Choosing a New Start
To be sure, your efforts are individual, yet they are also cooperative as great numbers of people wake up and begin to connect energetically to create positive changes.
The initial phases of humanity’s transformational shifting, underway for a very long time, have led you to where you find yourself now. Some of this evolutionary growth you experienced before this incarnation, as you were preparing for what would occur during this pivotal life. As an example, you may have previously incarnated with people who you would meet again this time, helping one another to progress spiritually.
In this lifetime, you have encountered one or more wake up calls causing you to seriously challenge the status quo. There is no correct way for this process to occur, so avoid the temptation to label your experience or compare it with that of others.
Your Catalyzing Life Event
Your catalyzing life event could have been losing a job, experiencing a financial reversal, moving to a new place, divorcing your partner, facing a debilitating illness, or experiencing some other major change in circumstance. Any one or a number of these could have stirred a deep inner discontent and questioning of things you never before questioned. When this happens, it’s really a nudge from your soul, waking you up and guiding you to travel the path of spirit.
In today’s upheaval, people are oftentimes receiving what may appear to be more than one wake up call simultaneously. Also, people can have supplemental wake up calls a long time after their initial one.
Meaning of Wake Up Calls
If either of these is your situation, consider the following. First, the typical progression from wake up call to full awakening is anything but usual these days. You live in very different times, never before seen on the planet.
Humanity and the Earth are ascending, in a process that is leading to a more enlightened existence. You and others like you on the path of Light are creating a brand new way to co-exist and be. You did not have the same opportunities for awakening in earlier lifetimes.
Likewise, before this life you did not share the planet with so many people, nor was it possible for such a significant shift in consciousness to occur for the masses. Your wake up call, then, in the previous life had a different meaning, scope and potential impact.
Your Soul is Preparing You for Success
The second factor is this. Wake up calls in modern times are the soul’s way of preparing you to succeed on your path of Light during humanity’s shift. Your first one tends to set the stage for what follows.
If you pay attention to the first one, taking the opportunity to assess your life and noticing the nudges of your soul, you are redirected to a different course. How you respond to that redirection, and what actions you take, help to determine your forward spiritual progression.
As an example, if you respond to your soul’s nudges with an attitude of willingness and acceptance, your road ahead will have fewer bumps. The learned tendency, of course, is to resist change and to want to maintain the status quo.
When you are in resistance, you are likely to be blocked from receiving your inner guidance from spirit. The guidance is there, but you cannot access it. Instead, you may simply feel anger and alienation. These responses can leave you feeling disempowered and a victim of your outer circumstances.
The Process of Awakening
Here is the third factor. Despite how willing and accepting you are, and how connected you are to the nudges of your soul, your awakening is a process and not a single event. Remember that during this most precious human life, you have the potential of quantum levels of awakening not before possible!
This means that you may be a seasoned traveler-familiar with wake up calls and practiced in responding effectively-yet you won’t be complete with your awakening journey until you really ARE complete. Your ego-self can and will try to convince you that you represent a finished product. You can fool yourself into thinking you are fully enlightened, with no more awakening to experience.
This ego-based response is particularly prevalent within circles of lightworkers who compare themselves with the general populace. Certainly, when you compare yourself on a surface level with the masses that remain asleep, you are leaps and bounds ahead. Comparisons are a trick of the ego, though, and can derail you when you least suspect it.
Ready for The Big Changes
The fourth factor relates to readiness. How ready do you feel, on an everyday basis, for the big changes about to occur? Is your enthusiasm for positive change waning as you envision what’s ahead? Do you feel prepared to take on the challenges that are sure to come? Are you willing to go deeper within yourself to access the more stable sense of empowerment you will need to navigate the unpaved road ahead? Are you able to step back from the world’s fear-based messages often enough to stay in your center?
To be enmeshed in such a gigantic shifting process as you face today can take its toll. You likely are feeling impacted on a number of levels. The obvious includes your outer conditions involving your home, work, finances, human relationships, and physical health.
Other key elements include your emotional stability and repetitive thought patterns. These will determine the meaning you place on current events, and will trigger limiting belief systems recorded in your DNA. Examples are commonly-held beliefs involving lack, failure, and authority figures having power you can’t access. As belief systems such as these are catalyzed, your ability to successfully respond to crisis is compromised.
Most likely, you are being challenged beyond what you think your limits are. A part of you intuitively knows that much of your current world functioning is out of sync with where you want to be headed.
It’s not just the world financial system, now knee-deep in crisis. It’s virtually every sector of your old paradigm society that has been based on fear, greed, and ego-based manipulation. Each of these worn-out structures will need radical reshaping over the coming years.
The year 2009 is a turning point, for it is the start of several years of reconfiguration. The reshaping involved will be both personal and global.
Remember Your Role
The fifth factor is remembering your role. That means letting go of fear-based human conditioning that tells you some outside force is coming to the rescue. That same conditioning tells you that you are flawed, need fixing, need to be told what to do, and are simply lacking in what it takes to succeed this life.
It may feel comforting to imagine an advanced group of beings from the stars coming to save you and the planet. Is it also comforting to imagine that, without such intervention, you would be helpless and fail at what you came to Earth to do?
Certainly, life does exist beyond the planet you now call home. And to be sure, there are boundless intelligent life forms existing that your scientists and governments have yet to make public. Some of these life forms have been in regular contact with humanity, and not just in recent decades.
Have you ever wondered where YOU came from? Has anyone ever told you that YOU are Divine? Have you ever associated your humanness with a Divine imprint that is eternal?
Remember that you, as a Divine Changemaker, are an integral part of the shift. The key changes involve shifts in consciousness within individuals such as you. As you make these, and then interact with others and society, there is a domino effect.
Underneath the layers of falseness you unknowingly took on in human form, you really know the truth. At the core of your being, there is really no doubt about who you are, why your human experiences are such a gift, and how you are meant to be on Earth now to forever change the landscape for humankind.
In the early weeks of 2009, world leaders and people everywhere will be taking stock and choosing what will play out in this next phase. Some of this choosing will be conscious, with people being aware of what they are choosing. On other levels, the choosing will take place under the radar, masquerading as something like inaction or avoidance.
Checklist for a New Start
What kind of new start would you like to choose? What would you like 2009 and the next few years to look like? How do you see yourself taking your place alongside other Divine Changemakers? Consider these questions and the following as you envision what you want to create next. Invite your heart’s wisdom to guide you as you reflect on these ideas.

“THE MANY FACETS OF ASCENSION”

Beloved masters, we wish to continue your lessons regarding the ascension process. It is important for you understand that your physical vessel was encoded for the return to the higher vibrational, more rarified realms of Light from the inception of your earthly embodiment experiences. Also, as humanity evolves, growing in wisdom and becoming more aware of the science and the intricacies of ascension, there have been many adjustments to the process over the past several hundred years. Some initial ascension procedures have been discarded and others, more advanced requirements, have been added. In the past, ascension was possible for just a select few. Only those who came to Earth to be examples and wayshowers and who were spiritually advanced were allowed into the inner sanctums of the mystery schools. The secret doctrine was only given to those who were considered to be the strongest and most dedicated disciples. The lessons, tests and challenges were strenuous and many perished during the process or did not attain their goal for many lifetimes. That has now changed, for time is running out for the ascension of the Earth and humanity into the next level of awareness, and many Divine dispensations and much assistance is being offered to those who are striving to meet the challenges and tests of ascension.
The collective consciousness of humanity is striving to acknowledge the extreme duality that permeates the Earth. Each and every person, at some level, is fighting the battle to attain self-awareness, which must include embracing both the Light and shadow side of Self while endeavoring to return to an accepted range of duality and polarity. Each of you must recognize and claim your shadow side, your demons within, so that they, too, may embrace the Light of transformation. Human suffering is the result of rigid thinking, a sense of superiority and judgment of others, which leads to separation rather than unity and tolerance for opposing viewpoints. Can you accept the premise that your negative thought forms are also seeking release? They are rising to the surface of your consciousness, seeking illumination and truth, just as you are. You must take responsibility for what you create, moment to moment. Negative thoughts and actions result in distorted creations and chaos.
We have explained that each soul, before incarnating into a physical vessel, is given an allotment of Adamantine Particles of Life for personal use throughout their lifetime. If a person’s allotment is used with loving intention for the greatest good, then the flow of full-spectrum Light will continue throughout his/her lifetime. However, when a person becomes unloving, negative and embittered, the access to the Sacred Heart and the God Particles of Life is no longer available. Thereafter, he/she can only access the half-spectrum Light, or the primal life force substance, which can be re-qualified and used in a positive or negative way. Remember, Adamantine Particles of Creator Light can only be activated / used with loving intention for the highest good.
A young child’s heart center is open wide and the God particles flow freely. However, how long the heart center stays open depends on the love and nurturing they receive from their parents and those around them. Many dear souls have placed an etheric shield of protection over their heart center so that the pain and suffering will not affect them so drastically, thereby, closing the door to their Sacred Inner Sanctum where their God Particles of Creation are stored.
Along with the allotment of Adamantine Particles that were placed in each person’s Sacred Heart Center, a smaller allotment was also placed within each of the major chakra centers of the physical body. The largest portion was placed at the Root Chakra which the ancients called the Kundalini, the coiled serpent of fire, or the Sacred Fire.
There is an accelerated planetary initiation now in progress, and it is affecting everything on the earth plane, especially sentient Beings. There is much fear and trepidation as the collective consciousness of humanity undergoes the dramatic changes that occur at the closing of one age and the beginning of a more advanced era, and especially when much of what was considered to be of vast importance on the earthly plane slowly disappears. Armageddon is part of the third/fourth-dimensional reality; however, if your energy signature is of a higher, more balanced frequency, none of the disruptive energies of change will affect you personally. There is also a great sense of anticipation and excitement for those who have learned to stay centered within the Sacred Heart. There are many probable futures before each of you, and it is important that you stay centered in the NOW moment. You may be led to change course several times as you slowly move into the fluidity of the higher dimensions; however, if you allow your Sacred Heart and your Higher Self to Light the way, you will never be led astray. The time lines of the future lead to higher, more stable ground, away from the broad spectrum of duality and the illusion of separation.
You are in the process of integrating the many fragments of Self you have created while in physical embodiment in preparation for the merge with the many facets of your Soul family, both on the Earth and in the many dimensions throughout the solar system and galaxy, and eventually throughout the universe. There must be a reunification with Self and a return to your center of power which resides within your Sacred Heart. Once you make the connection with your Higher Self, and begin the process of reuniting with all the facets of your God Self (I AM Presence), the urge to reunite becomes a magnetic force that cannot be denied. Your Soul which is composed of Creator Essence is your conscious guide and companion while in the physical vessel. For a long time the Soul has been only a faint whisper for most people, for the ego personality was very strong and held a dominant position within. The initiation process begins when you slowly make way for the Soul to assume its proper place as director of your life, which eventually allows the Higher Self to take charge of your journey back into the realms of Light. Gradually, the narrow Silver Cord that is your life line to the Creator begins to widen until eventually it is the width of the crown of your head. That is when you tap into the flow of your Divine I AM presence and the Creator Particles of Love/Life begin to flow through and from you via the Infinity sign of life. This wondrous, luminescent Sacred Fire gives you access to your ‘treasures stored in heaven’ and is an unlimited source of Creator Light as long as it is charged with your Love Light and used for the greatest good.
The Binary Sequencing / Infinity Breathing exercise, whereby the breath goes through the Medulla Oblongata (the ascension chakra at the base of the skull), connects you to the Soul of the Earth and to the multiple realms of Light where the many facets of Self reside until, eventually, you join with your Divine I AM Presence or God Self. The River of Life has a multitude of tributaries throughout the universe; and many of you, as you tap into your Sacred Mind and learn to stay centered within the Sacred Heart, are becoming conduits for the Adamantine Particles of Creator Consciousness. First you must attune the Pineal and Pituitary glands to your Higher Self, which begins the process of dissolving the membranes of Light that guard the Sacred Mind. Your Sacred Mind makes the connection with your Sacred Heart, and once the activated Adamantine Particles of God Consciousness begin to flow from the Sacred Heart to the Sacred Mind; the process of illumination accelerates. The Creator Light flows through the crown chakra and enters the Pineal Gland, promoting cellular awareness as it activates the Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands and courses through the brain structure into your Sacred Mind. It then flows down into the Sacred Heart where the particles of Creator Light are further activated through your loving intention. These activated God Particles of Light are now ready to assist you in creating anything you desire as long as your intention is for the greatest good of all. The voice of your Higher Self becomes clearer and the nudgings of your Sacred Heart, called your intuition become stronger.
The question has been asked: “What is the difference between intuition and inspiration?”
INTUITION means to understand a concept or certain information immediately, without conscious reasoning. Your Higher Self speaks to you via your intuition and, eventually, clears the pathway to your God Self and the wisdom stored within the cosmic records. Your intuition also gives you signals via a feeling of something being right or your truth, or a feeling of dread or discomfort when something is wrong or not in alignment with the Light / truth.
INSPIRATION means the process or quality of being inspired, such as when a sudden timely or unusual idea, sometimes about something that you were not aware of before, pops into your mind. Channeling or messages from your angelic guides and teachers often leads to inspired concepts or awareness of things beyond the realm of your knowing. Intuition is validated via the mind first and then through the heart, whereas inspiration is validated through the heart first and then through the reasoning processes of the mind.
Your perception of time and space is rapidly changing as you learn to focus more on the moment instead of vacillating between the past and the future, with only moments of concentrated awareness of the present. Feelings of separation / isolation and judgment are being replaced by a sense of unity consciousness, which will eventually lead to a sense of oneness with all Creation. The Earth and humanity are in the process of becoming harmonious or balanced higher third- and fourth-dimensional Beings. There is no greater gift than to connect, once again, with the full spectrum Light of the Creator so that you may magnetize the greatest amount of Adamantine Particles of Light to you. You must then share the gift by radiating the maximum amount of Love / Light out into the world after taking what you personally need. Once the River of Life begins to course through your physical body, you will be well on your way to self-mastery, and your personal world will forever be changed.
Remember, we have explained to you in the past that the third and fourth dimensions are not ‘bad’ or ‘evil;’ it is just that the pendulum of Light and shadow has swung too far off center over these many past ages. Ascension requires each person to heal the past or in other words, to clear the major discordant vibrational patterns within so that their energetic signature is once more attuned to at least the accepted levels of duality within the seven sub-levels of third / fourth dimensions. The earthly souls who are awakening and have consciously begun the journey of ascension are in the process of becoming higher fourth-dimensional Beings. However, the consciousness of many advanced souls, those we call Star Seeds, are in the process of tapping into a fifth-dimensional awareness and even higher. You will retain your bodies of flesh; however, your health will improve and your vitality and sense-of-well-being will increase. The Earth will still be solid, and duality / polarity will still be present; however, the spectrum of Light and shadow will not be as pronounced. As the higher frequencies of Light permeate the Earth and the mass consciousness belief patterns gradually release the old concepts and begin to incorporate the higher, more refined truths, those who continue their old negative, out-of-balance thought patterns will experience the effect of their choices much more quickly, sometimes almost instantaneously.
Believe it or not, there were some advantages in the withdrawal of a major portion of your manifestation abilities in the past. We have told you that the Red (exoteric or physical plane color) of the First Ray of Divine Will and Power to create was mostly withdrawn after the Earth and humanity sank into the density of the third / lower-fourth-dimensional environment. That was done so that humanity would not destroy itself during the age of extreme duality. That period is swiftly coming to a close as humanity awakens and regains the ability to ingest more Spiritual Light. As you move forward into the upper fourth and lower fifth dimensions, your physical body will become more luminescent as the Creator Light begins to radiate more strongly from within.
Remember, you were brought forth from the Sacred Heart Core of the Supreme Creator as a White Fire Being, from which comes the saying, “Made in the image and likeness of God.” The Light of the Creator contains energy, intelligence and everything necessary to create worlds without end and to fulfill the Divine plan. You are being given an opportunity to become a cocreator of the highest order; however, you must step out of your comfort zone and reclaim your birthright. Follow the path of Light, beloveds; the time of the grand reunion is at hand. You are loved profoundly.

Shift Energy for 2009
This holiday season my mind has worked overtime as we approach new year energy emissions, because I realize humanity is rounding the bend or reaching the of 51% mass awareness of truths which we told ourselves so long ago,”We are not humans having a spiritual experience, but Spirit having a human experience”, this has been a lovely idealistic phrase to embrace as our ideal, but not an idea we have yet embraced as our reality. This statement is the very concept of the ‘2012 Shift of Consciousness’ or what some call Ascension.
It’s a new reality of viewing ourselves as Essence projecting a dream in which we are the character being dreamed. This is the reverse view of how we’ve viewed ourselves as the the old paradigm. As we begin to integrate this new awareness it becomes part of the beliefs embedded in our DNA, and we will begin to think and live as Spirit inner-connected to the Oneness of the greater cosmic field of Unified Consciousness as Oneness. We humans are individualized thought points being projected in a journey of self awareness, and it’s time for us to tend to our own journey and not be concerned or comment on that of others. This Mastery of self is the energy prescription 2009. All that the Spiritual Mystics have been telling us is now being shown to us by science, the faithful have stood lighting the way as we were told ‘ the meek shall inherit the earth’ ~ it’s unfolding before us. In 2009 we will step into the fullness of living this earth experience through our Oneness, or we’ll flounder to stay afloat in old paradigms ships with anchors drag us into the undertow. saying for centuries. All creation is individualized points of a greater Oneness. Plants and water are connected in consciousness with humans.
Einstein said all is comprised of one unified field of energy which exists in all matter and in the space between all matter, which is inner-connected and inner-acts with itself. In the 1940’s Cleve Backster using a polygraph machine (Lie Detector) to demonstrate ‘plants are aware’. His conclusion from experiments showed this is possible only because all is connected in a Unified Field of Consciousness indicating a Oneness with all. His test involved hooking plants to this machine, then dropping Shrimp into boiling water. The graph went wild every time a Shrimp hit the water and worsened when one died. The plants had extreme reaction when a person in the room thought of breaking off a portion of it’s leaf. Words of violence had less to no effect when the thought was not present in the speakers mind thought. Many experiments were constructed along these lines as related in the book Primary Perception: Bio Communication with Plants, Living Foods, and Human Cells – White Rose Millennium Press 2003. The conclusion was that thought does not necessarily have to be sentto be received. Thought is simply there as part of the Collective Mind in the Consciousness Field and is non-local. Also Masaru Emoto through his water experiments showed water reacted to thought and could be programed by thought intention. He showed the difference resulting from a loving good thought and hate or anger, again proof that all is an inner-connected portion of this Unified Consciousness Field. These conclusion confirm many things Spiritual Mystics have been

*It implicates Karma is not as we noted it to be, but has effect from the thought or intention not the action.
*This gives us a much different view of who/what humanity is. It shows us the mind is all powerful and by changing our thought we can change the reality we project as our life experience.
*It tells us we are not victims of fate, because we’re dreaming the dream and can change the outcome by completely embracing this awareness as reality because human manifestation is only the dreamed thought of our/the Essence.
*It shows us we are the co-creators of our reality through our thought and intention, and posses the ability to do magical things to change reality.
*It says we can create peace in the world when 51% live this awareness, automatically turning the tides of war and hatred as the Collective Consciousness Mind has the power to change the reality by holding the greater portion of like
thought.
In 2009 it’s time for us to master our intentions and our thoughts to create the new reality we perceive for the Shift to a New Earth. Mastery of this takes place in out mind from hearts desire living as Essence experiencing.

All right Earthizens, it is MY turn to “vent.” I am saddened to see so many peoples on this planet in a traumatic state of mind bordering on helplessness. Although I fully appreciate the conditions that assail you each now, I cannot help but see that so many of you ones are so desperate about your situations that you are living on hope for a better tomorrow. Yet, the downside to living in such a precarious fashion is that hoping for a better tomorrow will not give you a “better today.” Your attention is of course still being focused on matters of the practical world, i.e. POLITICS, economic turmoil, and once again the probable “hope” for a sudden turnaround in money, housing, business and political agendas. Obviously the economic conditions affect every individual here, in one way or another. However, it is People-Power that shall eventually turn this around. I said, “eventually.”
You see, dealing with the practical aspect first now; it does not matter a bit who the upcoming president is of any country. It does not matter who the incoming administration peoples are. Nothing is going to stop the downward spiral of all which still needs to be changed UNTIL such time that the international phases, those peoples, places and things that have wrought such havoc here since time immemorial, have been replaced with a fair justice system throughout this world. “Justice” in this case means equitable distributions of foodstuffs, monies, properties and so forth. It means countries AND PEOPLE aiding one another without expecting compensation in return. Now, of course over the last 60 + years, many countries awakened to the consciousness that change was not only needed, but that an unbiased system of quid pro quo was required. The fact that “cooperation” between peoples and countries would be a necessary part of any good changes, was a bit hard for many cultures to swallow. Inevitably however they did finally acquiesce. Only those with the least amount of sentience believed that needed change would happen quickly and painlessly. What you ones are experiencing now is the breakdown of all illusions, all deceits and false hopes that were toxic to begin with.
Now, here we are today, well, you are anyway, I myself am at my observation post “observing,” and you are indeed right in the thick of things. Each time a new leader has been appointed to chair a government of a country, peoples have been fervently praying that he or she will be “the right one.” BUT, what is not realized here by so many millions of peoples is that regardless of who any new leader is, it is THE PEOPLE who have the voice of the “right.” All senates, congresses, parliaments etc., are the weak links. If people clearly understood this, they would indeed be fiercely passionate and address the issues to those men and women and use their voting leverage to impress upon those ones the needs and rights of the peoples. YES, it can be done. THESE are the ones who must answer to YOU. WHY DO YOU ONES NOT REALIZE THIS? Presidents and other world leaders are but figureheads. You see, it has required many, many years for the senates and so forth to develop “fear,” of public opinions. The year 2008, now epitomizes the fear these ones have. And well they should. Nothing of this magnitude in the politics of this world has ever happened this way before.
Congratulate yourselves peoples of the Earth Star planet; you ones have finally succeeded in bringing them to their knees. The difference here is that THEY know this and YOU DO NOT. They do NOT want you to know this so, we shall consider this our secret. I will not tell anyone outside of this Universe, ok? From my vantage point I have witnessed an amazing amount of secret closed-door meetings. The hierarchies of this planet have a boondoggle by the tail and they know it. They have had to come to grips with the fact that their agendas are of no consequence now. They do indeed tremble internally as they discuss how to give the peoples what they want and still curry favor with other high-ranking officials. Even they no longer believe that bringing in new figureheads will appease the people unless they (the hierarchies themselves) backup the peoples’ demands. They finally understand in the most basic way that their previous times of wanton debauchery and gross misuse of funds will no longer be tolerated by the peoples, because THE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD ARE HUNGRY! THIS is what it is taking to affect the changes you ones have wanted!
All military juntas are also changing; there is no longer the old way of “closing the ranks” so the peoples will not learn the truth. All judicial branches across the world, including, but NOT limited to…the hidden integration of medicine with the gross pharmaceutical companies, the secret science integration with the military and so forth are all being exposed. Perhaps you will not hear about it in the “practical world” for a while yet, but in the due processing of time, you shall. Secret governments are starting to disintegrate. The still secretly active KGB, as well as the CIA and all the rest of that ilk are learning duck and cover for themselves..first hand I might add. However, it now requires, more so than at any previous time in history, that peoples of ALL countries work for a common goal; the rights of humanity. The constitutions of each country need to be rewritten with and BY the will of the people. Although in time this will happen, it is many, MANY years away. Not all of you who are alive today will live to see this happen, but it will happen anyway!
For now, meaning “the present time,” I would suggest that you ones forget about emulating or adoring any high-ranking political figure and concentrate on what you yourselves can do to produce great changes. Politicians come and go. The peoples always remain. As I stated earlier about “hope”: I do find it disturbing that so many among you ones are living on hope. Hope can be a temporary placebo energy. It can, and in far too many cases DOES, cause people to live life thinking about a better tomorrow rather than working on a better today. It can cause normally astute men and women to sigh, feel complacent and let others in government make decisions which the peoples themselves should be making. With elections taking place in many countries too many people will become placated, hoping for a better year next year or possibly the year after. It is always this way. This time of course peoples are watching institutions crumbling, feeling the very foundation of their individual lives shake, rattle and roll. This is what “change” does; change is a catalyst for better or for worse. In the case of the present time, the change is for the better.
You see, for far too long you have been conditioned to believe that the governments knew best; that the governments would work in your best interest……to which I say, NOT! Long ago I told you that peoples CAN exist without the governments, but that governments CANNOT exist without the peoples. Politically and financially supporting peoples who do not truly have your best interests at heart is a click away from a communistic style of governmental processing. Always follow your own intuition when deciding who to vote for. Do not rely on another’s perspectives and most certainly not the “media hype.” Now, obviously the need for co-existence is the most desired state. So it is that any country that considers itself to be a democratic sovereignty must LIVE in that manner. I speak not of democrats and republicans here. That system was simply an ancient ploy well-used to separate people from their beliefs.
It WAS however to have been, one country, democracy in action, all beliefs systems permitted, no division between races or cultures…for the good of all. This was intended to be a worldwide state of being. You see how well that went. Now, I never endorse any political individual(s). I will never suggest who you should or should not vote for, or who you should believe in. People change. When I have been bluntly asked about the Bush regime in America, I have spoken nothing but the truth about those treacherous people and their longtime based Illuminati agenda. I will tell you when I see political agendas unfolding in ANY world government as I deem necessary. I am stating this now in the hope that you ones will understand that my focus MUST remain on far more important issues than the political arenas. I made this exception this day and asked my Celestial daughter to post this transmission as a special edition.
Now, as I told David of Arcturus last evening, when he I were commiserating about the state of this world and I felt his intense desire for this to just come to a joyous conclusion, “No stone can be left unturned. If that would happen, everything would unravel.” I share this with you ones because you have a need to know. As chronological time continues its steady progressive movement further and further into The Golden Now, the great shift will accelerate, not just because you ones have been asking for it, but because NOW IT CAN. Since I must abide by my own firm belief in being completely truthful with you ones, I shall give you both the good news and the better news as well as the…not so good news. Come now Earthizens, if I began to sugarcoat my words and gloss over upcoming situations you ones would think I was daft! You would say,”What happened to Blue Star? He is being sweet and subtle….that in itself is scaring me!” So, as not to disappoint anyone, here I go: What has begun here on the Earth Star planet is “the beginning of A beginning.”
There are plans afoul to co-join all the world’s banks into one massive consortium. Because the Illuminati of today are now in fear for what they hold dear, money and power, a hastily drawn plan to buy banks and similar institutions and forge them into one mammoth Illuminati World Bank has been hatched. Not to fear please, we are already taking care of that devious plot. It will not happen. You are unaware that a massive number of Star Keepers AND their descendants, have arrived here very recently and are most speedily working to offset any such endeavor. No, we are not “interfering,” we have answered God’s CALL. Now, you will witness the closings of an amazing number of stores; produce yards, trucking companies and many other such enterprises and industries for quite some time to come. The next 2 to 4 years will be very harsh years in many ways for all the world’s peoples. No, I am not saying it will be all straightened out after that time period, for it will not. It will be many years before the cleansing is completed. You will continue to watch the erosion of institutions; losses of federally mandated funds, each country will experience a harsh existence as the peoples of this world struggle to survive, especially in the wintertime(s). However, the “few” of this world who have been considered “great” shall continue to fall, and the “many” who have not been considered “great,” shall become so.
Churches and other similar institutions shall be packed with frightened peoples until the peoples FINALLY realize they need to stay home and speak to God directly. All religious organizations shall experience great loss in all ways. However, even as we speak, people around the globe are using their practical thinking ability and learning how to grow their own small gardens, yes, even in cramped apartments. Peoples are forming groups rather than the distasteful cliques, and teaching the canning process for fruits and vegetables and safe storing of foodstuffs that can last for a long duration. Parents and teens are in conflict with one another because spoiled children can no longer buy “designer clothes.” Thank God for that one! The extremely wealthy peoples are trying to absorb massive financial losses because of their beliefs in investing. Not investing in people just because they can be of help, but investing in “things.” Many peoples who are raised in this fashion cannot invest in anything unless they can be assured they will have a “return on their investments” you see. Unfortunately, there are many peoples who are very well-off financially but not rich, and are not seeing beyond what they desire FOR themselves. It saddens me greatly that these ones do not realize that the more they give to those in need, the more they would receive back in other ways. So, it is a “lose-lose” situation.
My Celestial daughter and David of Arcturus re-coined a term, I used earlier, “People-Power;” which means, “it is the everyday people who are making and shall continue to make a difference.” You see, as this planet continues on its hurly-burley ride to true freedom, it is the Children of God who have not forgotten who they are and understand the necessity for this great cleansing, who will not only survive but will prosper ALWAYS and in ALL-WAYS. Now, farmers across this world have been quietly gathering in small groups and discussing the best ways to keep their livestock and their own families fed AND PROTECTED. They are now carefully watching out for one another and well they should. Many, many cultures have finally realized that it is time to live in “the old way,” sharing, bartering when possible, recycling clothes and school supplies, etc. Peoples are finally beginning to understand that they need to hold on to what they have IF it is in their best interest and to release those things that are no longer as important to their lives as they once were.
Over the next few years thousands upon thousands of families and groups determined to live life in a better, more simple way will be moving into what is now considered to be rural areas. People who do this are being led by us and by Spirit to do so. Many have already begun this journey. Others need to do so SOON! They will be the “peace keepers.” They will be in safe havens. This accounts for the need many have been feeling; the great urge to move as soon as feasible to those areas. They will attract millions of others from all over this world, in many ways. What is being viewed by millions of people here as chaos run amuck is acknowledged by many more millions as “OC,”-“organized chaos in motion.” Medical institutions, insurance companies, yes, even EBAY, will suffer great losses and rigid cutbacks. Out of all this clamor and the fears experienced by the peoples will be born a GRAND EVENT. Something wonderful is about to happen! You will know it when you see it! God specifically asked me not to ruin the surprise, so all I can tell you is……………it is unique!
Now, before I leave you ones today I wish to speak to you about Donuts. Yes, I am quite lucid, but thank you for asking. I think. All right now, regarding Donuts: let us compare life to the donut. Although it is true donuts may be made into various sizes and COLORS they are still donuts, are they not? Today we shall deal with the round-shaped one. Think of each individual life as a simple donut; each person living a life experience has the opportunity to live life within the cocoon of the donut or to experience life by relishing the BATTER from which “the little cake” was made from. Those who choose the cocoon are forever peering out at the center, the hole, in fear of falling into a void, a chasm which they cannot extricate themselves from. They do not think to wonder if the “baker” is there to prevent the fall. They have convinced themselves that they need the cocoon, the “safety net,” or they will perish. So, they spend their entire life experience running in circles. Accomplishing nothing, gaining even less.
Then there are those intrepid Souls who know that their life is a donut, but refuse to accept the “ordinary” safety zone. They skim over and through the little cake at their leisure, delving deeply into the substance of the cake and emerging when they want and/or need a different direction. They may be deep inside one day, on the very top the next day, or at another time looking into the hole to try to understand why that part is “different.” It is not fear that propels these ones, nor is it idle curiosity. They do accept that the hole is there and that for whatever reason it is vacant, empty of both life and substance. They realize that “someone” Created the whole donut as well as the hole donut. They are more than content to fill their lives with the batter, the territory which is a part of themselves, rather than to dwell on the emptiness, the nothingness. They accept the fact that it is there, but see no reason to be a part of “nothing.” You see, Life is a Donut. Which part of it you claim defines you. Whether you choose to be whole or to be hole; whether you choose to be content exploring all aspects of yourself or to forever keep your eye on the hole rather than on the whole.
Now, I shall once again remind you ones that many peoples will be leaving this planet…for MANY reasons. The ones who remain behind will IN TIME experience a cognition that all was really not as bad as it could have been. I could tell you how bad it could have been, but I will not! You do not need to know those lurid details. As Terra continues her remarkable glide to her own Ascension, carrying with her the hearts and minds of all good Souls who have united here for the good of all, none of you will have any regrets of all that occurs. You will have instead, “the great understanding.” You shall become the lion AND the lamb.
And the lion and the lamb shall forever live in peace, for the lion will be as the lamb and the lamb will have the heart of the lion. There will be no separation between the two.

The Winter Solstice is considered one of the most powerful times of the year by many cultures around the world. In the Northern Hemisphere this celestial event usually occurs on December 21st. The timing of the solstice this year will be Sunday, December 21, at 7:04 a.m. EST, 4:04 a.m. PST, or 12:04 p.m. Universal Time.
The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, and it heralds the initial impulse of the annual return of the Sun, the Light, to the Earth. This year the spiritual effects of the solstice will be more powerful than ever before. This is due to the incredible influx of Light that is pouring into the planet through the heartfelt pleas of people everywhere.
Humanity is experiencing the most intensified purging of the economic system, and the various other social structures that do not operate with a consciousness of the highest good for all concerned, that we have ever endured. This is a necessary cleansing that is paving the way for the physical manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. The difficult part of this process is that the masses of Humanity do not see the bigger picture. Millions of people see only the painful situations that are happening in their lives. As a result of this limited perception, they feel overwhelmed and hopeless. This is very hard to observe, but it is not all bad.
After our fall from Grace aeons ago, we became so numb to the discord in our lives that we just muddled through our Earthly experiences accepting mediocrity as a natural state of being. We fell into the terrible habit of using pain as our motivator. Unless we were writhing in agony, we did not feel that it would help to take action or to ask for assistance from our Father-Mother God. For millions of people on Earth, prayer and an invocation for Light from our God Parents occurs only when they are brought to their knees by their life situations. This is exactly what is happening at this time for millions of people all over the world.
The Company of Heaven is revealing to us now that more people than ever before are reaching a critical moment in their life experiences. Consequently, millions of people are asking God for Divine Intervention. Many of them are praying for the very first time. This powerful event, in unison with the millions of Lightworkers who daily invoke the Light of God, has created the greatest influx of Light the Earth has ever experienced during a Winter Solstice. This Heavenly assistance will greatly empower the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, and it will accelerate our individual hopes and dreams by leaps and bounds.
Beginning now, and continuing for the next 72 hours, focus intently on the vision of what you want to manifest in your life and the lives of your loved ones. Focus on your visions for the New Earth and the harmony and balance you wish for all Humanity. This is a rare opportunity, and we are being called to action by our God Selves—our I AM Presence—and the Company of Heaven. Be sure your visions and your intentions always reflect our Oneness and the Reverence of ALL Life.
This event will pave the way for a God Victorious New Year. 2009 is going to be a year of miraculous changes. These changes have been in the works for quite some time, and now we are going to experience them tangibly in the world of form. These changes will not happen by chance. They will occur through the unified efforts of Lightworkers all over the world and the Company of Heaven.
I know there are a lot of dire predictions regarding the global economy and the challenges Humanity is going through, but we are not the victims of circumstance. We are the cocreators of our Earthly experiences. If we do not like the way things are going in our lives, we have the ability to change our circumstances. This is what we have been preparing for aeons to accomplish—and now is the time.
As the Hopi prophecy states: “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
2009 numerically is an 11 year. Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. The archetypes for the patterns of perfection for the New Earth were securely anchored into the physical plane in August 2008. In 2009, through our creative faculties of thought and feeling, we will expand these patterns into our daily experiences.
The purging and cleansing of the obsolete behavior patterns that have caused the maladies existing in Humanity’s lives will continue. But the wonderful news is, as these old archetypes crumble away, the expansion of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth will begin to manifest in ways that will bring joy, fulfillment and great expectations into the hearts and minds of people everywhere.
There is a new sense of hope flooding through the hearts of people around the world. Humanity’s hope is magnetizing Legions of Light from the Realms of Perfection into the atmosphere of Earth in ways we have never experienced. The Divine Intent of these Messengers of God is to assist Humanity to move quickly through the cleansing process so that the bliss of the New Earth will manifest in the twinkling of an eye.
2009 is going to be whatever we cocreate together. Do not let this opportunity pass you by.

The previous article compared the third and fourth dimensions. In this article we bring in the fifth dimension. Let’s briefly review the structures of the third andfourth dimensions.
The third dimension operates with a specific set of rules and has certain characteristics, aspects, boundaries, edges, mutations and structures. We see three main structures sustaining this dimension.
Rigid Structures of the Third Dimension
Duality – A dual mode of perception: right-wrong, positive-negative, good-bad, should-shouldn’t, up-down, black-white.
Linear Time – The perception that time only moves in a straight line (one direction) and is experienced as past, present and future.
Rational Mind – The GPS of the third dimension. The analytical, reasoning thought processor designed to make comparisons, draw conclusions, store information, calculate, and make determinations.
Flexible Structures of the Fourth Dimension
Now Time – This is your point of power. Each now moment is a threshold to new beginnings and fresh choices.
Choice – The power to consciously choose to initiate something else in any moment.
Paradox – Contradictory truths. Something that was true a moment ago but may not be true in the next now moment.
Alignment / Balance – A state of equilibrium which neutralizes opposing forces.
In the Fifth Dimension, 3-D ‘Reaction’ and 4-D ‘Response’ Give Way to Integration
Reintegration – When you attain fifth-dimensional consciousness you experience the reintegration with your Higher Self. This reconnection with the higher parts of you brings higher awareness and allows you to know yourself at the Soul level. You begin to Be who you came here to be. Your innate spiritual abilities increase and reveal themselves. These include clairvoyance, telepathy and abstract intuition.
Access the Wisdom You Know – Life in the fifth-dimension is stunning because you are fully conscious again. You are aware of and can access the wisdom and information available within your Being that resides in all the dimensions. There is no separation. You are one with the All and All is you.
Experience Higher, Lighter Energy – In 5D, you vibrate in feelings like reverence, beauty and kindness. The coat you choose to wear each day bears no resemblance to what you typically walk around wearing in 3D. And much of what you experience is no longer expressed from the mind or in words (intellect/brain) but pours forth from the heart and the feelings (the senses recombine forming a sixth sense). You achieve a quiet knowingness.
Higher Mind – In this level of living, when the mental and emotional bodies merge, the union activates the Higher Mind and you operate from the mind of your Soul. You begin to know what the Soul knows and make Soul-guided choices.
Simultaneous Time – Living in 5D, you move into Simultaneous Time which allows you to see the broader perspective of All That Is. All the answers to your questions lie exactly where the question is asked and you are able to view all possibilities before taking action.
So, why did we choose to leave this wonderful place where all is known and go to the third dimension, anyway? When Creator wanted to know Himself/Herself better He/She asked for volunteers, and guess who ran to the front of the line saying “Pick me, pick me!” You did! Creator sent the brightest and the best (you) on this special quest to explore the outermost regions of existence. It was, and is, a grand adventure that only the biggest and most enthusiastic spirits signed up for.
Why did we choose the third dimension and not another? Duality does not exist in the higher dimensions and duality is an important part of what we wanted to experience. Our explorations took us many places but as we went deeper into density we eventually found ourselves playing in the slower vibrations of the world of form (matter). Here we could delve into cause and effect and discover the results of our choices and actions. Here we had free will to explore the most divergent ranges of frequencies (including fear, hate, anger, betrayal, etc). When we signed up for this adventure we did not know that we would become immersed in it or that we would forget who we are, where we came from, why we came, and how to get back Home. We now have an opportunity to remember who we are and return Home.
The Long-Awaited “Shift of the Ages” is Upon Us
We have taken the third-dimensional adventure as far as we can. We have been wildly successful at what we set out to accomplish and explore in this diverse, dense, duality. A huge vibrational up-shift (on every level) is what the Earth and her inhabitants are undergoing right now. You are a very important part of this Shift. You are big, not small. You are significant, not insignificant. You make a difference and your contribution is valued by all of humanity and by All That Is. Welcome the change to a new way of life, dear friends, for together we have begun the process of bringing Heaven to the Earth.

The Gatekeepers
Dear friends, today I am here with joy and pleasure and I extend a warm welcome to every one of you. Our meeting makes a difference. It is not only a lecture in which you listen to words but my presence here which merges with yours creates an energy space which helps anchor light in the earth.
You are the gatekeepers to the light. You are the ones on earth who open the gate to more light, the light of the New Era. The old world is gradually passing away. Old structures of power and ego based consciousness have lost their strength and will gradually sink to the bottom of the ocean. A new society, a new state of being arises which is based on love and on the values of the heart.
You are all so much a part of this transformation. Sometimes you do not realize enough how closely you are associated with this transformation process. Also your contribution is different from what you often think it is. During this transition from the old to the new it is you yourself, your own energy body, that is changing. In addition to the physical body you dwell in, you are also a compilation of energy, partly perceptible and partly imperceptible. You are all walking sources of energy. Each of you individually radiates a certain vibration, an energy field which has its effect on the environment, often without you being aware of it. It is this radiation or energy field which is the determining factor in everything that happens around you, in all the things you attract into your life. You may also call it “a state of being.” It is this very state of being which enables the earth changes to take place. For if many groups or individuals change and refine their energy field, this will attract another energetic reality to earth. This is the global transition which is taking place now and which starts in the individual.
Of course there are many realms around the earth – astral and spiritual realms – which are willing to help you realize this transformation, this enlightenment. But you are the gatekeepers. You are the ones on earth who open the gate to the light. If this gate does not open, the light cannot be embedded in the earth. Therefore it is so important to believe in yourself, to know and to feel inside that you are doing exactly the job for which you came to earth.
All of you are working on the inner level to bring about a spiritual transformation in your being. And this is the very thing you came for: the inner work of raising your vibration in a world that does not always comply with and sometimes resists your purest intentions. You are the lightworkers, you are the pioneers of a New Era. From love and harmony you will give birth to the New Era in your own heart. In this way, by doing the inner work you will attract a material reality that is far more beautiful and caring than it has been for many ages.
The point is not so much what you do in your daily life or which profession you have. Whether you are a carpenter or a therapist, a homemaker or a professor, it makes no difference. What really matters is your “state of being,” the energy that you send forth, the energy that you are. It is not what you do but who you are that is the source of transformation.
Now I would like to ask you to feel the energy here in this room for a moment, to feel the collective energy of all of us together. I can only be here through you. It is when you accept me in your hearts that my energy can flow into you and out through you here on earth. Whenever you open up your heart to me, I come in and let my light shine. But you are the ones who open the gate and I thank you for that. You are doing the job you came to do here. The earth is changing. From the ashes of the old times a new world will arise.
I would like to say something about how this New Era feels inside. I do not so much want to consider the external symptoms but the inner signs. There is a big transformation going on in your emotional body. The emotional body is very sensitive to fear, to anger and aggression and to all strong sentiments which easily pull you out of your center. You are all working on the refinement of your emotional body. You are doing this by a process of internalization: taking responsibility for the emotions you feel, examining them and following them back to their source(s). In this process of internalization you do not search for the cause(s) of your problems in the outside world anymore but you look for them within yourself. Thus you take responsibility for your own energy and that is a big step forward. As soon as you take responsibility for everything that exists inside you, you can become aware of blocked emotions and transform them. This is the very thing you are working on at this time.
In the New Era the emotional body will settle down. You will live in a much more intuitive way than you are used to. Your environment will also comply with this intuitive way of living. There will be peace and quiet in your heart. Do you feel how much you are longing for this? I feel and see how you are yearning for a state of awareness in which the energy between you and others can run freely, in which you can openly show your love, in which you can rely on the safety of the world and the people around you. You long for that state of awareness in which you know that all is well and you can be just who you are.
It is a sense of freedom and safety that you long for. And I tell you once again that this energy is completely available to you. But you are the ones who must open the gate to accept that divine energy into your soul. I and many others in the beyond are right next to you to help and support you. I ask you here and now to feel my energy, to feel that my energy is available to all of you. You are really working on a new birth. Feel the silence in your heart, feel the inner space that allows you to release the old energies and make way for the new. The freedom which you are all craving is near.
Just before the new arrives there is always a difficult stage: the death struggle of the old. Right before dawn is the darkest hour when all the old fears come to the surface, all the grief and anger which you have accumulated during your life and the many lives before when there was darkness on earth. All this comes to the surface in order to be integrated. Do not let yourself be deceived by appearances. It is a good sign, a sign of progress, when all this negative energy enters your consciousness. It means that you are strong enough to pass the test.
You are all working on the completion of a cycle of lives that has been dominated by an inner struggle between light and dark, between self-awareness and the illusions of power, fear and ignorance. An appeal is made to all of you to look into the depths of your soul and to rediscover the light, the flame of divine light in there.
Now I would like to point out three pitfalls which you may encounter in releasing the old. They all have to do with the emotional body and they also are deeply connected to the fact that you are a lightworker.
1. Spiritual anger
The first obstacle is anger. Here I am talking about a type of anger that is actually motivated by a longing for harmony and justice. It is what you might call spiritual anger. I will explain the origin of it.
When you started your cycle of lives on earth you all had an inspiration. This inspiration is strongly connected to the Christ energy. My coming to the earth, the coming of Jeshua (or Jesus) was a beacon to you, a source of inspiration. In me you recognized an energy which you all have inside. In former times you all had made the decision to anchor this energy on earth. But in the cycle of lives in which you tried to do so you experienced a lot of resistance. And this has caused harm to the emotional body. The emotional body is nothing else than the child within you. Your inner child is the lively, free part of yourself which spontaneously acts and reacts from its emotions. This child has suffered a lot during the lifetimes in which you sought to accomplish your inner mission of seeding the Christ energy on earth.
A part of you is always cosmically inspired and from the level of your higher self or soul, you know and feel the meaning of all that happens to you. You can see things from a perspective of light and knowledge. But there is another part to you which is your earthly personality. This is the inner child or your ego; it is your humanness, however you may call it. On this level of you, there can be a lot of fear and lack of understanding about what is happening to you, even if your soul knows that “it is all right” and that it serves a higher purpose.
During your lifetimes on earth you were often inspired to plant seeds of light in the form of new ideas or attitudes, but you were frequently misunderstood by your environment. You were rejected, neglected or even annihilated. From these experiences of being unwelcome, much emotional trauma resulted. The child within you did not understand why it had deserved disapproval. Your soul did understand but your earthly self, your emotional body, had to deal with deeply traumatic experiences that arose out of persecution, violence and disapproval. All of you carry these traumas within you as scars on your soul.
You have all come to earth to bring light into this reality, starting from a past history which is quite complicated. (For the whole story see the Lightworker Series, in the first part of this book). I just need to mention that there was a type of personal karma involved when you decided to start your cycle of lives on earth. There have been times in which you yourselves were immersed in darkness, living to gain power and control over the earth souls, among others. Your mission on earth was to make up for these former lives, to bring back love and justice to humanity.
While this inspiration, this torch of light, was burning strongly in your hearts there was at the same time a lack of understanding in the inner child part of yourself. And therefore such a thing as spiritual anger arose. The child part inside you had no understanding of your own karmic contribution to the darkness and projected the evil outside of itself. The child part within you wanted to fight for the good and the just out of emotional motives. The child part inside you had little tolerance for the resistance and slowness of earth reality and it was impatient. Starting from this child part, spiritual anger was born.
Spiritual anger means that you can be immensely affected by the evil of the world, by the suffering of innocent people, by the destruction of the earth, by the wrecking of the plants, the trees and the animal world. All these things – political and social inequality, the apparently unnecessary dying of so many children, the wars, the violence – anger you. These are matters which affect you deeply and which can stir up anger inside you and so you feel powerless.
It is characteristic of lightworkers that they let themselves be carried away by this anger and that they go beyond their limits in this regard. They lose themselves in their desire to change and improve the world. This can be a passion to change things on the political or social level or it may emerge as a desire to help people on a personal level, as a profession or in your private life.
The desire to help and change things often contains a form of spiritual anger although this may not be noticeable. After all you seem to simply “want the best” for someone else or for society. But surely there is anger inside you when you feel inclined to force somebody – no matter how subtly – to change their behavior or their emotions. Often you do not notice that the time is not yet ripe for it.
Each time when you feel an intense indignation or an enormous passion to change things or when you have feelings of powerlessness and anger towards things as they are, you are in the pitfall of spiritual anger. You want too much at once. You are heedless of reality as it is for you are seized by an emotion, the emotion of anger. I ask you to be aware of this and to let it go, for this kind of inspiration that is charged with anger takes you away from your center. It will not offer you the true inspiration, the peace and quiet in your emotional body that help you embody your light on earth.
You achieve the state of truly embodying your light on earth by being entirely centered in your own being, in a pure and calm state of mind. In this state you can feel that you are in the world but not of it. Being of the world means that you attach value to everything you observe with your senses: violence, war, illness, destruction. If you regard these with your physical senses only you can easily get angry. Therefore we ask you to take a step backwards and to feel inwardly what spiritual dynamics are taking place in the things that upset you.
There is a secret meaning in suffering. Each soul, each living being on earth is here to unfold itself, to express itself and to learn more about what it is to be human and spirit at the same time. Each soul proceeds according to its own path of development. And you are asked to respect this, to take a step backwards and to concentrate entirely on yourself, on your own light. The energy, the truth, the vibration that you radiate as a result invites people or animals or plants to come into your energy field and experience a healing vibration. This is the work you came for. There is no need for you to stand on the barricades. There is no need for you to fight for this.
Your real spiritual work is not a doing but a being. When your spiritual energy is in balance, the healing energy you send forth to others flows easily and effortlessly, without physical or mental exertion. It feels light and smooth, not exhausting to you. Things and people show up spontaneously on your path and turn to you for healing.
Each time you lock yourself in indignation and anger, even if it concerns injustice or suffering that you find unbearable to watch, I ask you to step backwards and move into the center of yourself. Enter the silence and accept that things are as they are. Accept that everything completes its own cycle and has its own development, including the people who are dearest to you. Set them free too. It is enough to be there for them, nothing more and nothing less.
2. Spiritual depression
A second pitfall I would like to address is depression or melancholy. I have just described in broad outline a history in which you all as lightworkers have fallen prey to resistance, persecution and violence. This has left scars on your soul. It may have hurt you so deeply that you have lost the courage to let your light shine once more into this world. You may frequently feel depressed and life may seem meaningless to you. You may feel that you are unwelcome in this world, that you do not fit in with your kind of energy. You feel that you are different.
Feelings of depression or gloominess result from a lack of self confidence. On the one hand you may know very well that you carry a spiritual light within, that you are a sensitive, compassionate and wise person. But on the other hand there is a wounded child inside you who wants recognition and appreciation from the outside world. There is a part of you that craves external attention and safety. But you never seem to get enough of this or you cannot find the sort of recognition you really seek because you are different. Often your environment does not recognize the real you and therefore cannot acknowledge and nourish you.
Your wounded, inner child will never be healed by something from the outside but only by yourself, your own power and wisdom. It is in taking care of your own pain and sorrow and in having faith in yourself at times when no one else has it that you really achieve self confidence. Once you have opened up this source of power you will attract a physical and social environment which supports you and your deepest aspirations.
Everyone who suffers from spiritual melancholy or depression experiences a strong desire to transcend earthly reality and return to a realm of harmony and light, in which peace and safety prevail. To all of you I ask, I pray to your souls to trust and stand firm in your inner light again. The light that provides love and security is available to you here and now. It is burning in your own heart and it is only asking you to focus your attention upon it again. We in the beyond are eager to lighten your burden but no one can help you as long as you do not believe in your own light and kindle it yourself.
It is extremely important not to let yourself be bogged down by feelings of despondency or depression. This is a dangerous pitfall in which you could lose your way completely because you lose touch with who you really are: the angel, the creature of light who dwells within you. During moments of depression or nostalgia, it can be helpful to be quiet and merely breathe. Be aware of the movement of breathing throughout your body and with each inhalation and exhalation you can say out loud or softly within: “I am who I am. I am good as I am.”
I surround you with my light. Once you have slightly opened the gate to more self confidence, to a feeling of self respect that really stems entirely from your inner self, the light will shine inside: the light of our own Greater Self, the light of the Christ energy and the light of all the helpers, guides and angels who support and love you from the realms around the earth.
The time of transformation has arrived. Right now when the time is difficult I ask you to continue with heads held high and to focus on the horizon of the New Era. A reality of harmony and love is waiting for you; it is your inheritance and many of you will taste this even in this lifetime. The key is to have faith in yourself and to trust that you will be given all that you need. Do not fear the dark, for the light inside you is stronger. Your light will never be defeated. The reality of light is waiting in love and patience until you extend your hand and open the gate.
3. Fear of your own strength
Finally I want to mention another obstacle that causes a lot of commotion in your emotional body. I am still talking here about energies which restrain you from achieving inner peace and clarity. It may be anger, it may be depression but it may also be fear and this is the third obstacle.
Fear has mainly to do with a lack of trust in your own inspirations, feelings and intuitions. If you doubt your own feelings, you worry a lot and you invoke a whole series of emotions which take you further and further away from your center. When you are full of fear your intuition is blocked. The intellect and the emotions gain the upper hand and subsequently create a panic-stricken and chaotic situation. The intellect and the emotions need the intuition, the heart as a foundation. Only then can they serve you in a useful way.
If you leave out the heart, the intellect will work overtime and the emotions will not have a moment’s peace. Then fear may get a grip on you and manifest itself in all kinds of situations. You may doubt your ability to do the things you are normally capable of doing. You may start to question the self-evident and make a problem out of everything. There is a kind of nervousness inside you which makes it impossible to be with yourself in a quiet and peaceful way.
The key here is to set yourself free from all the worrying and to go back to your heart, to your feelings. What do you really feel underneath all those restless thoughts and confused emotions? In breathing calmly in your belly you are able to go back to your foundation. Then you may feel a relief inside, a point of silence which is beyond your thoughts and emotions. You may then experience the thoughts and emotions that you have as a cloud surrounding you, a cloud that you can focus your attention on or not. You will then have recovered your sense of freedom, your ability to choose a certain thought or emotion.
If you believe that your thoughts are true or your emotions are true, you will be entirely absorbed by them and you will keep on following the track of these thoughts and emotions. But it is possible to step backwards and say: “Stop, I leave these thoughts and emotions for what they are and I am going back. I am going more deeply into myself and I will feel what is really going on, why I am harboring these thoughts and emotions now.” As soon as you take that step backwards you will rediscover your own strength. Your self confidence will again flow freely. The dark clouds will dissolve and peace and clarity will return. This step must be repeated frequently since the intuitive nature, the living from the heart has not yet become self-evident to you. Therefore you experience a lot of fear.
You are releasing old certainties. No more do you rely unconditionally on what your father and mother told you, on what your teachers taught or on the rules your superiors prescribe to you. You do not blindly trust the results of the intellect or of science anymore. And you also know how unstable your emotions can be and that they are not a measure of truth either. Because you have released all these certainties – and that is a sign of strength – fears may turn up and you may feel like you’re drifting around by yourself on a rough ocean. However it is exactly this situation that really forces you to go inside and to feel from deep within, from your own unique foundation: “Who am I? What is my position in this world? I do not let myself be guided by the external world but only by my own inner compass.” It is this very compass through which you will enter the New Earth.
Every time you make contact with this inner center and take a step backwards you will find a renewed clarity within your soul. From there you can watch your emotions without being absorbed by them. You can watch your anger and send it love. You can observe your depression and lend yourself a helping hand. You can look at your fear and send it the energy of deliverance.
You are your own Messiah.
There is no Messiah outside of you. There are thousands of Messiahs willing to reach out to you, but only you can open the gate of your heart and accept the light. This is basically what the coming of the New Era is about: you opening up your hearts. You are the ones who actually live on earth, we are the helpers. You are the ones who take the action and for that we can only show the deepest respect. We are always available to you to let you share in our love and our light.
You are brave, you are courageous. You are the warriors of the New Era. I ask you to believe in yourself and your mission. And every time when you feel overwhelmed by heavy emotions or by dark thoughts, take a moment’s rest and connect to your inner self, the center of silence within. That is the anchor of the New Era. The anchor has been dropped already. Peace already exists in your heart. The only thing you need to do now is to return to it, time after time, to keep anchoring yourself once more to that focus of peace and clarity.
Do not get stuck in drama and commotion. Emotional turmoil is not a friend of truth. But do rely on the quiet, peaceful and clear voice of your heart and be aware that you are not alone. We stay next to you with every single step you take on this path. I love you and I ask you to accept my energies of love among you. It is my ardent wish to serve you at this historical moment and to support you on your sometimes laborious way to the light.

12-12-2008 Declaration and Discourse from Lords Melchizedek and Malkuth, the Divine Progenitors of Humanity’s Ascension.
We welcome you on this day of openness and fullness. The Gemini full moon this evening is at perigee, or its closest point to earth in the last 15 years. Just a few weeks from now, the closest orbiting body to your planet, the moon, will be at apogee, the farthest point away from earth. To experience, see, feel and know this movement and shift, is to know what is happening in your world now.
Volatility is defined as “a tendency to fluctuate dramatically”. Volatility is the current condition of your world now. You are experiencing shifts in full polar opposites from apogee to perigee, in rapid fashion. This is what is occurring on every level of your reality now. We have only to look at the macrocosm and the microcosm to see the connections: stock market, oil prices, family discord and reconciliations are in full swing volatility.
Now, in the moment of greatest illumination in 15 years, you are able to see clearly. Those things which are resonating with falseness and self-motivation, are being made clear in this full moon. Deception and greed, avarice and falsity are revealed in the public eye.
The topic of our discourse on this evening 12-12-2008 is thus “What should I do?”
In the greater scheme of things, you have all been and done all things. You have all been in darkness as well as in great light. You have all experienced and or/been participants in great good as well as great destruction in the lives and livelihoods of others. What is the period of 14 days calling from the depths of your soul?
It is one thing and one thing only: BALANCE. Balance is often associated with Libra, but on this day of full moon in Gemini we will inform you that Balance is about the TWIN energy of seeing the self in the same light and compassion as we confer upon others. The Twin energy of Gemini full moon is calling upon all of you to let go of the false belief that you are separate from others, and thus disconnected. The Gemini illumination is to see the self in the same light as you see all others. This is the activation of the Wisdom Teacher, Sananda and the Golden Rule that he lived and taught. If you see all others as the Twin, or same, as yourself, it will reduce if not remove the fear and trepidation that is surrounding you now and tempting you to stay in imbalance and uncertainty.
To be in Gemini Balance is to see the volatility from apogee to perigee in great clarity. It is to see and to know what is being called from the depths of each and every soul: to live in Balance. To live and be in balance is to be at peace whether one is in apogee or perigee. It is to know and understand that it is not always in the brightness of the full moon that one sees most clearly. Why? Because you are all being called to restore trust in to the dark wholeness as well as the eternal light. You are all being called IN ADVANCE, to be the peace in the eye of the storm that will continue to wage around you in 2009. 2009 is a year of great CHOICE: entering deeper within the inner sanctum of the soul which is a place of balance, or collapsing back to duality. Duality is a state of chronic apogee-perigee: either/or – dark/light – yes/no.
What should I do? You “should” do no thing other than let go of the “should” and bring in the “shall”. Should implies obligation and obsequiousness. Literally, our students of wisdom, should –based action keeps you in the duality of disempowerment. Should keeps you beholden to those who desire to continue to control your lives through obligation and guilt. Shall, shifts you into the balance place where all things are transmuted to the pristine purity of BOTH light and dark. Shall means in root origin, “to be able to” compared to should which is “to be obligated to.”
Where is the Balance point in these final weeks of 2008? It is in the one and only law of the universe: Thou Shall Love.The law of balance is not “thou Should love”. But thou Shall love, with all your heart, your mind, your soul and your body. What should you do in these times of volatility? You should DO nothing. You shall open your heart and activate the choice to be in balance in the sea of change that is washing over all of the earth now. You do not need to arm yourself, put cash and conserves aside or batten down your hatches for a storm or tsunami. You shall open your heart and trust the Divine Plan that is manifesting very quickly on earth and in heaven Now. You shall open your heart to Receive the great bounty and abundance that is opening into the true state of being, which is balance, peace, prosperity and wholeness for all who choose the only path of Love.
When you begin to question “What should I do”, go to your heart and remember the answer:No – thing. There is no thing that you must do to be worthy of the great dispensations and shifts that are occurring. There is no thing that you should do to prove yourself to be enlightened enough to receive the balancing of eternal light and dark whole that is occurring now. Know that 2009 is attuned to a year of light-wisdom-gnosis. Know that light is not about visual light but about the eternal light of being that comes from following the one law: Thou Shall Love. When you embrace this with choice, rather than obligation, all the days ahead, whether apogee or perigee, the longest day or longest night, the illumination or eclipse, you are SAFE in the world. You have chosen to be here now to witness the greatest of all transformations: Liberation of humanity from shoulds and from untruth. You will know the truth, by being the truth and in the days ahead, this will set you free.

12/12 Full Moon
This is the message we received just prior to traveling
out on Lake Titicaca, Sept. 25, 2008.
This message was recorded and transcribed by Raphael and re-written,

*** I am going to leave the message received just as close as I can to the way I received it . . . in present tense. This way it will be just as if you were sitting there with us (because you were). I believe that what one person experiences on the planet, everyone experiences it with them. We are all connected within the collective consciousness.The first morning at Lake Titicaca I had been feeling Lord Meru tapping me on the shoulder a bit. So I knew he had something he wanted to share with us even before we sat down. Once we had gathered, we called in all the guides, guardians and Masters of the group, and we asked that they be present in the room where were sitting. We asked that they put our circle in a bubble of light, and all energies that were not of the group was to be removed, and all energy that the group had given away was to be returned; so the only thing in this bubble was the group, 100% no more . . . no less. We do this so that the message that we receive is perfectly clear, and so we do not pick up static from life going on around us.
The message begins . . .
It is no surprise, no surprise, I am seeing a big huge heart in the middle of my mind’s eye, and I am just going to watch that and see what they are trying to tell us about the heart (There were a lot of messages about the heart during this trip). I am going to ask Lord Meru to come in, and the Brotherhood of the 7 Rays, Archangel Michael and the Star Elders. El Moya . . . I do not see him very often, but he is wanting to be here also. And we are going to invite them into the bubble, along with Pachamama and Pacha Camac, Mother Earth and Father Sky.
( FYI … From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . . . Pachamama is a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes. Pachamama is usually translated as “Mother Earth”, but a more literal translation would be “Mother Universe”. In Aymara and Quechua, mama = mother / pacha = world, space-time or the universe. Pachamama and Inti are the most benevolent deities and are worshiped in parts of the Andean mountain ranges. In Inca mythology, Mama Pacha, or Pachamama, is a fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting. She causes earthquakes. Her husband was either Pacha Camac or Inti depending on the source. Since Pachamama is a “good mother”, people usually toast to her honor before every meeting or festivity. In some regions, they do so by spilling a small amount of chicha on the floor before drinking the rest. This toast is called “challa”, and it is made almost everyday. Pachamama has a special worship day, called “Martes de challa” (Challa’s Tuesday), where people bury food, throw candies and burn incense.
Now, I am asking Lord Meru to realign our energies since eight people of our group did not continue on with us to the Lake. We are going to ask that their higher selves, with their permission, also be brought into this circle and continue on with us for the rest of this journey.
One of the things that I am seeing is this big heart, and I think that this big heart is us collectively. Around the outside of this heart are bursts of light happening. Sort of like fireworks. It is kind of sparkly-like fireworks. I got a feeling that there is something inside of this heart, so I am going to ask if we can go inside and see. Inside there is a big chair in the middle of the heart, and this is an ascension chair. I have not seen one of these in a long time. The last time was probably in Mt. Shasta, and but I have never seen it inside of a heart.
What they are inviting us to do is to imagine yourself inside this big bubble that is exactly shaped like a heart. There is a galaxy of stars outside of this heart, and inside is this beautiful chair. You can imagine this chair as beautiful as you want, but I see a lot of gold. It might even be a solid gold chair. What they are inviting you to do is to sit in the chair. Oddly enough there is one heart, and one chair, yet we are all sitting in the one chair. I am thinking . . . why can’t we have more chairs so we do not have to sit in it one at a time, and they said “No, it is the collective us sitting in the one chair.”
The Andean Cross
The Masters are showing me that this chair does a lot of things. Underneath the chair, on the ground, I see an Andean cross with a hole in the middle. The chair is not really on the ground, since it is in the heart, so the chair is kind of floating in the center. The Masters say that this chair will strip away all of your negative egos and negative thought patterns . . . all the things that you would like to release but keep coming back to haunt you. You do not even have to think about what these negatives are. You just have to give permission to the energy in this heart, and it will be done for you. You can give permission to clean out anything that is holding you back from taking your next step toward your mastery in obtaining your personal and our collective paradise. So what happens is that all of the negativity just drops out and goes through the Andean cross with the hole in the middle.
This heart chair looks very similar to the one that I have seen inside of the Golden City in Lake Titicaca. These types of ascension chairs clean up your energy so you can enter the higher dimensions. Of course, the word “higher” only works in this dimension, because when you ascend to the next dimension, there are multiple dimensions and there is no judgment as to which are higher or lower. But in our linear world, we say “higher”. This chair simply cleans you up. It is almost like if you had been on a jungle trek, and then you wanted to go out to a really fine dinner. You would have to get cleaned up and put on new clothes before you went into this 5 star restaurant. So it is cleaning up your energy, because we have all been pioneers on this earth. We knew that we would not see very far down the path. We knew that it would be hard to plan our future. And because we are collected to the collective on this Earth plane in this dimension, there is a lot of gunky energy. What they are doing in this chair, is cleaning us up, so you can start building a bridge between yourself and the higher dimension, or the other reality that we are all reaching for. We believe this is a return to Paradise.
This heart ascension chamber is not just cleaning up all of our negative energies. It is also raising your frequencies. And of course, the word “raising” is kind of iffy. Remember, when you are fully awake, raising yourself implies that there is lower energy, and in the next dimension this is not so. So let us just say it is shifting your energies so that you will be able to see, feel, know, understand and grasp the next dimension that is coming. Because they say we are pioneers, we have always been just a little step or two ahead of everybody else. You cannot have a big ego about this, because when you look at the grand scheme of things, and see how vast and diverse the universe is, a couple of steps ahead of everybody else in the world looks pretty darn small. But we are still a little bit ahead, visionaries, and that is what makes us the ones that feel like outsiders in our families, because we are the ones that are pioneering . . . we are the trailblazers.
The Masters are telling me that they are cleaning off the dirt one acquires when trailblazing. It is just energy that is not you at all. It never was you, and is not a part of who you truly are. All these things that you have held onto, these negative thoughts or feelings, it was just your reaction to the collective consciousness that is out in the world, yet still a part of you. They say that if we, as a group, were completely unplugged from the collective consciousness of this world, we would be entirely different . . . because everything is connected to everything. Because we are pioneers, and we are here, we were willing to take on the heaviness, illusions and convolutedness that humanity is in right now. Because the world’s eyes are closed, that affects us. Everyone had their eyes open when they were born. But as soon as we are plugged into the collective consciousness, we begin to feel the effects of the collective. It is a sacrifice that we all make to be of service here. So reviewing what this chair is going to do, is this . . . it will help us unplug from the collective even further, so we can feel the authenticity of who we really are aside from the collective that is all around us. In other words, we will be very clear about what is us, and what is not us. We can truly unplug from the collective and still be in a physical body. But with each step that we take toward mastery, we help the collective toward that goal also. So we need to know what is us, and what is not us.
Now I am looking at the top of the heart bubble that we are all inside of, and I am beginning to see a lot of energy coming in from the light of the universe. You know how the top of the heart sort of looks like a chalice? The energy is pouring into the heart bubble, and this energy of light is dripping down on our head. It is like golden beads of light on top of our heads. It is saturating us and clearing out our minds. It is coming down and clearing our eyes, so we can see our truth. It is coming down and clearing out our throats, so we can speak our truth. It is coming down into our hearts to expand our hearts, so we can grasp the magnitude, hugeness and beauty of what is coming.
This golden light that is now in your heart is spreading out like little threads all throughout your body. Because we are pioneers of paradise, they are thinking that they do not want to unplug us, because our job is to build a bridge, or create a path for others to follow. I am sure that everyone here has noticed that when they wake up a little bit, even though they do not tell anyone, they notice that their family and friends start changing also. We are building a bridge with every step that we take in our lives. We are the living example, and because we came with our eyes open, it has been harder, and ironically, more wonderful too.
What they are going to do is leave a little tiny chord connected to this big heart, with this big golden chair in it, and connect it to the collective. That way when this collective in this circle stretches out beyond this reality, we will begin to build a bridge for everyone else on the planet.
Archangel Michael is watching this collective chord and making sure that it is a one-way chord. In other words, the energy from this pure heart bubble can go out into the world . . . but the world cannot send energy back into the heart bubble. This way the energy will stay pristine. Archangel Michael said that we have caused a little bit of attention, and because of this, he has put little filters on the chord. This is a really important point for us to remember, because when we get brighter, we could attract bugs. We do not want to judge the bugs. We just want to keep them from affecting us from doing the work we came here to do.
Lord Meru and the Brotherhood are sending me their feelings . . . they know during this last year that there have been situations and energies that have tried to slow us down and stop us. They are very careful about sharing this, because they do not like to say anything even vaguely negative. But they wanted to acknowledge our courage, our tenacity and our hard headedness to not give up, because we have all thought of giving up at one time or another.
They are having me scan what we have done so far, because I must have missed something. There is energy that we have stored up . . . bits of knowledge, wisdom and energy through past lives, and we stored it up in sort of a treasure chest. This treasure chest looks like a golden alligator with its mouth wide open. It is a golden alligator, and he is opening his mouth. All of this energy is coming out of his mouth, and it is stuff that we put in there. In the Maya lands, there is an alligator mouth with a face coming out of it, and in Palenque, one of the more famous reliefs, is Pacal coming out of the serpent’s mouth (Miriam, one of our group members, shared that the alligator in Egypt, with his long backbone, represents the kundalini energy).
So the stored energy is our kundalini energy. When we took on this job to be a pioneer for the light on Earth, we had to transduce down our energy just to be here. Some of us remember how it felt to fall here. Many of us still realize that we hold back our light, our power, because we are afraid that we will be judged, won’t fit in, or be unloved. This is what they were teaching me about the 13 codes over the last 20 years This golden alligator is going to give us this energy back.

It looks like they want us to stay here while we are out on Lake Titicaca When we start traveling back out into the world that is when the golden alligator will start sending this energy to us. There will be no hiding our light anymore. We will not be able to shrink around others in order to fit in. So if you are okay with this, you give the golden alligator permission to send back to you the energy that is rightfully yours; this being the heart and the kundalini energy that you stored there. So again, they are saying that they admire our great courage, because to give up this great energy and transduce down our energy is worse than death. It is a huge sacrifice. (Those reading this could imagine sitting in a golden boat on a huge pristine lake to let this part of the initiation integrate with you).
So this alligator is opening his mouth, with a smile on his face, and this energy is coming out, and it is going up into the golden chair . . . and then it is vibrating into the body that is all of us collectively sitting in the chair. All the stars surrounding the heart bubble look like fireworks going off around the outside of this heart. Now I see the stars, these fireworks, as part of our soul family. They have been just waiting and holding their breath for us to wake up, all the way, so we can get reconnected to them.
This soul family is not our genetic family. It is not our soul family that we found in each other. It is the soul family that are not here yet. These are the ones you might talk to . . . your guides, your Angels, etc…. They are the bits of light that are all around this heart, and they are so excited. All our ancestors and spiritual soul family are going to be guarding this heart while we are out in the lake, so we can incubate this new energy in us. And they are going to make sure that nothing comes near us to touch it, or change it. And while I am at it, I am going to ask Archangel Michael and the Andean Masters to walk a day ahead of us, and make sure that everything is clear . . . the water is smooth, the rooms are nice, the food is safe, etc… (Those reading this can also imagine your guides walking out ahead of you to smooth any challenges that may lay ahead).
Now the Andean Masters and Archangel Michael would like to explain what it will feel like when this energy starts coming into our body. It is like kundalini energy, but it is not going up the spine. It is going everywhere in your body. What they are doing right now is playing the vision ahead to see how we are going to react to this new energy. So they can prepare us for anything that might pop up while this energy is coming in. If this energy was coming into one’s who have not had the luxury of time to do a huge amount of innerwork, this energy would cause a lot of havoc in their bodies and minds. The Andean Masters know this. So they have gone around the circle to check everyone to make sure that it is not going to cause you any problems.
Our soul family are also working on other things right now. The heart is starting to look like a spaceship, and the golden chair that you are sitting on, I can almost see through. The collective body is almost translucent. Remember I told you that there was a hole in the Inca cross underneath the chair? Well, there is a hole in everybody’s heart. Part of this is the missing energy that the alligator is sending to you. It is going to fill up this hole. The hole is everyone’s commitment to making sure that everybody makes it. It is almost like you gave a piece of your heart away to the collective, because you wanted to make sure that everybody makes it. It does not look like it is hurting us from absorbing this energy.
Lord Meru says that the Earth is moving into this new energy very quickly now, the collective has absolutely no way to avoid waking up.” It has been prophesized for 104,000 years that this stored energy was going to return to the collective of the Earth. We cannot stop it. Nobody can. People are going to wake up. They are going to wake up if they like it or not. Some will be in bliss through the process. Others will be kicking and screaming. But most will be doing a little of both. But when this happens, the little spot, which is the hole in your heart, will fill back up, and you will feel complete.
Now your guides want to help you here with them. They communicate with you in different ways. Quite a few of your soul family is very chatty. They want to talk with you. Some of them are quiet, and they only send energy. Some send only visuals or images. A quite a few have messages for you. So just pay attention when you are going through your day. Just pay attention. Messages from your guides could be little thoughts in the back of your mind. Because their frequency is so much like yours, it might feel like you. You might even think you are making it up, but the messages are going to be something that you would have never thought of. There will be conversations in your mind, and it is going to say things that you know that you would have never said yourself. But it is going to feel like you. That is them. Others, they just like to send impressions.
If you cannot hear your guides, another way is to talk to them when we are out of the Lake, the night on Taquile Island, it is going to be the night that you see more stars that you have ever seen in your life. And they say to just go outside and have a conversation with the stars like they are real living things . . . which they are. But find a place in the sky that feels like it attracts you, and talk to them like they are your best friend. Do not pray to them . . . do not make them higher than you. Just talk to them like we talk to each other. Just like a friend, just like buddies. And when you do that, you recognize the living essence in the stars, and they will talk back. Because they are using the image of the stars around the heart, they think that talking to stars would be a good way to help you open up to hearing your soul family.
Now they are having me review the situation again . . . The golden chair is almost invisible now, and I cannot even see us sitting in it anymore. The chair is now up to the frequency that they wanted to bring it up to. They did not raise it to its full frequency until they checked everyone to make sure that it was not going to cause a negative reaction.
Lord Meru is now standing in front of everyone as if he wants to say something. He is kind of a big, tall guy with robes. He has got a medallion on his chest and has dark hair. He is very somber. I have never seen him crack a joke even though Archangel Michael has tried endlessly. He is a very serious guy. The first thing I am feeling is a huge heart welcome. He is just so glad that we are here. He is glad that we listened to the call to be here. And there is a sense about him of just extreme confidence that we are going to obtain what we came here to do. It is just like “Welcome, let’s get it done.” There is no feeling of him being concerned. He knows that we are going to get the job done. He has not told me what the job is which would be nice.
One of the things Lord Meru is saying, which I do not quite understand, and maybe this has to do with the little stars all around the heart bubble… he says say that when we build that bridge and finally peak to the other side, it is going to change the astrology. It is almost like all the stars in the sky are going to change. And the way people react to the world will be an entirely different way than the way they react to it now, because the astrology is going to change. Celestial influences are changing. This is part of the trigger for the shift. This is how we are going to return to paradise on Earth. Enough of us are going to wake up that the energy that we brought from far, far away . . . a long time ago, just like in Star Wars (that was Michael by the way), will change the astrology and nature of our world. Everybody else will simply fall into alignment with this. And that is how we will return to Paradise, because we will bring it here. This is why they are letting us incubate in the energy of the heart bubble, because the seed of truth can sprout and grow into a nice sturdy little plant until they sprout. We are farmers of paradise. Now this is where I say it is getting really good. Lord Meru and the Andean Masters are showing me how thousands upon thousands of people across the world, that are part of our growing family, are doing the same thing. There are a lot of farmers of paradise out there.
So to review what has been done here, we are floating around in this big, bubbly heart in a golden chair that looks like it is not there any more . . . we are in a body that does not look like it is there anymore either, surrounded by stars that are actually our soul family, with a chord connected to our collective consciousness so that when we do jump forward, everybody else has a path to follow, and we are being guarded by legions of angels. Not bad!
It is very clear to me that Lord Meru is going to follow us out to the Island while we are out in the lake, but that is his home base anyway. He is going to help us be able to bring Paradise back into our heart,and to be able to grasp that ideal.

So we are going to incubate this energy, and start putting things back in order while being helped by the energy stored by the golden alligator. They want to strongly remind you here . . . there is no effort on your part whatsoever. We just have to stay in our hearts and walk into the world, be kind to the people around us, be appreciative and grateful. That is it. We will be sharing the energy that is coming back to us, that we had stored. It is going to be as simple as being plugged back into our stored energy, and there will not be anything that we have to do to make this happen.One thing Lord Meru does want you to remember . . . “Don’t try.” Just let go. If you try, you will push it away. If you let go, and just be in your heart, and have appreciation for the beauty and the view, and the people, and walk in the heart space, it will all come to you. Effort is you telling the universe that you do not have it. If there is any energy of “try”, it is you telling the universe that you do not have it, and the universe is listening to you, every single thought and feeling. So just relax and be. And so it is.
(Some in our group asked a question about how will our families and everyone else on the planet, not on this journey, find the path). Lord Meru popped in and said everyone will learn to follow the right path, because it will be the only one that will feel good. Other paths will simply get too painful. All the other doors are going to closed, and the only place that will feel good is the opposite of illusion. People will find it because they will feel good. It is going to be really simple. They are going to be in so much pain, just like we have been this year, that they are going to find that path, because it will be filled with this heart energy, and this beauty, grace, love and peace. We still do not understand what this means in its entirety, because it is beyond the words I just used.

As we traveled out on the lake, we had the most powerful Sun Dog experience of our pilgrimage. Our hearts were so open so wide that it was utter bliss. When we landed on a private beach on Isla Taquile, and we took some time to bask underneath the indescribable Sun Bow. We made the Heart Island Sun Dog essence right there. I have been traveling to this little island for years and years. It is one of my favorite places on Earth. I came to understand that it is one of the most heart centered places I have ever experienced. The reaction of our group when we finally connected with some of the local people was a great confirmation for me. They were blown away by the heart to the island. I am not saying our groups in the past did not get it. But this group took it to an entirely different level. They really felt it. I know that if we can open our hearts this wide in a little island in the middle of Lake Titicaca, then it is part of the Earth already. It is part of the collective consciousness already. Love is the most beautiful virus … and it is highly contagious . . . and I leave you now hoping to catch a bad case of it.

Greetings!
As we blend our presence with our partner, we invite each of you to embrace this moment as another opportunity to experience how it feels when you allow life to serve you. Life loves to serve itself! If you are willing to claim this as being your truth, your life will be showered by a newfound joy and passion. All that your heart desires is not a fairy tale. It is a dynamic, new relationship with life that is initiated by choice.
Radiating out from the hearts and minds of the human family is a consistent chorus – why are we here? Why have we forgotten who we are? If it is true that we volunteered to be here, why would we choose such a challenging experience?
Let’s take a journey back in time to reflect upon these important questions. We remind you that the majority of your existence has been spent in the stars as a nonphysical being. What would inspire you to leave a reality that for the most part keeps you connected to your angelic roots?Your soul remembers a time long ago when you resided in a grand and beautiful place that we call the kingdom. A reality that embodied unity consciousness. In the kingdom you never experienced yourself as being separate from life. You had no idea what fear was. It was completely unknown to you. Every moment was another opportunity to bask in the unconditional love radiating from the father and mother aspects of creation. You were surprised and deeply honored when they turned to their children and offered the same abilities they embodied with the freedom to use them in any way you desired. They invited you to become independent creators that embodied an unconditional love for life.
You see, the Father/Mother aspects discovered their love for life could not be contained, even within this blissful, serene environment called the kingdom. Their understanding of love and their joy for sharing their love inspired them to set their creations free, without conditions. They asked each of you souls if you would be willing to become the new explorers of life outside the realms of the kingdom. They offered to share all of their creative abilities with each of you, an aspect of themselves that we call your divine nature. You would become independent, sovereign creators yet interconnected to the source of life. You were offered complete freedom to use these unlimited, creative abilities in any way you desired. Serving a love for life that could not be contained!
Now, there are many stories about the origins of life. Our words cannot do justice to the multidimensional experience you encountered when you left the kingdom. Since that time, each of you remember the kingdom with a deep yearning to return “home,” to the blissful, ecstatic environment that supported you. You have spent eons of time struggling to make peace with this new freedom, fine tuning, like an artist, your creative abilities. Each of you are living examples of source energy with the ability to create life. The Father/Mother aspects of creation do not spend one moment feeling concerned about your choices. There was no fine print in their offer, you have complete freedom to create life as you choose it for yourself.
You are some of the first cosmic artists. True creators! Like all artists, it takes time to develop your skills and understand your preferences. Many of your early creations you judged to be imperfect but unlike a human artist, you couldn’t simply destroy your work and start over. Your creations or life forms continued to live their life just as they are. For the first time, you experienced feeling responsible for your own creations. You judged your creations to lack the self awareness that would grant them the kind of freedom you enjoyed.
Living Inside your Creations
A co-creator that begin to distrust their creative abilities is not a pretty site. Some of you began to feel that the freedom you now embodied was more of a burden than a gift. Your reaction to your new independent nature and your self judgment about your creative abilities initiated some new feelings. You experienced guilt, resentment and self doubt for the first time. Many of you, while living in the stars were determined to resolve this growing inner conflict. Together, you began to descend your consciousness into realities that gave you a more tangible reflection of your own inner environment. The most tangible reflection is here on Earth. This planet provides the opportunity for your soul to experience itself within its own creations. It takes a truly magnificent and courageous artist to want to acknowledge and validate how their inner reality is shaping their external experience. The desire to become accountable for your own creative abilities.
Now, if this experiment were easy all of creation would have signed up. The history of the human species gives graphic evidence that Earth is a place truly for masters. Now we know the story of humanity is often turned upside down suggesting it is more like a penal colony for misfits. We often share how much we enjoy kissing your feet. We do so to acknowledge the creator within you. When we proclaim that your life on Earth serves all of life, we want you to feel our love for the divine artists who are learning to set their creations free. You learn this as a human being in all of the roles you play in your personal relationships. The mother or father that sets their children free by trusting that life will support them. The employer that offers complete freedom to its employees to explore their creative abilities, trusting that it will add to the well being of the company. The citizen that sets its government free by taking responsibility for their own life. The spiritual teacher that sets its students free by trusting in the divine nature within all souls. You, beloved human being, are here on Earth at this time to reclaim your divine nature. You are learning to trust in your inherent, creative abilities and impulses while discovering a new joy for life when you stop feeling responsible for your creations! A responsible creator sets their creations free!
In your human affairs, you play out these galactic issues in all of your relationships. When you feel responsible for the lives of others, you are willing to process for them what you believe they are unable to do for themselves. You energetically process the unresolved issues of your children to free them of their pain. You do the same with your partners, husbands and wives, friends and co workers. You have become such experts at processing energies that you believe you can process the unresolved issues for entire communities, countries, and this planet. This very relationship has delayed many of the natural changes Gaia needs to experience in order to move and change her own energetic relationship with life.
Now, we understand why some of you would choose to process these generational issues. You share this planet with all of humanity and prefer an environment that is not quaking and shaking. It is only when your body begins to break down that you also begin to question the wisdom behind your intentions. Compounded by the lack of recognition for this type of sacrificial work you perform for others, you begin to honor your purpose for being on Earth – to resolve your relationship with your creative abilities in whatever form they take.
I Love my Life
How do the Father/Mother aspects of creation, the source of life or God/Goddess/All That Is feel about them self? We would say it begins with a simple truth. At the core of their existence, all aspects of your origins joyfully proclaim, moment to moment – I Love my Life! I am That I am and I love my life! We are That we Are and We love Life! God Is and God loves all of life! It is a profound truth and we invite each of you as human beings to openly proclaim this truth by FEELING the energy behind these simple words. I LOVE MY LIFE! Practice saying this until it begins to feel real. Begin to consciously breathe the energy of loving your life with every breath you take.
Again, you choose to be here to live within your creations, your creative abilities. You are not being punished, although from the outside it would appear you are punishing yourself. Many get lost in this experience by waiting for their life to begin to feel better before they are willing to proclaim their love for life. We invite you to begin practicing saying this simple truth to yourself no matter what you are experiencing in your life. Having a bad hair day? I LOVE MY LIFE! Wishing a coworker would leave the planet? I LOVE MY LIFE! Your bank account has no money in it – I LOVE MY LIFE!
Lets apply this truth to your life in a practical manner. Devote 30 minutes to choosing to become a conscious observer of how the energy from this statement about yourself can change your life. Begin by repeating “I love my life” and continue repeating this until you feel or sense a new joy. Start to breathe that joy in with each breath and claim this experience to be valid. Value it like you value your purse or wallet. Now notice during the next 30 minutes how your mind and the voices from your past will attempt to distract your attention. You might notice yourself slowly entering a trance like state that has you forgetting how good it feels when you do love your life. You might hear thoughts that will encourage you to focus your attention on unfulfilled desires, deadlines and goals. Just observe this internal swirl of activity and notice that every time you claim love for your life the energy shifts. It brings you back into this moment, freed of your past conditions and open to new adventures. After 30 minutes there is no need to stop, please continue.
Humanity uses the term enlightenment to describe a profound and conscious connection with source energy. Loving yourself in this manner is a potent exercise in reestablishing that connection for yourself. Enlightenment is your willingness to love your life in this moment, just as you are. This acceptance awakens your relationship with your divine nature and over time you will become a sovereign, independent aspect of source; God/Goddess/All That Is!
Life on Earth is a backdrop for you to resolve your galactic dilemma. Owning the joy from declaring that you love your life, no matter where you are in your life, will serve to break the dualistic patterns of thought that keep you from claiming this freedom. The freedom to experience life in way your heart desires. The freedom to experience unity consciousness, not as you knew this to be in the kingdom. Fear did not exist in that reality. Unity consciousness living outside the kingdom is all about making peace with complete opposites. How does a conditioned human being dance with the unlimited nature of the soul? It would appear from the outside that such a dance is impossible. Each and every time your human nature allows your divinity to co-exist in its life, you model unity consciousness at work outside the kingdom. You offer a solution to a polarized, galactic dilemma that separates love from fear, light from dark, and right from wrong. All because you allowed the divine presence of life to come to you!
I Love to Share my Creations
Declaring that you love your life creates a foundation that now supports expressing that love. Your divine nature loves itself and all of its creations unconditionally. It embraces an understanding that knows love cannot be contained. This is very important – love cannot be contained! It could not be contained within the environment of the kingdom or anywhere else in all of existence. As a creator, you honor love each and every time you share your creations. As a human being, this simple truth will serve to set your abundance issues free.
Now, we already anticipate your next question – how? Let’s imagine that many of you have a product or service that you feel inspired to share with the world. Being a lover of life, you begin to feel a new relationship with your product or service. You start to practice conscious breathing, You begin to feel the presence of joy fill your life and overflow into your product or service. With every inhale you are literally breathing life into your body and with each exhale you are sharing the same life force with your own creations. Your product or service are now infused with the same life that supports your body and begin to develop a life of their own.
Your creation is now blessed by your willingness to trust in your creative abilities, but your product or service cannot be contained. Like the Mother/Father aspects of creation, to honor the nature of love you set them free by sharing them with your world. The product or service is indeed your creation, but your service is to love. They are simply the vehicle for loved to be shared. Take a moment to “feel” the value in this statement.
The joy you experience from loving your life opens your imagination to endless possibilities of how to serve or share your new creation. Now, the mind will intervene and suggest that all this joy will lead you down the road to la la land. Yes – well, welcome home! You have a very important choice to make when it’s time to share your creations. Will your conditioned human nature, your old story, try to control how you share, distribute and market your creations? If so, be prepared to work very hard and receive very little. You can also choose to act on any of the endless possibilities, acknowledge the resistance you feel from the voices from your past, and continue to act while you proclaim – I LOVE MY LIFE!
Your comfort zones will be challenged when you make a choice to serve the nature of love. Serving love will invite all of life to also serve you and will require of you to say – YES! Even when your knees are weak and your head is spinning with fear practice proclaiming -I love my life! You will find yourself saying yes to a variety of opportunities that expose your creations. If it’s about YOU, seeking recognition and approval from outside yourself, your creations will become polarized – held in place by your own fears and limitations. We want you to understand this point. When you truly open yourself to feeling an authentic love for your life, life “will” respond. You will be offered opportunities that will challenge how your conditioned human nature will try to contain your creative abilities and expressions.
I Love Receiving an Abundance of Appreciation
A spiritual foundation that begins with self love naturally extends into sharing your love for life and is complimented by a willingness to receive love. Your divine nature does not avoid being recognized, it joyfully embraces all reflections of it’s creative nature. Simply put, it is not shy.
Many of you that have been on your own spiritual journey for some time have developed an awareness of the nature of your ego self and know how it feels when your soul nature is at play. We honor your sense of integrity when it comes to not wanting to misrepresent the authentic nature of your soul. You fear that your own ego will use your creations to receive from others what it doesn’t have within itself – love. Being on the receiving end of life is a natural part of your creation process. Watch how you use shyness to filter this type of recognition, which tends to do exactly what you fear, It brings your personality/ego to the forefront.You can practice being in receivership in a number of ways. We mentioned in our book (Riding a Stallion) how receiving some form of body work or massage on a regular basis can help you grow comfortable with allowing life to support you. This too is self love. It will awaken your connection to your divine nature and release your doubts surrounding your creative abilities. The next time someone wants to compliment your work, notice how your energy pulls back, recoils to protect what? Perhaps you are feeling your own judgment about the imperfection of your own creations to avoid the potential rejection. Those of you that have walked away from trying to become prefect are very wise indeed!
The year of 2008 was all about creating new potentials. Allowing yourself to imagine new opportunities by living outside your story. Self love is a story waiting to be lived. 2009 will invite each of you to act on these new potentials now as a lover of life. A time will come when it is your turn to leave this planet. The only thing you take with you are your experiences. If you attempt to cling to your creations or your relationships you will find that transition a little awkward. Life invites you to create whatever your heart desires and to set it free. Many of you are just beginning to experience this newfound freedom and recognize this lifetime as being your last. All of you have enticed millions of souls to now visit Earth for the first time. Not because they enjoy pain. You are demonstrating how polarized opposites can coexist. Your conditioned human nature is beginning to dance with your unconditional divine nature. Your conditioned galactic nature is beginning to dance with your divine nature. Your life on Earth is a work of art for all to witness, a living example of how to resolve the inner conflicts of a conscious co-creator. We, the Family of Michael, bow before the new divine artists who will leave this Earth, look out at the stars and like a blank canvas begin to create life freed of your self judgements.
Many souls will now feel inspired to experience their life on Earth for the first time because you were willing to live outside your story. The story of creation is indeed profound but it is just a story. In a way, it seems to be repeating itself. Once again you are leaving home, Earth with a precious gift in your hands. From your experience here on Earth, you have developed a profound wisdom. Each of you carry the gift of life and within this universe you have come to embrace, share and receive the reflections of your gift to life. Life now serves you because you were willing to serve love by loving you!
