First Festival, The Festival of Easter. Now we are ready to experience (download) the energy transmission of the Festival of Buddha (or Wesak) on May 8th, 2009 which coincides with the massive Ascension Wave 5D coding. There is also an astrological triple conjunction occurring at this exact time as memorialized below by Barbara Hand Clow:
“The triple conjunction of Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune in 26 Aquarius, the “Triple Conjunction,” intensifies throughout this lunation, and then it culminates during the New Moon in Gemini May 24; it inspires expansion of spiritual healing. In preparation for the upcoming Festival of Buddha, there has been much Stargate and portal activity focused now in Wesak Valley in the area of Tibet bordering India. This is the location of the 9th dimensional Stargate which at the Galactic stations connects into the Andromeda constellation. Guardian forces have been clearing a network which they refer to as the Asian Grid. Since the second week of April our group has been involved in the 9th gate of Tibet pretty consistently. If you are a gridworker you may be aware of the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan lineage related energies being prominent in your awareness. Over the past few weeks the Dalai Lama had his gallbladder removed which was three sizes larger than normal. Many of the ES family is aware of the Guardian stance on the gallbladder meridian being an 4D Astral Gateway into our physical body, an meridian energetic entrance between the lightbody and the physical body. (As a 4D Astral entity you’d probably want to hang on to the Dalai Lama to ride on his spiritual “coat-tails” as a portal on out of here too!)
We were asked to stand in the 9D Stargate and hold it open down here on this plane while levels of our ONE family arranged into formation. As we were spinning a huge 12D vortex, sonic booms were ripping through the atmosphere and Armies of DEFENDERS of TRUTH were grounding in here. These Defender Warriors are groups that are the new levels Of Protectors for the Guardian races and Christ Living Light Code Holders in this Universe. They represent the Changing of the Guard on this planet. They are not from this Universe, they are coming in from the Galactic connector points we have so diligently been working on, as the “handshake hubs”.
They are preparing for May 8th. and an frequency showdown around this Stargate and the Asian Grid network. This is a pivotal area where the energies were siphoned off the earth to power phantom space, phantom grids (parasitic networks) that were being translated from the consciousness stuck on the Asian Grid network much related to the guru-disciple relationships that have been common on the Earth in the last cycle. What we are beginning to understand is that although the Galactic Beings of Phantom Spaces at this level have immense levels of power, they chose this on their own actions at a “cost”, and the cost is that their “bodies” , their consciousness, are immortal and not eternal. Only the Christ body is eternal. (coded with God Spark) And it is the end of the cycle and in a sense the “payback” of their actions is here. This is not from judgment its is from understanding there is nothing more superior or elite than God consciousness, and they have been under their own programming of enjoying their supposed “ God status” while abusing others in the Universe, such as exploiting the human races into serving their cause and effect as ( essentially) their slaves.
This means they have been using the Christ Consciousness code in human angelic lineages to power themselves for eons, at a suppression cost of the physical consciousness ( something they chose to allow as an action) and for many they have attempted replication of these forms and have not been successful replicating the God code, as the replication bodies are still “ finite” or birthed as inorganic substance forms. They can exist “ immortally” for very long epochs yet at some point they will cease to exist as they are not “eternal”. Oddly this created a strange love/hate ( perfect in polarity consciousness) on the creations they were asked to safekeep and nurture into completion As Eternal Gods. As we humans started to be exhibiting powers that they did not have available to them it resulted in some strange dynamics of “angry gods”, which demanded to pay alms to their “godliness”. Many of the sacrificial offerings and salvation (religious) philosophies were imprinted to humanity from these “ false” angry gods. (Such as Jehovah, Annu, Marduk) How interesting! We never asked them why they were not “eternal” when we ( the humans) actually have that potential.
Since the Galactic frequency outpouring ( esp. since October) the 9D SG is also opening contact into the inner earth, and these areas are strategic to the Incension program, that which connects to Inner Hub Worlds. Like the Lemurians, there are factions deciding how they can flee to the inner earth timelines and spaces, or gain access into the Inner Hub Worlds that access into these Inner Earth Gates. They are trying to slide on out with us into these portals, and yet they do not have the encryption nor the code. They have no agreement with the Aurora, Elemental Command or the Guardian Races, as they have refused the rehabilitation programs. As these areas of the inner earth timelines are revealed, it gives us insight to another layer of what the Tibetans Guardians were assigned to as protectors of this area for the Earth.

Note from Antera and Omaran: St Germain is an amazing Ascended Master who has served humanity for thousands of years and has been a teacher of ours for decades. This message was in response to some questions we asked about protection and clearing out energies that are currently holding lightworkers back.
Well, this year is one of many changes, and most people will be challenged, and are already being challenged, to the core of their beings, and to the extent that their environment reflects their highest expression. Sometimes that means people no longer fit with who you are. Sometimes that means where you live, sometimes that means simply old things you need to get rid of, sometimes that means attitudes and beliefs, etc. Even cleaning out areas of old energy in your house helps you work through these challenging energies, because anything that does not fit will be challenged.
As the year progresses it’s only going to escalate, and those people who are paying attention, and using their tools and considering this a spiritual upgrade of the highest caliber, they are the ones who will have the easiest time of it.
But I am watching, I am watching as all of these things occur and sending my love and my blessings to all of the lightworkers who are trying so hard to change their lives and those things that they have put off . . . in time. This is what I watch. Those who are not at all aware yet, I have not much communication with, as you can guess. They hold a lot of density, so much that at times it looks like there is no way to clear it all, but, because of the lightworkers, because of those who are diligently working on themselves, and on the planet, and on these situations, there is always hope. There is so much that one lightworker can accomplish! One light, shining bright, cancels out many thousands of negative thoughts.
So your best protection is that of pushing your radiance outward. As long as your radiance shines outward, and there is a positive pressure on your surroundings, a positive light flow going out, then nothing can get in because the flow is going out.
As long as you are bringing your energy into your life from above — through your antakarana and I Am Presence, and up through your grounding cord from your beloved planet — as long as you have those two sources of energy, this is inexhaustible, it is infinite! There is never a shortage of energy, there is never a shortage of flow! This can and will be a challenge for all lightworkers, to continue to bring these sources of energy into their systems and radiate them out upon the world in such a way as to deflect anything that comes in to the contrary. It reaches out to counteract negativity, negative thoughtforms, and negative emotions. It simply goes out and radiates … radiates! This is the goal!
Until you reach that stage you may need to keep very, very diligent with your protection, constantly monitoring. Remember, I have told you that most of the action is on the inner planes, and that most people have no clue about it. This is still the case … it is still true that most people do not have a clue as to what is really going on, and how the world works, how the physical world is the last place for energy to crystallize, and that the long process before that has been going on for some time.
Become more aware, and sensitive — sensitive in the way of awareness, not sensitive in the sense of being affected by the energies swirling around you. Sensitive in the sense that you know what is going on, you are aware. This is what you want to continue to build, so there are no surprises. If you are continually aware of how your energy feels, and what is going on with your system, you will be able to sense immediately when there is a change, when there is a shift, when something has happened, or when there is an indication that there have been changes in the flow.
I say this because sometimes people will start on a flow, and continue to create it even though it has changed, beyond the time that it has changed. They tend to get latched onto goals and are not then following the current flow. This flow of energy, this constant flux, constant creation, and how this consciousness matrix affects your particular energy field in every moment, this is awareness, this is enlightenment, this is the ability to know, to sense, to feel. And this is what is most needed on this planet … more awareness.
Now on the lighter side, I do see many people waking up. They don’t know they are waking up, but they are! And all of the land healing work you and others have done in this country is amazing in its effects! People simply do not have the underpinnings of bad behavior anymore, the underpinnings are gone. Now, it is simply a question of them letting go of habitual behaviors.
The overall awareness is also, I must point out, going to shift quite a bit when some of the older people, who carry a lot of charge, are dismissed from their bodies … and some younger people. There will be some dismissals, because they cannot carry forth in their bodies with this kind of consciousness shift. And this is fine. Because when they leave, much of their issues and malformed energies will go with the body.
There will still be some that is carried forward with them, but at this time of transformation, it is now allowed and encouraged that a lot of the dross and negative thoughts and toxic behavior is to be left with the body. Therefore anyone who leaves their body gets an uplift of energies, whereas before much of this had to be carried forward.
So, you see, this has been quite an upgrade for people on the planet, and there is an advantage, in this way, to leaving the body. That is not to say that suicide is an option, anymore than it ever was, but it is to say that souls who have no other means to heal can take this option. There will be opportunities.
And this is the time that we are in! A very exciting time, to say the least.

The Angels* May 2009 Relationships Now
It is easy in all of this transforming energy to be confused about your relationships. We will specifically be talking about three different areas of relationships: Your relationships with others, your relationship with your loved one and your relationship with yourself.
Being a *Lightworker* who is holding higher 4th dimensional energy and integrating the *light* of the 5th dimension, you are no longer being told by karma or your original soul plan who you are to be friends with or what type of people will be in your life. This is a good thing to have happened; except some of you are without friends or would like more friends. You needed to cut the ties with those that you had karmic connections with; unless they too were ascending and you were able to form a new bond with them. This was necessary for your Soul to make the transition into the higher energy. At this point, you can have friends; you just need to call them forth…literally. Here is an example of how to do this: “I thank you Lord that I have friends walk into my life now that resonate close with my heart. Show me clear signs of anything I need to do to bring these friends into my experience. Thank you. Amen”
If you feel that people in your life are taking your energy or don’t resonate with who you are today, it is important for you to honor what your needs are. Most of you walk at the 5th dimensional level at some point every day. Because of that no one can steal, take or shift your energy. The only way you can feel differently around anyone is if you believe they can do this to you, if you allow them or if you drop your energy to the lower 4th dimension. Because we remember that this happened for most of our lives in the 3rd dimensional energy, some of us still believe it can happen now. I am being told to tell you that it can’t. To stop letting people affect you all you need to do is make a logical shift in your thoughts. You are now in a position to affect the world, not vice versa. That is the power of the 5th dimension.
If you grew up in an experience where the family relationships were dysfunctional, they still can be. If family gatherings are still having the same negative energy, you need to understand that your family members may not have ascended with you. If you are still experiencing emotions or feeling shifted when you are in that situation, there is still a lower energy tie between you which can be cut through forgiveness. You can do a forgiveness exercise for each individual in your family that you are experiencing this with to help clear your end of this experience. (I have placed a forgiveness video on my website to help you which explains how to do this quickly and easily.)
The family that we were born into was very specifically selected by us to teach us to love ourselves. So with that, most of us picked families where love was not given or meted out through control. This was not incorrect, it was perfect for us for what we wanted to learn as 3rd dimensional beings ruled by our egos. Now that we have raised our energy to the more loving 4th dimension, we no longer need to learn that way. But our family members more than likely did not shift as we did and accept the spiritual energy. Some of us still have family members in the 3rd dimension and lower 4th dimension. How do you deal with them as you ascend and they choose not to? You do it through love and compassion. You forgive them for the things of the past which will help you view each situation that comes up as fresh and new without all that emotional weight attached. Then you can choose how to feel and not automatically be told by your body or brain how to feel.
On this new, higher path without karma that you have agreed to walk on, you always need to let the Universe know what you need and desire. Things just don’t automatically show up in your life anymore. If you want friends and have asked for them and friends are not showing up, then you are in a small group of Souls who are working on other spiritual things where you need to alone for a period of time. You may be learning something that you will be sharing later or you may be integrating more *light* or many other things. There are many reasons for this and hard for us to list them all. Ask your Angels what the reason is for not receiving an answer to your request. If you know you are not working on anything at this time, then make sure you did actually make the request or simply make your request again. We are to have friendships now. It is important, especially for those people that do not have a major love in their life. It is necessary to balance your energy between giving and receiving. You won’t be able to give out love to others in this higher energy for very long without having an equal amount or more of love going back into your life. In the future when we have fully anchored the 5th dimensional energy, we will be capable of learning how to be alone and still share with others however, not many will do that in this lifetime. This is because most of our Souls are here to learn about different aspects of love and the easiest way to learn that is through relationships with others.
We made an interesting shift in Universal energy as of January 1, 2009. Each soul was asked starting in June 2008 if it wanted to ascend. (Not necessarily ascend to the 5th dimension. We were asked if we still wanted to work on connecting to our Soul or did we want to be more grounded and work on only Earthplane issues.) Changes in relationships started showing up at that time. For some of us, it happened in our love relationship. Things occurred after this question was asked that would not have happened otherwise. These people made decisions which caused them to pull away from us. I am here to tell you that if you went through that, it was necessary for that loved one to be away from your *light*. They could not make that Soul decision while be overwhelmed with the *light* that you are constantly emitting. If you are with that loved one again or both of you are working on getting back together, that Soul answered the Universal question with a “Yes, I want to ascend.” For those of you that experienced this you may be feeling like you are on shaky ground. This is mostly because it came out of the blue and shocked you. See, you never would have left that person. You would have continued to forgive anything and everything because you try to keep the bigger picture in mind. So Spirit in some relationships had to do something drastic to get you two apart so that your loved one’s Soul could have an opportunity to answer this question in only their own *light*. Once the decision was made, they came back. We know that it is hard to forget what occurred during that time, however with forgiveness and with this knowledge of why the interference in your relationship really happened, you will be able to put it behind you. Keep your face to the *light* and know that you are capable of having a new and brighter love with this person because they did choose to ascend.
If you have not reconciled with that person, your loved one’s answer was “No.” The reason that you are not back together is that a door closed on January 1st. You are on the higher, ascension side of the door and they are on the stagnant, lower energy side of the door. If this happened to you, please understand that this was not that person’s fault and it was not your fault. This was a Soul decision and not about just this lifetime. It was about all the lifetimes the Soul has lived and where it wants to go next and how quickly it wants to go there. Forgive them. Forgive yourself. And be excited for what is ahead for you. I have talked with many people in their Soul Sessions recently and healed them of this energy. I know how hard it is when you loved that person and then all of a sudden it was taken away. If you cannot move past this situation, you will not be able to bring in another Soul who is capable of loving you in the way you truly deserve that is wanting the higher energy too. Pray about it and see if you are ready to let go and move on.
The relationship with yourself has also changed. With your decision to ascend and to remember more consciously who you are as a piece of God, you are exuding more confidence and power through grace and love. Not feeling it? It is there. Remember to be gentle with yourself during this process of remembrance. You have all the puzzle pieces lying on the table but sometimes you try to fit the piece in the wrong place. The good news is that you have all the pieces! If you feel that you are not able to go out in the world because you get shifted, then be conscious of when this occurs and work on it. Pray about it. Ask your Soul why this is happening and then change the response you have to the world. This walk you have chosen is about being conscious of who you are. In the 3rd dimension we were walking mostly unconsciously and just accepting life because we couldn’t have anything different than what was originally set up for our lives. Now you are in a position where you can create your life. The big difference between you then and the new you is that are not doing anything through ego. You have power but it is not egotistical power. You give love but it is not through control. Tell yourself that you are loved. Tell yourself that if you were not in this world now, it would be lacking something important and necessary. Take care of yourself in a way that you never have. Truly allow love to flow into every part of your life…your body, mind and spirit. This is what you have been seeking; the piece of God that was missing in your life. You have been seeking this piece for many lifetimes outside of yourself and always felt incomplete. Now you can have it. You can finally love yourself. It’s time!

As a side note, I feel it is necessary to say something about all that has happened within the last month. The channeled message given on April 1st, “Not If, But When” was certainly timely. I have been receiving emails and questions during the private Soul Sessions about the current events and particularly how to handle the swine flu. The exact answer I received from the Angels was, “Be ye not moved by the things that you see nor the things that you hear.” Do not have fear. Fear does not resonate in the 5th dimension and therefore, you will lower your energy if you get into fear. Be smart. Do what you logically know to do about not accepting the flu virus into your body. But other than that, don’t dwell on it. Don’t worry about it. It cannot “see” you if you don’t lower your energy. That is why there is no illness or disease in the 5th dimension….because you will be invisible to those lower energies. If you have have a negative thought, affirm to yourself out loud what you want for your experience. Do you really want to experience the swine flu? If you have the thought that you could catch it because someone sneezed next to you, say out loud something like this as soon as possible “I AM strong and powerful and invisible to any virus.” Or based on the direct answer from the Angels say, “I AM not moved by the things that I see nor the things that I hear.” And then don’t have another thought about it. This is very, very important: do not fall into fear. Re-read the April message if need be. It is going to be a guideline for other things to come as well. Remember we are powerful as we stand in the *light*. Where there is *light*, no dark can be. We may not have met before however I know you and you know me. And I want you to know that I AM standing there beside you in the *light*. You are not alone. This too shall pass.

Beloved masters, the ascension process is initiated when you become aware that you are out of harmony with your God-self and our Mother / Father God, which leads to a desire to make life changes. Thus, a Divine discontent ignites within as you seek your own highest truth, and the desire to transmute and release past transgressions begins which, ultimately, includes the process of forgiving all others as well as yourself.
Maintaining a state of harmlessness is the foundation of the ascension process. Discord begins from within and is triggered through misqualified thoughts. There are many levels and stages of ascension: personal earthly ascension, whereby you gradually balance and harmonize your chakra centers which in turn triggers the process of clearing your physical vessel and your auric field of discordant energies. This begins the process of downloading the upper portion of your MerKaBa to create a star tetrahedron, the MerKaBic field of Light. As you progress in consciousness and attain a more refined resonance this basic field of Light will gradually transform into the MerKiVah, which is the Light vessel of ascension. Thus begins the solar system and galactic ascension process for humanity. Ultimately, we will experience the universal ascension process together. This phase of ascension will take place in the far-distant future; however, we in the higher realms of existence have had glimpses of this prodigious cosmic event and, we assure you, it is so magnificently complex and awe-inspiring that it is beyond your present comprehension.
You, the Star Seeds on Earth at the present time, have a vast, rich and glorious past, and this critical assignment on planet Earth is only one of the many important missions you have accepted in your long journey into the great void of unmanifested space. Many of you answered the call from the far-distant regions of the Omniverse in order to be a part of this universal experience. Before you began your decent into density, I promised you that we would reunite when our universal assignment was complete, and we would go forth together under the guidance and command of the Supreme Creator to the next glorious task of carrying out the mandate for the creation of new worlds and star systems, perhaps, even a new universe.
The Essence of the Supreme Creator resides in your diamond-core God Cell deep within your Sacred Heart which was placed there before you began your journey into physicality. The attributes, virtues and qualities of God-consciousness were stored within the chakra system and a reserve of Adamantine Particles were also placed within each chakra.
To advance on the spiral of ascension, you must take the Sacred Fire you personally need to become a self-master; and then you must share your newly gained wisdom with others in order to proceed to the next level of en-lighten-ment. This is a universal law, and if you do not share your Light and your wisdom, the energy flow of God particles will gradually diminish. Pure motives and intention, a loving attitude and a desire to live your truth as it has been revealed to you, along with a will to be of service are vital if you are to traverse the spiral of ascension successfully.
You may advance slowly upon the path of evolution by connecting with and drawing forth the Sacred Fire from your own God Self; however, you may call upon the ascended masters, the archangels who are ever ready to assist you or any of the great Beings of Light you resonate with. Ask them to overlight you with their qualities, virtues and attributes. This will put you on the path of accelerated transformation and will help you to attain the necessary Light quotient to move to the next level of God-consciousness. Your advancement on the path is carefully monitored by your Higher Self. If the inner light of awareness shines too brightly too soon, it can be a strain on the conscious mind and the ego desire body, thereby creating a battle for supremacy. Whatever energy you draw forth, qualify and direct out into the universe becomes your sole responsibility and will surely be returned to you some day, either in a positive or a negative form. This is the law of karmic cause and effect.
Each soul draws forth a quantity of its God-Self essence in proportion to the life’s mission it assumes for a particular incarnation. The choices you make as a physical entity with free will determines how much of your storehouse of Sacred essence you will have access to and can benefit from. Remember, the unconditional love you embody and project contains the formula for igniting the Sacred Creator Fire within. You must be vigilant in maintaining an energetic signature/ frequency pattern of the highest resonance in order to assure a constant flow of the Sacred particles of Creator Light from the higher realms.
Beloveds, we are rapidly clearing the way for you to become Divine messengers, inspired teachers and initiates of a new way of existence. The Divine Rays which originated within the heart core of the Supreme Creator are refracted Light of stupendous power, which has been stepped down and refracted through the prism of our Father / Mother God’s consciousness via the Great Central Suns of this universe.
Humankind has been living in the shadowlands since the sinking of Atlantis. Humanity gradually forgot the source of their being, thereby sinking deeper into polarity; and thus the broad spectrum of duality began. You will learn the lessons of life through experience, suffering or grace. Which will you choose? You must clear out your emotional storehouse of the past, the old emotional grudges and self-judgment that lower your self-esteem and empowerment.
Very few souls have been privileged to have access to the wisdom teachings of ascension which are now being revealed. Before the Earth year 1930, the secret wisdom teachings were only given to the most spiritually advanced souls by the ascended masters within the retreats and ashrams around the world. These teachings were called ‘occult wisdom’ which means hidden or veiled. Also in1930 a Divine dispensation was granted, which was the first time since the final sinking of Atlantis that the knowledge of the individual I Am Presence was given to humanity; and the transforming energies of the Violet Flame were accelerated in preparation for the forthcoming ascension process of humanity and the Earth.
As you learn to use the universal laws of manifestation, it is of vast importance that you discipline the mind and clearly define what you wish to create, for as you assume the mantle of an empowered Self-master, you will more readily create or become that which you focus on. In the past, your desires, thoughts and intentions were foggy, unclear and unintentional, and were often influenced or ruled by the sub-conscious or unconscious mind. The science of the soul will guide you along the path of soul education and spiritual evolution. The wisdom teachings of today could be called a passport for ascension. Pure motives and intention, a loving attitude and a desire to live your truth as it has been revealed to you, along with a desire to be of service are vital if you are to traverse the spiral of ascension successfully.
What good is information if you do not use the knowledge to gain wisdom, thereby assisting you to draw forth more Sacred Fire or God Particles of Creation, the full-spectrum Metatronic Light which contains stepped-down Supreme Creator Light, instead of the half-spectrum primal life force substance that has been available to earthlings since darkness put a cloud over humanity’s consciousness and your life-force was greatly diminished?
True spirituality means adhering to the living truth and is not practiced just one or two hours a week as in done in most religious ceremonies. It is an incessant burning desire to be in constant communion with Spirit. Humanity must move past the shallow waters of orthodox worship into the mystical river of life. Akashic records are vibrational patterns–positive or negative–which are stored within the cosmic library which contains the total history of creation.
White fire God cells, called Adamantine Particles, are the essence of your Being. That is what is referred to in the saying ‘You were made in God’s image.’ Each of you must learn how to draw forth the Sacred Fire containing Adamantine Particles of Light necessary for your ascension, and for the ascension of the Earth as well. The ascension flame must come through the hearts of men and women like you in order to be accessible and beneficial to the Earth and humanity. The more Adamantine Particles you draw forth from the cosmic river of life, activating them with your own precious gift of love and then allowing the major portion to flow through you out into the world of form, the more your allotment will increase and the more god-like you will become. Through you, the Light and power is blended with your earthly essence and stepped-down or transmuted to acceptable frequencies to be used by humanity and also to be integrated into the Earth. Through your efforts, this Divine elixir of life is now available to the animal kingdom in a greatly modified way, and it will also be used by the devic and elemental kingdoms to nourish and replenish the nature kingdom. It is important that you understand, the rays of Creator Light nourish and sustain all Creation. The Sacred Sites around the Earth were fueled with the cosmic energy within the great crystalline spires which were implanted in strategic places around the world when it was first created. You, the Star Seed, are now the living sentinels of Light who are acting in the capacity of Bearers of the Living Light.
Light Packets which contain advanced information which is sometimes difficult to decipher are being down-loaded to those who have begun the process of unifying the Sacred Mind and the Sacred Heart. In time, this will become a normal process; however, for the time being, you must allow yourselves time to turn inward and contemplate what is being given to you so that you can transform the knowledge into wisdom and integrate that which rings true to you. You must then put your newly-found wisdom into action which will gradually enhance your Light quotient and will add a new vibrational pattern to your Soul Song. Ask yourself this question before your sleep time: What have I contributed this day to the human/earthly storehouse of wisdom and loving energy? Living in a state of harmlessness in the NOW moment is your goal. Remember, with greater gifts comes greater responsibility.
As you become more proficient as cocreators on the earthly plane, you must constantly monitor your energy patterns and seek to upgrade them. You must strive for sustained harmony and refined godly expression. You must liberate the power of the Sacred Fire within which has lain dormant for many thousands of years. You must learn to direct and focus your energy into the areas of your life you wish to change. By establishing and constantly upgrading your Creator Wheel of Life, you are planting the seeds of focused change and you are supplying the Sacred Fire of Creation needed to manifest what you have envisioned. When you can do this proficiently, your personal world will become a wonderland, and you will become a beacon of Light for all to see.
