Let’s begin with a beautiful violet flame that is transforming and transmuting. We want to see a
violet flame literally coming up from the Earth like an eternal flame or something permanent that is
stationary within the Earth that offers [ongoing] transformation. Actually it does quite a lot. It is
transfiguring, transforming, transmuting and purifying.
So we see that Violet Flame coming up from the earth. You can literally just [see yourself] in it.
Now sometimes it will look like a beautiful violet colored lotus flower with you sitting in the center
of it. Sometimes it will be fiery flames coming up depending upon on the amount of clearing,
cleansing, transforming, that is required in your consciousness at the moment.
I use this particular energy because we are in a time period where we want to see communications
moving forward rapidly. We also want to see any cloudiness around communications become clear
and concise, and able to easily be discerned.
This ties in with Trust be revealed, which is our current time period. We are really in that
revelation of Truth being apparent to all who seek it. Now the violet transmuting flame is
something that can be willfully placed around the planetary consciousness.
In other words, if you know of an area where people are suffering, you can send the violet
transmuting flame. If you know of an area where wildlife is suffering, send the flame. If you know
of an area where there has just been a wildfire or a hurricane, a tornado or a volcano erupting,
send the violet transmuting flame. This is extremely helpful to all of humanity and to all of the
other kingdoms at this point in time.
In your own consciousness, you can use the violet transmuting flame to clear any residues or
challenging lessons that you are going through, including the way in which Pluto, going direct in
Capricorn, might affect your chart. You can clear the way that you feel about politics in a given
moment, or the economy, or peace versus war. That sort of thing.
Bring the violet flame, with its transforming, transmuting, and purifying qualities into any given
situation, and really let it flood your consciousness. It brings about a state of purity and clarity for
the Truth.
Truth is relative. I think that everybody understands that. And it is also personally owned.
However, when we get to the pure level of the Godhead, or the highest level of consciousness,
what happens is a resonance with the Divine Will. It has nothing to do with the way that humans
would interpret Universal Laws or Truth, or the way in which humans would shape the world, for
better or for worse. It is absolute pure resonance with Truth at that level of Creation.
See yourself constantly consumed by violet transmuting flame, so that it is very rapidly clearing
out your own consciousness, bringing about the abundant Universe, and then send it around the
planet as needed. Never directing it upon a certain person who you ‘think’ might need it, but
around the planet as needed.

Alright. What we are going to work with today is Aura Expansion. The aura can be expanded or contracted, at will, according to what is feasible for the surroundings or that particular moment. However, an aura that is expanded, or sometimes we call it fluffing the aura, is also a signal of one who is more spiritually developed or carries something in their auric field that is of value to others.
You might see someone of a certain stature wearing a particular costume, like a king wearing a crown and a robe, or a farmer wearing his farming clothes, a nun wearing her habit and robe, a monk wearing his robe, etc. The aura is much like a robe or a dress that you would wear that tells others who you are. And we’re in a particular time frame where auras are being seen more frequently. I think I might show you both aura expansion and how to see an aura.
How to see an aura:
We will start with how to see an aura, which is something you can practice on yourself in the mirror if you like, or you can practice with the dog, the bird, a tree, a plant, etc. Anything that is living will have an aura. Mountains, for example, have beautiful auras usually unless there is something, an illness there, and then you will see a diminished auric field.
So the key is look not right at the object or the person, but rather near the top of the object with a softened gaze. If you are standing in front of the mirror in the bathroom, you might want to close the door and turn off the lights or something. In a dimly lit room, the aura will be more visible.
And then you would gaze at yourself in the mirror and you would be looking right about at the hairline, where the forehead meets the scalp. You soften the eyes and just sort of stare without blinking, just gazing, and then, depending upon how long it takes you, you will naturally begin to see the energy field around your body. You’ll probably just see it as either white or clear initially, then eventually as you practice you will be able to see colors.
How to expand the aura:
What you can do are, very simply, a Tai Chi exercise or a sequence of yoga postures, even jumping jacks as an exercise, those will expand the aura. It doesn’t have to be a complicated exercise.
The one that I would say is probably the quickest is also a good protection and it gets all the chakras moving and flowing. And I call this “zip yourself up three times”. Shake out the right hand and put it a few inches out in front of the root chakra, just a few inches out at the base of your torso. Take a nice deep breath in while you zoom your hand up the front of the body. You are not actually touching the body, you want to be out 5 or 6 inches. Breathe in while you are zooming up, scoop your hand a little bit toward the back of the head and then exhale and imagine your hand continuing down behind the spine and then cupping up under the torso again. Just three times in a row rather quickly.
If you are in a place where you can’t make that motion with your hand, just do it with your breath and your mind’s eye, three times, and that alone will expand the aura. Now to further that a little bit, just shake the hands out and then literally, as if you were inside a bubble or a balloon, position your hands with the palms out to the sides and just push outward slowly. Don’t do it rapidly. Slowly push and be sure to breathe with that. You’ll feel the aura go out as least as far as your arms reach.
You can also stretch it up above your head. That would like your palms toward the sky. You can go out in front of you and behind you, with palms, and you put your palms down, arms down the sides, palms pushing back. So you are literally just spreading it out. You can do all kinds of hand positions there as you do that.
It’s actually very balancing for your brain and your energy field, if you decide you’re going to stick your right palm forward while your left palm goes to the back side of the aura, etc. You just move things around and expand the aura.
Now you can also consciously wear a specific aura by intent. For example:
Aura of love
Aura of Divine Love
Aura of a sage (teacher)
Aura of a healer (beautiful 12th Ray Gold color)
Perhaps in some other teaching we will go through the ray colors as they show up in the aura.

Alright. Our topic today is “May Day – Spring of Hope”. Now this is a very interesting time period and I would encourage you to leap forward or spring forward with actions that are all based on hope: hope for a better world, hope to end hunger, hope to have a peaceful reality and a peaceful world. This is a time clearly to focus your hope and your choice.
Now if I could say nothing else, I would say that “hope” and “choice” might be the key words here. Many need to know there is still hope for something good.
There is hope for turnaround and then they can choose a better reality than the one that they are experiencing now. And even if all odds are against it, when you pool together your choices, in other words, like minds create great things together in a team effort.
So if you have the same desire perhaps as your neighbor, that you are hoping for peaceful planet or maybe you are just hoping for a quiet neighborhood at the moment (and I am going to expand on that a bit later). Whatever it is, band together with like-minded individuals.
Now I know that these days, a lot of that happens in chat rooms and by e-mail and sometimes by letter or just maybe joining an organization or making a donation or whatever it is that you do. Take some sort of action that is clearly a hopeful springing forward, and, if you are able, take more than one action in that direction.
Also this is an important time period to share with others to keep their hopes up, to keep choosing. “I choose a better reality” or “I choose abundance” or “I choose good health” or “I choose…” whatever it is, just keep it coming.
And another practice just to take this a bit deeper for those of you who do energy work, or prayer work, is that when two or more are gathered in the name of Creation (now different religions put it in different terms, so you can substitute whatever word that you want that makes you more comfortable), basically it is saying there is one other human being that has the same desire and you can connect on some wavelength, that your co creative powers will far exceed the nay sayers or the negative thinkers. So this is a time for that positive energy of hope and free will choice.
May Day is classically a time to usher in that green fresh growth, you know, that energy, that potential, to take that sprout and turn it into a tall strong plant. So treat your hopes the same way and keep making choices in a direction that you want to go in.
I do appreciate those of you who share the information freely on the Internet and verbally with friends. Some of you print these out and give them to other people. Thank you so much for your willingness to share that. And perhaps that beautiful emerald green color would be a good one. Just close your eyes for a moment. Just think of that beautiful emerald green color and that harmony vibration and let that soak into your body.
