The Council of Light : Be P.E.A.C.E. Full

Dearest Council of Light, help us better understand what is taking place in the outside world and how we can be inside to ensure continued growth, peace and joy in our everyday lives. Thank you for your constant blessing and support.
Beloved Followers of the Light,
It is easier than you think, especially if you are doing so with conscious intent to contribute to the New World and not to perpetuate the old one! But what is the New World when the old one is rising up in your faces all the time? It is all things that are peaceful, for this is a primary sign. If the thought or activity or person or feeling or information does not elicit peace, then it is not creating an expanded presence within you, and so is not creating the New. If you need a quick and easy filter, it is PEACE. Your heart will feel expansive, your attitude will be of abundance, your creativity will be ignited and your energy will be stimulated, all in a positive ways. So the word peace itself could represent Positive Expansion of Abundant Creativity and Energy!
If anything about you is not one of these traits, then you are supporting the old way…be quick to realize it and turn your self around, remembering that a ship at sea only has to make a very small adjustment to the steering to end up at a completely different destination…learn to trim your sails and adjust your course often and succinctly. Each small gesture will ensure that you become an ardent supporter of creating all that is PEACEful in your life and thereby contribute to the contagion of peace all around you and so it will grow all over the planet.
Another important thing to remember is this: do not get stuck in old ways. Become your own best coach to try new things and explore new thoughts and think of life as exciting and take on challenges and go a different way next time and stir things up a bit in your life that the OLD grooves and the OLD patterns and the OLD way is effortlessly released in the excited exploration of the new. It is so easy to just walk the same path because “auto pilot” is easy – but the price you pay for stasis is great, and it is so much more exhilarating to continue to forge a new path, a new point of view, a new way…keep coaching yourself to turn a new direction, just for the sake of the delicious interest of seeing and doing and being from another perspective. Keep an open mind. Allow the winds of change to gently caress your life and push you and turn you in a new way. What is the new way?
It is all things new. Get up and out and explore and experience and imagine that this is the day to find new inspiration and new ways and new experiences. Remember that what you focus on expands, so just deciding that you are new and each day is new and that is exactly what you will draw unto you.
If you are bored it is because you just haven’t decided to turn slightly and begin anew. Just do it. Focus on youth and vitality and expansion and fertility and colours and shapes…as if you are welcoming in a new program to upgrade the old one!
And so how else does the New World appear? It appears inside you first. All things are born on consciousness first, so when the majority are in this PEACEful state of mind, then the outside world will shift. So when things intensify and appear negative, do whatever you can to focus on the positive. See the beauty in everything, no matter what form it takes in the outside world – by thinking and responding to it differently, it changes. Keep turning it over and over until the light shines in it. Until the light shines on it. Until the light shines around it. Do not expect the outside world to rescue you…self-mastery is changing the external through internal change…that is what makes you magical wizards! So stir the pot, change it up, toss the dice, make a change, see the light, shift it around. This is conscious, deliberate, effort. This is diligence on behalf of your own life and all life. This is your purpose.
Remember that your role as lightworker is in conscious alchemy to take what is and make it better – to make change in substance from one to another, for the highest outcome for all. No one does this for you – the old way is waiting for the alchemy outside of you. The great change comes, like all powerful transformation, from within.
Beloved ones, we know that this is a labour of love; we know that it means that you must take charge of every moment and every action and this requires discipline. We know that you are on the front lines and this takes courage. And we also know that you will be victorious, so keep on keeping on. Each individual must charge ahead with powerful intent, but you are bound together shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart. You are not alone in your efforts, as many are here to shine light on the path ahead and cheer you on along the way. Keep choosing the new path and we promise that you will be delightfully surprised to find what lies ahead.

A message from Jesus/Yeshua : Belief

Beloved one, every experience and every expression which you create comes from a vantage point, a belief as to who and what you are. You have in the conscious and subconscious the generational beliefs which have been handed down to you from the parents, from the generations of the grandfather, great-grandfather, great-grandmother, etc. and from the peers and their generational beliefs embodied in the culture in which you have been raised.
Your belief is based upon what is given to you – subliminally many, many times – by the generations, by the parents, and by the peers as to what the common belief is about what life has to be. If your family is one that believes life has to be a struggle, that everything that comes to you has to be a challenge, then from the time you are very small – even before that, in truth; as you are in the mother’s womb there is a receptivity of energy – a receptivity which may interpret that life is hard, it is a struggle.
Or, the perception can be that life is joyful, and if the mother is looking forward to having this new one born and there is great anticipation and welcoming of the new one, the new one is going to know and will feel that joy, even in the womb before it is out in the arms.
After it is living its own individuality as a small one, at first it very much picks up on the energy levels of the parents. It is very much aware of what is going on through energy vibrational patterns. This goes with you throughout the lifetime as a subliminal belief, so that you have a preconceived tendency to look at life in a certain way.
Later on, when you begin to understand words, your parents may say to you, “It’s a jungle out there. You have to be really, really strong. You have to get there first before the other one gets there. Do unto others first before they get you.” Or, vice versa, “It is really a joyful place to live. I have many friends, you have many friends, nature is beautiful. It is wonderful to be out in the field, to run freely, to feel the sunshine upon the head, the shoulders, the body. It is wonderful to breathe of the fresh air.Yes, life is good.”
And so the small one grows taller with beliefs which have been given to him/her early on, and then the beliefs are reinforced as the subliminal belief then attracts evidence that the perception is true. And so, ones often will have the challenges in life because they are looking for them, expecting them, because the parents have said, “It’s going to be tough; you have to be tough.” Or, the parents will say, “You are going to find many friends. You are a most special being. I prayed before you came, and you came to me to be a companion on the Journey, and I am so happy that you came. Let us walk hand in hand and rediscover all of the beauty that this life has to offer.”
From that foundation, which is conscious and yet unconscious as well, you fashion how you see your world. You can work with those beliefs when you recognize them. When you sit with yourself just quietly, or when you are traveling in your vehicle or when the mind is free to think back to the childhood or to recognize a re-action to something that happened, stop for a moment; something has happened, and you have a reaction immediately to it, and then there may be a feeling of, “Oh, okay, I know how to handle that,” or there is a feeling of, “Oh, my God, how am I going to handle this one?”
You can be aware of how you feel in the body. The energy of that occurrence is going to be felt in the body somewhere. Stop for a moment and be aware of where you are holding the energy, where it has hit you. Has it hit you at the heart where you feel you have to shut down or can you be open and expansive? Has it hit you in the abdomen, where you feel that you have to be armored and you have to save self?
The torso – from the neck down to below the abdomen – has been oftentimes the part that has been the reason for releasing the body. It has been the area where you were struck in battle; or off with the head, across the neck. So this part of the body is very much attuned to receiving energy, and it will tell you – it has a language – how you are feeling about any occurrence.
Be aware when anything happens, any event, any discourse you have with someone, how you feel about it, where you feel about it, and sit just for a moment in that deep breath, that easy breath, and examine, “What is this telling me about my belief? What do I believe? What am I feeling in the abdomen? What am I feeling anywhere in the body? What energy pattern am I receiving?”
Identify the belief. Oftentimes it will be a belief that says there is something that could be threatening, because habitually as you have gone through this reality many, many lifetimes, you have reinforced a belief that the body which you have fashioned could be harmed in some way. And so there is the initial reaction that perhaps whatever was said to you, whatever occurred could be seen as threatening and could have power of some sort over you.
So you sit with that instantaneous feeling and you ask, “What belief am I holding?” And then you ask, “Where does this come from? What does it go back to?” And there will come to you a vision, an idea, a time, an occurrence, a root source.
And then you ask of yourself, “Is this a belief that serves me now?” Now, in many other lifetimes that belief served you well, because the feeling of threat to the body caused the adrenalin to flow and you ran from whatever was perceived to be threatening, and you did save the body for some other time. And so, that belief and that reaction have served you well. It is not a wrong thing.
But you ask of yourself in this day and time, “Does it serve me? Do I need this belief now?” And if you feel that you do not need it now, you begin by first being conscious of it. Then, secondly, you take a deep breath and you ask, “How can I see this differently?” And as you take that deep breath, you realize that you do not have to hold that belief. There is no parent standing next to you saying that you have to believe it any more. There is no great person in the realms above saying that you have to believe.
You go within to the energy that you are and you ask of yourself, “How can I see this differently? How would it feel if I understood that what she said to me was said in love?” And you play with that in your imagination. “How would it be if what they said to me was said in love; not as a threat as I first perceived it; not as a judgment as I first perceived it; but when they said that, how would it feel if I perceived it said in love?”
You will feel a change in the vibrational energy of the body itself. It will relax. It does not have to be armored any longer. It expands. Every time something comes up and you want to know – “Oh, that did not feel good,” or “Oh, that did feel good” – trace it back to what the underlying belief is, and be conscious about it.
First of all, be conscious. Second of all, take the deep breath. Third, ask, “How can I see this differently?” And then, fourth, move into the energy feeling of how it feels to perceive it differently. You can do this. You will find yourself being very busy all throughout the day, because truly you go through every day – and this is not said as a judgment, but as a discernment – you go through a day with a lot of reaction to things that you do not even know you are reacting to. You walk through the day half asleep.
I am asking of you now to be awake, to be conscious, to be aware. “What am I feeling? Why am I feeling? What is the underlying belief?” And then if you want to change it, imagine the energy feeling of the opposite, love instead of fear, understanding instead of judgment.
Now, I have spoken to you just now about how to change the conscious beliefs, how to make them conscious and to change. Some beliefs are very deeply embedded in the energy pattern of the body and of the self that you are. They have been very deeply embedded throughout lifetimes. These are ones that are going to be a bit more challenging to find. They are going to be the subconscious ones which will come up as you deal with the ones that are on the surface, the ones of this lifetime.
Other ones from other lifetimes are going to come up to be known. And when I say that, be aware that you have lived many, many lifetimes in many different cultures, so there are going to be beliefs from other cultures that have been taken, integrated, put into the matrix of the soul, and then remembered and carried in the body at the cell level, so that the cells even have memory of other cultures and other beliefs that those cultures believed in, all the way back as far as you can trace it in a linear history and beyond.
So when ones say to you that belief is a foundation, and that you can change beliefs, be aware that what you start with – and you have to start somewhere – is the tip of the iceberg, and that there is much more underneath which will come up at some point.
You all have unique history. You all have unique memories of lifetimes which have been built on many beliefs, and many of those beliefs are going to be deeply embedded in the energetic pattern of the body. They are accessible to you, but some are just a bit deeper than others. So I say to you, work with the conscious beliefs, the ones that come up in this lifetime that hit you right in the face or right in the stomach, wherever they hit you. Be aware of where that belief comes from. And then give to yourself much allowance and love, because everything you have ever done in any lifetime, even if it has brought to you challenges that you even experience in this lifetime, have been treasures.
You have wanted to play in the sandbox of creativity. You have wanted to know, “How does it feel to make sand?” And so you have made plenty of sand. “How does it feel to make the sand castles?” So you make the forms, the bodies. “How does it feel to be finished with one sand castle and build another?” And so you wipe out one form and you build another sand castle, and you play with that sand castle for awhile.
“How does it feel to throw the sand up in the air? Is it going to stay up in the air?” In some realities it does. In this reality, it comes back down on your head. This reality has much of the sending and receiving, so that what you send out often comes back to you. It is part of what you have built into this reality. You have lived every lifetime that you can imagine and more. And many of those lifetimes you have done things that now the energetic pattern of the body does not accept well.
For example, many of the ones who find themselves in this lifetime perceiving the need to avoid the alcoholic substance have come to that place most innocently by the ritual of a religious/philosophical teaching, different threads, different religions as you know them, where the wine was known to be sacred, and it was imbibed because of the sacredness of it. You were taking something sacred within the body and being One with the energy of that sacred liquid. And those were lifetimes where you were happy. Those were lifetimes where you felt fulfilled. You felt that you were doing something sacred.
Then another lifetime comes along, and you have chosen a different scenario, and you find that you do not feel fulfilled. You want to know fulfillment; you want to know wholeness; and so there is a little part of you that remembers the lifetime where you were in the religious/philosophical order, and what was sacred was the wine. And so you say, “Okay, I will go to the wine. It will make me feel whole.”
Perhaps this lifetime the energetic pattern of the body is different, and the wine has a different effect. It is not a sin. It is not wrong; it is a memory, and it goes back to a very good memory, but it may not apply to what you have formed in this lifetime. Therefore, you try it out, and if it resonates well with you, that is good. If it does not, you say, “Okay, that’s from another lifetime; it served me in another lifetime, but maybe not this lifetime.”
The same as there is belief now that the inhalation of smoke is going to bring about a congestion of the lungs, and that eventually you will release the body because the body does not feel energetic any longer.
The smoking of the peace pipe was seen as a sacred ritual. There are many of the cultures that yet believe in sharing of the smoke as symbolic of the spirit rising up to the heavens. It was done at first as a symbolic catalyst for remembrance. Then ones come through other generational teachings and other lifetimes where the energetic pattern of the body is different, and there is a collective belief that perhaps the smoke can be not sacred, but can be a congestive agent. Again, it is based on a belief.
So when you are working with beliefs, allow yourself much love. Know that truly everything that may not work for you in this lifetime has worked for you in other lifetimes and has been seen as a sacred avenue to the remembrance of the spirit that you are, the energy that you are, the divine Isness that you are. But it may not be appropriate for this lifetime, or, it may be.
Have much mercy for yourself, please, and for others as well. When I spoke two thousand years ago of love, the message was taken to heart by many of you, but by many it was discounted, because it did not seem to be the way of the world. It seemed too far out, as you call it nowadays. It did not seem relevant.
But the truth of your being is that you are love; not only human love; that is good; it is the beginning: to know human love for another one, to know human love for a pet, for an animal, to know human love for a sunset or a sunrise. That is the beginning. But you are much more than human love. You are Love incarnate as Life itself.
Now, I have spoken about the clues to finding the beliefs that underlie every reaction and how to deal with them. And I have spoken how to be easy with self, with the beliefs that are buried a bit deeper, and how those beliefs have served you in other lifetimes, but may not be the ones that you want to have in this lifetime. There is no parent waiting to judge, to beat you if you are wrong, to push you into a belief that you have known as a little child was not your belief, and you did not want to accept it, but if you did not accept it, there were some harsh penalties. But that parent is no longer in a power place to do anything except as you bring that parent along with you, and many of you do. It is a very common thing, that even when the parent has released the body and is no longer in a place of giving you the slap across the face, or wherever, you still carry that parent with you, speaking in your ear, of what the old beliefs have been.
And what you may do, as you become conscious of that parent, is to turn to them and say, “Thank you. You have served me well, because you have shown me how I do not want to go.” You thank them, because they have truly done the best that they knew how to do. They were journeying through life with challenges that were often beyond what they knew how to handle. So you say to them, “I love you, because now I understand that you were only doing what you knew to do based on your belief system at that time. But you know, those whacks that you gave me, I didn’t really appreciate those. And some of those beliefs that you said I had to believe, I don’t believe them any longer.”
And then you wait for the blow to fall. And it does not fall. And in that moment you know yourself to be free You know yourself to be able to love and to release and to be free. Many of you carry energy across the shoulders and the back — oftentimes that is the part of the body which needs the energy work and the massage — from many lifetimes, including this one, where you had to turn the back, because the slap was going to be right there, either on the back or the face. And you carry that energy with you.
You can release that now. You can let that go. The one who has been as the parent, who has been whispering in your ear the old belief as you have perceived it, truly is not whispering those messages any longer. I will share with you that when the body is released, ones have an opportunity to look at beliefs and how the life was lived, and to move into a space of acceptance of love, unconditional love which they did not know when they were in the human form, in the human life, so that this one that you are carrying no longer truly exists.
This one may be with you and may be shouting in your ear, “I’ve changed.” But because of old belief pattern, you still, up to this point, have heard them as you knew them to be, but they are not that person any longer. For when they have laid down the body, they have also laid down the constrictions of that lifetime and they are no longer the person that you remember them to be.
The one that you remember them to be is in memory only; your memory. They have changed, and they have sometimes moved on; oftentimes they will come back to check on you to see how you are doing. Oftentimes they go down on the angelic knees – if they had knees – and beg your forgiveness for what they did not know they were doing, because they were doing the best that they knew how, based on generational belief that had been given to them by their parents and by the grandparents and farther back than that.
Many of the parents felt that they had to be strong in order to take care of you. And that was a responsibility that they did not know how to respond to, except by the teachings and the beliefs they had been given.
Belief. Allow yourself to identify it. “Where does this belief come from? How can I perceive it differently?” Taking the deep breath, “How would it feel if I perceived it in love? If truly every whack on the shoulder or legs that I got as a child was meant in love in order to make me a better person as my mother, father, grandmother, grandfather understood “better” to be? How would it feel if I understood that truly everything that comes to me, I have invited as a gift, not as a punishment? How would it feel to accept everything in love? Oh, that feels a lot better, a lot easier.”
I love That Which you are, because I know That Which you are. You are the divine holy Child, innocent, playing in the sandbox of this reality, expressing the divine creativity. You are the divine holy Child, free to examine your beliefs, and to change them to reflect back to you your deepest desire: the desire to know how loved you are. You are free.
So be it.

Thoth: Following The Path Of Knowing

I AM Thoth and today I would like to speak about Following the Path of Knowing as opposed to the Path of the Mind, when making decisions.
In spiritual training, one of the subjects that a Master teacher will always cover is a method of learning or practicing how to KNOW instead of THINK, for there is a vast difference between the two.
Thinking is important in forming ideas, which are used to create and to form intentions which help to create. Ideas created by the mind, energized by emotions, especially desire, are what actually make your life what it is.
Knowing, on the other hand, is a state of BEing in which the mind is put aside for the moment and a subtle, or sometimes strong, feeling is allowed to rise to the surface of your consciousness and express an awareness and certainty that your best choice in that given moment is now clear to you. You may not know the reason why it is your best choice, you just KNOW, that it is the choice you should make, the direction that you need to go.
If you choose another direction, this is NOT wrong. It is just another choice. You, in that moment, have decided that you would like to explore yet another aspect of the path you are on before agreeing to walk another path, or a branch of the same path.
There is no right or wrong. Everything is just a choice, a lesson, an experience, an opportunity to learn more about yourself. You are not racing anyone. There are no winners or losers. Everything IS as you choose it to BE. This is how you contribute to the All That Is. This is how each of us contributes our uniqueness to the All That Is.
Many religions would disagree with this statement, but religions have agendas that are not mine. My only agenda is to help each and every Soul that I can, raise in consciousness. That is all. I want nothing from you. I need nothing from you. I serve the All That Is, therefore, I serve you. You also have made that choice and serve the All That Is in the fullness of your ability, whether aware of it or not.
You might ask, “Why is it so important to KNOW rather than just THINK?”
When an individual “thinks” he or she is drawing from their own individual experiences, either in just this one life or perhaps other lives as well. Some of you even have the ability to draw information, ideas and concepts from the Group Consciousness. While this can be very useful in many situations, from my point of view IT IS ALWAYS MORE USEFUL TO DRAW ON THE RESPONSE OF YOUR KNOWINGNESS.
Why? Because KNOWINGNESS is more in line with your Higher Self and your personal Guides who have agreed to help you accomplish your life goals in the most efficient way.
Now, since “Time” is an illusion, it is not considered in the higher vibrating realms to be much of a problem if someone wants to veer from their chosen course for awhile. However, because of the major changes that are going on within your Mother Earth, your Solar System, your Galaxy and even your Universe, the normal situation of “taking all of the time you need” has changed to a time of making essential choices now that will affect your current and future lives. There is no fear in this. It has always been this way. It is just that more individuals are aware of their choices and their results than ever before.
Even though now is a “choosing time” that many consider more important than normal, there are no good or bad choices. It is just your choice as to how you would like to continue to live your life or lives. Whatever you choose is fine.
Some of you will choose to continue your ascension with Mother Earth and others of you will choose to take a bit more time and have a few more experiences before you decide to ascend. As I said, there is no right or wrong choice.
For those of you who are choosing to take a bit longer or choosing not to choose right now, you as Soul will continue to follow that path. However, the path that all are currently on has now split into two paths. One path will give Soul more time for additional 3-D or 4-D experiences in polarity, with ascension at a later date, while the other path will lead to ascension with Mother Earth in the near future.
Even these two paths will split for those who journey upon them, because of the choices those Souls who walk them will make.
The key questions here are: Is it better to follow your thinking, what your mind dictates? Or is it better to follow your knowing, your gut feelings and your heart?
My recommendation is to always follow your heart. If you believe a certain path will bring you more happiness than another path, another choice, then my suggestion is that you always choose joy.
However, as I said, some of you are not quite ready for the happiness that ascension will bring. Either you believe that you have not suffered enough to deserve happiness or you feel locked in negativity and feel you cannot break free on your own. For some this might be a legitimate chemical imbalance in your body from all of the toxic elements placed in your air and food chain. For others, you might just really enjoy all of the drama that your negativity creates. For whatever reason, YOU will be the one who actually makes the final decision.
I am just encouraging you to make it well. Trust your heart, your Higher Self and those who love you, perhaps better than you love yourself, to guide you in how to best fulfill your life plan.

Kirael: When Will the Great Shift in Consciousness Happen?
Master Djwhal Khul June 2008 Lesson
Beloved Students:
Once again, we come together to celebrate passage into a fresh month, as together we celebrate the opening of the month of June. As most of you are painfully aware, it is a very busy time on planet Earth, and your time may be spread thinly as you negotiate the tasks and responsibilities before you. May you find inspiration and encouragement as you move into the summer months, and may your spiritual work blossom wondrously in the garden of your heart.
In the recorded lesson for this month, Stepping Beyond the Conventional Reality, you will discover that the focus I set for your consideration lies squarely in that “conventional reality.” The theme is learning to keep your heart open and nourished while facing such matters as the up-coming elections, even the prophesied recession. I do think it appropriate to keep a wise eye on your hearts, so that you can fully ascertain where your ego mind “buys into” the conventional reality, and where you are able to use the conventional reality to aid you in cutting through the illusions with which you are continually assaulted.
While cutting through the illusions projected by the collective human expression is clearly the goal, you probably realize by this now that those illusions can be very compelling. Further, because the levels of collective agreement are so significant as to the appearance of arising events and circumstances, it can be a bit tricky for the mind to accept that these provocative events and circumstances are, after all, merely illusion. Although illusion, they often arise with such compelling presence that you simply cannot believe they are void of any “reality” of their own.
The moment you plunge into the illusion (often accompanied by a significant emotional charge), it has you. If you actually happen to believe it has inherent reality, you may find that your mind gives the illusion even more energetic potential than it had in the moment of its arising. Yet, because you are calling yourself to move to a notch or two beyond the influence of the conventional reality, you may feel a bit torn in the actual negotiating of the events and circumstances making their presence known to you. How convenient for the Essential Self! How confusing for the ego self! Since you are living in a time that is laden with potential points of break-through concerning the boundaries of the conventional reality, you must be ever vigilant in monitoring the mind and catching all its little habituated ways of seeing and perceiving.
As I have mentioned multiple times this year, 2008 is a year filled with opportunities and break-though points. On the surface, such would appear to be a very exciting, optimistic matter. However, when the potential for enlightenment is increased, so is the potential for “endarkenment.” Remember, all potentiality is artfully strung along an experiential continuum, or spectrum. Thus, when one end of the spectrum is energized, so must the other be energized. As the potential for clarity in increased, so is the potential for confusion and chaos. As the potential for planetary solutions is increased, so is the potential for planetary problems.
Perhaps you are seeing in a more complete way the importance of having sound and thoughtful intentions and clear vision. Indeed, in highly charged times, you will find it all the more necessary to govern your mind. Your thoughts become the “food” of your inner system, the source of nurturance for your heart and mind. If you investigate the matter thoroughly, you will discover that you are, in fact, literally “eating” the thoughts your mind creates and projects. Thus, this might be a propitious time to consider the current diet you are serving up to your inner being. When you have a fearful thought, you not only think it, you consume it; when you have a hateful thought, likewise, you must consume it. Digesting the wild array of emotional charges that your mind projects can prove a pretty interesting diet, and not necessarily of the highest quality.
Thus, as we have noted so many times in the past, everything begins and ends in the workshop of the mind. How can you “feed your heart” when all around you are the negative projections of many who can only approach a national election through bitterness, fear-mongering, slander and/or libelous attacks? What “delicacies” are placed on the table for your heart by the mind that fears recession, or blames others for the circumstances that present in the course of daily life?
Clearly, your heart is best fed when you serve it a feast of love, generosity, patience, joy, peace, compassion and much, much bodhichitta. It becomes quite obvious here that you cannot count on the conventional reality to supply the ingredients for the heart feast. But further, when you consider the overall health of the diet you have been feeding your heart heretofore, you may even wonder how that precious heart has survived this long. Remember, your heart must eat the thoughts your mind generates. While this may be a rather sobering concept to lay hold of, if you want to strengthen and nurture your heart, it becomes quite obvious that your work begins in the “kitchen” of the mind.
What are you “cooking” these days? While most of you do realize by now that your diseases and illnesses begin in the mind, you may not have seen as yet the full importance of taking charge of those “mind-less” moments wherein projections of fear, meanness, impoverishment, greed, anger, disgust, contempt, or even anxiety arise. However, when you consider that these are the food staples you are offering to your precious heart, it isn’t any wonder that so many people have issues with disease and decay in their bodies. The body becomes the waste dump for the toxic elimination when the heart is fed contaminated refuse!
Of course, most of you do attempt to manage your thoughts. What you must notice is that there are times when you are quite successful at this, and other times when you realize your past successes do not guarantee continued successes – particularly in those instances when you allow the mind to prowl about unchecked. Perhaps what you are discovering is that you must be continually attentive to the mind, for while you may care about its thoughts and projections, it does not. You may hold respectful concern for what your heart is forced to eat, but it (the mind) cares not in the least. It will think, or project, whatever comes into its awareness
I bring these matters to your attention not to make you feel bad in any way, but to help you understand how important your thought-monitoring activity is. In the journey to realize your enlightenment, you must acknowledge the power of the forces continually operating in the conventional reality. These powerful forces result from bakchaks imbedded both in your own mind, and that of the “collective mind” – as well as the myriad projections that follow in due course. While you can control neither these forces, nor the moments of their arising, you do have considerable input into the relative amount of power they exhibit in your own creative process. Your precious mind, it turns out, is “fair game” for the playing out of all the distortions and misunderstandings that flow rampantly in the conventional reality. Thus, what could be more important to you in these transformational times than the thoughts, feelings, projections and perceptions you allow to take up spiritual space within you?
Since these thoughts, feelings, projections and perceptions become the diet of your precious heart, you surely want to consider carefully just what you allow to be placed before your heart on the “table” from which it dines. I hope this discussion yields a new, hopefully deeper, meaning to the colloquial phrase, “junk food.” If you have junk thoughts, your heart is eating junk food.
In times of national elections, a plethora of junk thoughts will likely bombard you from every conceivable direction. You will, of course, see more and more junk thoughts being circulated by the two political “machines,” as each seeks to install its respective candidate in office this autumn. But the problem of thought poisoning flows into a much bigger arena. Negative campaign ads provoke negative mental states for all who hear them. This is true even when the veracity of the ads are rejected outright. The ads often create a macabre fascination with the alleged dark side of a particular candidate, and entertaining such notions brings no nurturance to that precious heart of yours.
The same if true for the fear mongering that is circulating in reference to an economy in recession. These kinds of thoughts do not nurture the heart; rather, they engage the head in a way that often brings forth additional junk thoughts of judgment, insufficiency, arrogance, helplessness and victimization. Clearly, this is no diet to serve your heart – nor your mind, for that matter.
Of course, there are many other areas in the conventional reality that end up being “proving grounds” for distortional thoughts; these are but two in a wide spectrum of possibilities. However, I hope these are sufficient to raise your curiosity enough to join me in listening carefully to this month’s lecture. May the words and ideas contained therein serve you well in this often strange, but powerful, time. May you see through the areas of distortion that have overtaken areas within your precious mind. May you categorically reject “junk food” at every level of your being, and may you open to new possibilities – for yourselves, of course, and for the planet.

Infinite Being : Stairway to Heaven

There is a stairway to heaven. It leads through the heavenly realms of the afterlife and continues even further, all the way to the ultimate state of consciousness from which the universe sprang into existence.
Infinite Being, the ultimate source of all things, created a universe of infinite diversity, of infinite parts of the whole. As humanity, we are the adventurers who projected ourselves into physical experience in order to bring deeper focus into our experience. Our purpose in the physical realm of consciousness is to gain a sharply-defined sense of identity and to grow from there.
The long-term mission of each and every one of us is to gain expanded awareness through life’s experiences until we eventually return to the one God, no longer as curious seekers, but as self-realized, conscious gods.
The steps of the stairway are formed by twelve layers of consciousness. Each step is composed of a different degree of compression of the original consciousness which created the universe. The higher steps are more ethereal, or less compressed, than the lower ones. The lower steps are more compressed, more sharply focused, and more clearly defined than the ones above.
Every step along the stairway is composed of consciousness. Even the physical world, with its apparently physical objects, is really composed of 100% consciousness, projected in a way that appears to be external and solid.
The Twelve Densities of Creation
The Twelve Densities of Creation are divided into four groups of three densities. These four groups contain the material, spiritual, cosmic and divine density layers of existence.
The Material Group of Densities
The three most dense layers are the material group. These relate to basic physical existence.
First Density – Matter
First density consciousness is the realm of the atoms and molecules of physical matter as well as the basic sense of survival. This is the home density of the consciousness of the elements which form the basis of physical matter, including the physical bodies employed by plants, animals and humans.
Second Density – Biology
Second density supports the consciousness of plant and animal life as well as the urge to grow. Plant life, for example, reproduces and spreads until it reaches the limits provided by its environment. Second density is also the density of the basic emotions, such as anger and fear.
Third Density – Individuality
Third density is the current realm of existence for the combined consciousness of physical humanity. It is where the consciousness of individuality and self-awareness is developed. Humanity’s experience of separation from its inner source is a deliberate experiment whereby the illusion of physical existence becomes very real.
The game of human physicality began long ago. As curious spirits, we progressed into a desire for maximum effect and then went on to discover how to create total immersion within the game. It is this total immersion within physicality which makes life on earth seem so real, so full of passion, so disconnected from our spiritual source and, yet, full of so much potential for self-discovery.
The experience of humanity’s separation from its inner source is achieved through using a physical brain which focuses on the five senses. These senses feed information to the brain from a universe which appears to be external. Our brains are wired to perceive space and to experience time. The turning of our attention away from inner, spiritually-connected information provides a sharply-defined sense of individuality, one which would not have been possible were our brains designed differently.
Third-density consciousness also supports other qualities for an evolving consciousness, such as the discovery of courage and optimism, and the development of intellect and reason.
The Spiritual Group of Densities
The next layers of density are the spiritual group. The gateway to spiritual consciousness is through the level of consciousness to which mankind is currently awakening – that of heart-centered consciousness. For humanity, this is where the adventure really begins!
Fourth Density – Integration
In fourth-density consciousness, the heart awakens to a natural unrestricted flow of unconditional love. In third-density consciousness, humans develop themes of separation from each other. In fourth density, they develop integration, or the healing of separation.
Fourth density is where the spirit realm, or afterlife, is located. Here, people resolve and integrate the emotional experiences that they gained during their physical lives. When today’s massive Shift in consciousness has played through sufficiently, fourth density will also become the new location for physical human consciousness. In this density, the qualities of balance and unconditional love are developed, which lead to the development of inner joy.
Fifth Density – Soul Consciousness
Fifth density brings with it the ability to create powerful realities and to transcend space and time. Once spirits in the afterlife have integrated their emotions and resolved their conflicts, they can pass on into fifth density. Fifth density is a nonphysical realm of the soul, of the “higher self” or inner being. Your inner being is your complete consciousness, and therefore includes the subconscious and superconscious aspects of mind.
Your inner being has a clear connection to the higher densities and to Infinite Being. Therefore, a clear connection to your inner being is your direct source of spiritual empowerment.
Sixth Density – Group Souls
While your immediate soul mates may number, typically, seven other souls, your soul family is much larger. It is closer to two thousand individuals, grouped together in a huge family of people with common likes and interests.
You share a similar energetic background, history, and many preferences as to the kinds of experiences that you enjoy. These are the people with whom you share the most empathy. To your inner being, they are “Home.”
Of the other members of your soul family, less than half will typically be in physical incarnation at any given time. Many will live in other countries and in other parts of your country. When you meet them, you recognize them as people whom you feel are special in some way. There is a resonance within your own consciousness that is quite different to how you would react to a total stranger.
Sixth density is where fields of consciousness grow larger in preparation for an eventual quantum leap into the cosmic scale of seventh-density existence. Although a soul family is comprised of many individuals, it is also a large field of consciousness within its own right. Other examples of sixth-density consciousness include angels, saints, world teachers, and members of the Association of Light. It is also the source of the light of the universal Spirit, which can be contacted during deep meditation.
Sixth density is home to some of the greatest souls who have ever graced the earth with their presence. The field of consciousness of a world spiritual teacher, for example, is enormous in comparison to the field of consciousness of one typical human. It is because of this great capacity of consciousness, along with their ability to divide their attention into many parts at one time, which allows world teachers to service the needs of all those who call upon them in their times of need.
The Association of Light consists of many thousands of spiritual beings who, having mastered cosmic consciousness, then passed through the initiation of ascension. Their function today is to balance the energy of humanity. By attracting, conditioning and transmitting spiritual light into the world, they hold the balance of light for humanity so that we may continue our experience upon earth, uninterrupted by what would otherwise be the automatic, karmic reflections of the worst of humanity’s actions.
Their example of giving service by attracting, conditioning and transmitting spiritual light into the world is one which we will all grow to follow as we develop spiritually.
The Cosmic Group of Densities
When the ladder of human evolution has been climbed to its ultimate, spiritual heights, there is only one place to go next in the grand scheme of Creation. That next step is to become a part of the intelligence of a planetary being.
Seventh Density – Planetary Consciousness
There is much more to Gaia, the planet Earth, than meets the eye. Seventh density is home to planet-size fields of consciousness. In the physical realm, she provides a home for humanity. Her spiritual heart, however, resides in this nonphysical, seventh-density realm of spiritual light.
It is not by chance that seventh density is where cosmic consciousness occurs. This is the first density layer devoted to the cosmic scale of consciousness. A human being can visit seventh density during a period of cosmic consciousness, but they cannot reside there permanently, as it is designed to be a realm which is home to fields of planet-sized consciousness.
Eighth Density – Solar Consciousness
The spiritual heart of the Sun is in eighth-density consciousness. What we see in third density is its physical body, which is a faint reflection of its eighth-density, spiritual radiance.
An insight into the true scale of the magnetic body of the Sun can be gained from the heliosphere. This is a magnetized sphere of energy which stretches, from the Sun, four times further than the outermost planet of Pluto in every direction. That’s a 22 billion mile-wide magnetic body which contains, sustains and cares for the planets and all life forms within its sphere.
As well as living within its third-density heliosphere, we are connected, at the eighth-density level of consciousness, with the spiritual being we call the Sun. You cannot be born within its sphere without first becoming a part of it energetically. We are, as stated correctly by ancient cultures, Children of the Sun.
Likewise, before you were first physically born on earth, your soul passed through an initiation of birth through the holy flame of the Logos of the Mother Earth. On a cosmic scale of consciousness, she is your spiritual mother, just as the Sun is your spiritual father. In the grand scheme of Creation, the Earth contains the closest consciousness to God within your reach, and the Sun contains the closest consciousness to God within your sight. Sending your love and gratitude to the Sun and the Earth not only makes perfect sense, it is the oldest spiritual practice on earth, and one of the most potent.
Ninth Density – The Galaxies and their Central Suns
A galaxy is a living cell within the consciousness of the universe. Like the Sun, which later gave birth to its planets, each galaxy gave birth to the suns within its massive body.
Although the central sun of each galaxy distributes the energy of consciousness from above to the manifest universe, the central suns do not radiate physical light and are therefore invisible to the human eye. (The photograph above shows a cluster of stars gathered near the center of that galaxy, not a central sun.)
To appreciate the scale of Creation, radio astronomy has given us some idea of the total count of galaxies in existence. Currently, there are believed to be between 100 and 125 billion galaxies in existence in the universe.
The Divine Group of Densities
Here we have a reflection of the creative triad of the consciousness of the original Infinite Being inserted into its own Creation.
First, there was Infinite Being as perfect, unchanging consciousness.
Second, Infinite Being entered an active mode by dividing itself into the three creative aspects of thought, feeling and motion or manifestation. This active expression of Infinite Being then created the twelve-density structure of the universe within its own consciousness.
Third, Infinite Being inserted itself into its own Creation. In order to create the fine detail and to manage all of Creation, it inserted its creative aspects into the Divine Group of Densities. Density twelve became the home of the Founders, density eleven became the home of the Watchers, and density ten became the home of the divine manifestation which would become the energetic hub of the manifest universe.
Once established within these higher densities, the consciousness of Infinite Being began to immerse itself deeper within each layer of consciousness, creating the galaxies, the solar systems, the planets and finally the biospheres and the life forms which can inhabit them. Humanity is one of the latest developments in this exploration into self-awareness because humanity, like the Creator, is endowed with the quality of self-awareness. Through humanity, the Creator can observe itself from deep within the complexity of its own creation.
Tenth Density – The Central Sun of the Universe
This is the manifestation of the original stage of the Creation. It is the expression of divine consciousness as the energetic hub of the created universe. Like the central suns of the galaxies, this source of all life in the universe is unmanifest in the physical realm.
Eleventh Density – The Watchers
These are the guardians of all of Creation. The Watchers, or Lords of Karma, ceaselessly observe and adjust the universe to keep it in perfect balance in accordance with the all-pervasive law of action and reaction.
The function of the Watchers is to protect all life in the universe. When necessary, they immerse themselves into the deeper densities in order to manage details or to initiate new projects within the universe. One such project has been ours: The creation of human consciousness and its gradual immersion into deeper, and therefore more sharply-focused, layers of density.
Like all layers of consciousness, we are directly connected to the Watchers. They are part of the spiritual lineage which connects us to the ultimate state from which we all came, that of Infinite Being.
In third-density physical existence, karma is often perceived as a negative because it reflects every thought and action, including fear and hate. However, it is simply a law of natural, perfect balance as it guarantees that all thoughts and actions are reflected. In physics, it is stated as the law, “Action and reaction are opposite and equal.” It is neither positive nor negative. It provides a neutral reflection of who you are now.
When a person moves from material consciousness into heart-centered consciousness, it may appear that their old karmic pattern has ended. It has. In its place is a reflection of the new person and their unconditional love for all. As an eleventh-density law, however, karma never ceases to exist. This property of reflectance is interwoven in the fabric of the living universe.
Twelfth Density – The Founders
The Founders of life in the universe, the Lords of Creation, exist within the highest density layer of the universe. It is from here that consciousness is loaded with energetic potential and cascades throughout all densities within Creation, distributing its potential as needed within each density along the way.
This cascade of the energy of consciousness passes through the Central Sun of the universe, then to the solar systems via the central suns of the galaxies. As it reaches the lower densities, it is also transformed into the energies that are required to maintain the existence of physical and etheric matter. As etheric energy, it sustains physical life and maintains the orbits of the planets and the electric particles within each atom.
Beyond the Twelfth – Infinite Being
Infinite Being is the indivisible One, the origin of All That Is. The twelve densities of this universe are held within its consciousness.
The Ultimate in Human Potential
As the one Creator immersed itself into the deeper layers of its own Creation, it progressively expanded the possibilities for exploration. Today, as expressions of Infinite Being, we function as self-aware humans, operating under unique conditions in this grand adventure called life.
As we gain human experience and progressively increase our awareness, we become spiritual humans. Then we become ascended humans and, eventually, we rejoin the larger, cosmic scheme of things on our path back to the original source from which we came.
Energetically, we exist, not just in third density, but on all density levels of Creation. We are one with Infinite Being in its ultimate state and we are connected to all of its levels of manifestation. While the One Creator is the original creative power, we are also endowed with the ability to create our reality as a living reflection of our thoughts, our beliefs, and our view of life and its possibilities. Within us, we have unlimited potential to create lives which are full of joy, purpose and meaning.
Within your life, you can choose any path that you determine, and, once you set an intention, a pathway opens up for you to fulfill that intention. As soon as you make a definite intention as to your new reality, the universe begins to reorganize itself around that new reality.
Now, to amplify that power of creativity to almost miraculous levels, consciously align yourself with your inner being and determine what is most important to you at that deepest level. Your fifth-density inner being is your soul level of consciousness. It is your own personal doorway to a full connection to Infinite Being. When you re-affirm your connection with your inner being, you are connecting to the very level of consciousness which has the most creative power.
In aligning with your inner self, you can fulfill any potential that you can imagine and become a living expression of your desired path through life. Your conscious alignment with such inner creative power will make synchronicity flow. It will open doorways along the way and dissolve barriers, making your pathway smooth and natural.
Your inner self is your personal connection to Infinite Being and it is the source of your spiritual empowerment. State consciously that you intend to work with the full range of your own consciousness and then watch miracles unfold within your life!

I, Michael, blend and merge my own unique presence with the energies of Yeshua and with the soul of our human friend called Bob. In this blending, we create a sacred triangle to remind you that this relationship is available to each and every one of you. As our presence descends into this magnificent, physical reality, we celebrate this opportunity to share with you how all of life is changing and evolving. It is a unique time in the history of creation. It offers a profound resolution for so many souls that have yearned to return home. To feel embraced by the presence of unity consciousness which supports the existence of home or the kingdom.
We speak to you using words that are familiar and as well another language that is being shared alongside these words. A language that the human being has all but forgotten. It is sacred, ancient and multi-faceted. It is spoken by your own consciousness before your mind is able to describe it for you. It communicates through your feelings a knowingness that does not doubt its nature. We invite those in this room and all that will be reading these words to also feel what is not being spoken. For these words can only inspire you to allow this presence into your life.
It is with great joy then that we enter this part of your planet that is enjoying the vibrant qualities of spring. We relish merging our presence with different aspects of Gaia. Feeling the new growth, blossoming potentials and the unyielding passion to become more of what is. Within her nature, we are often drawn to the family consciousness of trees. Such a grand example of beings who never waver from being in receivership. We feel their roots descend deep into the rich body of Gaia that serves as a foundation to support their lofty perspective. It brings us much joy to feel how the family of trees fully embrace life. As their roots descend, it is not uncommon that they encounter the family of rocks. It might appear that these rocks are denying or interfering with the growth of the tree. If this were true, perhaps the trees would simply raise their limbs and declare – “woe is me, I have encountered a hard place in my life. If these rocks aren’t removed or destroyed, we trees will perish.” But the tree does not feel betrayed by life simply because it has encountered a hard place in its growth. The sweet, tender roots of the tree accept the rocks. They embrace life, all of life and find a way to coexist with the rocks. The tree does not ask life to provide a map that would allow it to see the path of least resistance for its own growth. The tree embraces the mystery of life. The tree doesn’t force itself upon the rock, it trusts that life will support it.
We also find great joy in merging and blending with the family consciousness of flowers. At this time of year, they open their fragile, delicate pedals that expose the very heart of their existence to the intensity of light. They expose them self to all the elements of life. We have yet to meet a flower that hesitated opening itself for fear that the sun’s rays would burn its delicate features. The flower doesn’t ask for a weather report to determine if the direction of the wind is ideal before expressing itself. The family of flowers openly reveal their unique beauty despite the external conditions of life.
It is also our joy to blend our presence with the family of birds. It is at this time of the year that they spend so much energy supporting their newborn. They don’t worry about where they will find their nesting materials or how to feed their newborn. They embrace life with a profound knowingness that life supports life. It is through these beautiful creatures that we often speak to you dear human. Humanity still makes time to listen to the song of the bird. These songs remind each of you that joy is real and sacred.
We also love to merge and blend our presence with the family of humanity to remind you that you are never alone and that each of you represent a unique aspect in all of creation. Nothing exists quite like you. You are indeed irreplaceable! We offer ourselves in relationship with each of you to remind you that each of you carry the very seeds for new growth, unrealized potentials, and unfulfilled passions.
Yeshua has spoken about the need to declare your own truth. Nature freely shares its truth – it enjoys life! The truth that you inherited from your social, political and religious institutions denies you, for the most part, this simple truth. These inherited beliefs can feel like boulders in your life. Many of you have attempted to remove them only to discover that they grew larger in size. Some of you have declared that these hard places in your life make your life miserable and intolerable. If you can’t fight the boulders, then what is the point of living.
When we entered our partners life, his truth was that he was not qualified to represent these teachings. His personality was very shy, intimidated by large groups and always had difficulty speaking in front of people. His personality suggested that surely there were others far more qualified. We persisted however and for many years reminded his personality that we didn’t have any problem with all of these perceived flaws in his character. A time comes in the life of a human being when they must ask them self, is this shyness my truth? Is feeling timid and uncertain my truth? In our last meeting,Yeshua invited each of you to give a voice to your truth and many of you were honest enough to say that you don’t know what your truth is. To discover your truth, many of you feel it is necessary to unravel your personal story, one page at a time, to expose the lies you have inherited. We ask you, is this really your truth? Do you believe that you will find your soul nature by re-living your past?
Their is another way. It doesn’t require any of you to do battle with the hard places in your life. We simply ask, are you willing to embrace life? Are you willing to befriend Gaia, nature and also trust that life loves to support itself? Being in receivership invites you to recognize how you do receive from life with each breath. Are you willing to experiment by placing your attention on your inbreathe and “feel” how life does support you. Practicing this very simple but potent exercise will radically change your experience of life. You will discover that when you place your attention on being in receivership it naturally puts you in the moment. You will also discover that very few human beings choose to live in this moment. They are preoccupied by their past failures and their yet to be experienced future. You will discover an aspect of yourself that uses your past as a distraction. When you are disconnected from being in the moment, this aspect likes to pretend that it is the creator of your life.
Every time you embrace life and choose to consciously become aware of what you are inhaling into your life, you discover a great treasure that only exists in the moment -consciousness. Such a simple and harmless exercise and yet its impact is profound. Shifting your attention to “being” in receivership and using your breath as a focal point will place you directly in front of a very large boulder. This hard place in your life is called your mind!
Inhaling life with all of your heart will ask of you on a daily basis, what is my truth? Your mind holds your heart hostage when it assumes responsibility for your life. It terrorizes your ability to trust by constantly replaying memories of your past. It feeds upon life that it perceives to be outside of itself to support its own agenda. It suffers from a self- inflicted wound until one day it is confronted with a new truth. Consciousness is indeed its creator. She has no agenda. She will not force herself into your life, but she does carry with her all of the solutions to all of the problems that torment your mind. She comes into your life each and every time you place your attention on receiving her presence. I, Michael and Yeshua do not inhale oxygen to support our life but we do consciously inhale life that supports our truth. The mind, your male nature, is faced with a very uncomfortable truth – all is healed when the mind serves consciousness.
We spoke of this year as being a time for great change. The greatest change occurs when you stop battling the hard places in your life. Are you willing to start receiving the solutions you desire without knowing how it will change your life? Unlike your mind, consciousness is not limited by time and space. Your mind considers consciousness to be a form of magic. It is your mind that wants to describe these messages as being channeled. It uses that term to separate itself from this relationship. In time, the mind will trust its place in this new relationship. Embracing a truth that we, your non-physical counterparts, are also YOU.
Each of you now have the capacity to choose your own experience and yes, it is indeed a choice. Shifting your allegiance from your mind to your consciousness is a profound quantum leap. A choice that will ignite your inherent gift to receive whatever your heart desires. You must choose, are these thoughts that deny me joy my truth? Is living in my past my truth? Does nature, Gaia, reflect a truth that also applies to me? Can I trust, simply by remembering to inhale life that my past can be healed? Indeed it can if you allow the feelings from your past to also be on the receiving end of what you are consciously inhaling-life! If you stop breathing, your body will certainly die. When you stop receiving, your life becomes predictable, dull and easy to control by the collective fears of humanity.
Their exists the opportunity within each of you to experience love and fear, complete opposites coexisting to create a unique form of unity consciousness here on Earth. Unity consciousness, the very heart of the kingdom comes to you – breath it in! Their exists the potential to claim a freedom that cannot be extracted from your soul. A freedom that allows you to choose to experience the gift of being a creator. You have already tasted the co-creative abilities of your mind when it separates itself from creation. Consciousness offers itself to be in relationship with the mind as a gift.
It is a grand choice. The family of trees stand tall to remind you of your own inherent nature. They are but an extension of this magnificent soul you call Gaia who allows you to walk upon her body simply to experience a reflection of your own relationship with life. Imagine the joy as you shift your attention on each inhale embracing life. Imagine experiencing being in the moment. Experiencing renewed vitality, passion and abundance. Experience the gift of how to consciously co-create your reality. Experience all the solutions to all the challenges that face your life. Experience your extended family, living side by side, never to feel alone again. Every breath is but another opportunity to reconnect with your own divinity, a new truth and the peace your desire. Its been a good fight mind but enough is enough!

The Ascending Cosmic Pulse:~~Our Alchemical Mid-Point Transformation~~
I have just returned from Europe where I had the profound pleasure to attend the Munich workshop hosted by David & Gudrun Miller. http://www.cybertrails.com/groupofforty/ . I presented a lecture on our relationship with the Whales, Dolphins, and Animal Kingdom on our beloved Mother Earth. I met so many beautiful starseeds and lightworkers and made more heart connections that I thought possible. We often say and hear the phrase “we are all connected,” and in truth I use this phrase myself quite often. However, when groups of beautiful open hearts come together – the feeling of family and being connected takes on a more personal and profound meaning.

These connections stir something within; a feeling of “I know you and have known you forever” – even though in this incarnation we have just met. These re-connections spark an alchemical transformation deep within our cells – an excitement, a sense of child-like wonder and a feeling of well-being. Alchemy is one of those delicious words that conjure up images of medieval mystery with lead being transmuted into shimmering gold.
From a higher perspective, alchemy has always been the path of spiritual purification and transformation, through the raising of consciousness. On the strictly physical level, alchemists created a process to convert or transform base metals into gold. On a spiritual level, alchemists worked diligently to purify themselves by transmuting the “base” parts of the self, into the shimmering gold of enlightenment and mastery.
Even though the lead appeared to be a completely unrelated element to gold, it held deep within the knowing and memory of gold. The heating up and increased spin of lead’s atoms, along with the intention, observation and transmutation manifested the gold. The relationship while not apparent, was indeed in existence and a positive outcome was always the intention of alchemy, despite the intense process that was to occur.
Imagine the excitement when lead was transformed into shimmering radiant gold! The same excitement we feel when we reconnect or remember each other, or when we visit a place that holds such a strong energy we “know” we have a relationship with it. I have had a deep connection to Italy for years, even though I have no “physical” connection to it. It just excites me and brings me joy. While staying in the small village of Rigi-Kaltbad in the Swiss Alps, I was physically & spiritually uplifted. The mountain spirits welcomed me and I remembered a deep connection to this place – this brought me such joy, despite the somewhat difficult travel to get there.
Our process over the past several years on our spiritual path has been alchemical, where we have working diligently to transmute and transform our lower or more dense energy forms. During the past several weeks, it seems like “everyone’s” stuff is up. Everywhere it seems people are going through the “spin cycle” of physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual experience.

June is going to be a month of transmuting an even deeper level of our lower vibrations into the shimmering light of our soul. We will be merging or dancing more freely with our Divine Masculine and Feminine energy in harmonic balance.
On June 8 2004, we experienced the Venus Transit. This rare occurrence was a pivotal event, allowing another great leap in our personal and planetary consciousness. Waves of harmonic codes of light began washing over our beloved Mother Earth, the journey deep into our hearts beginning in earnest. This event was a doorway for further understanding and expression of the “twin ray” within each of us. I reviewed the article I published in June 2004 here is an excerpt:
“Venus is the planet known for Lovers and the Divine Feminine” During the transit Venus will drift across the face of the Sun as it dances between the Sun and Earth. This is rare occurrence, the last transit being 1874/1882. The Venus Transit is just as significant as the Harmonic Concordance of Nov/03, the Grand-Cross Alignment of Aug/99, and the Harmonic Convergence of Aug/87. Each of these events dramatically increased the frequency and vibration of our planet.”
It is hard to believe that four years has passed since the beginning of the transit, yet each of us can look back and see the dramatic changes that have occurred both personally and collectively during this time.
Fast forward to June 2008. During this month, Venus will be at her exact mid-point between the June 2004 transit and her next transit of June 6th 2012. This mid-point brings another surge of transformational galactic energy flowing to our beloved Mother Earth, and positions us for another grand leap in our ascension journey and evolution.
Each month of 2008 has been intense – no question. May in particular brought the potent Wesak new & full moons, and an opportunity to rethink our “energy relationship.” May felt lighter in many ways and yet all around we could witness or experience deep levels of emotion coming to the surface. During the last two weeks of May, there was a lot of “stuff” being processed by everyone. Fear, anger, impatience, body pain, sleeplessness, feeling disconnected, fatigue, uncertainty, plans suddenly changing, brain fog, old heath issues back for review. These coupled with the global events taking place, the earthquake in China, the cyclone in Myanmar, the war, the weather, the economy, gas prices, and food shortages – no question we are dealing with a tremendous wave of change.
When we are contemplating receiving something “new” – we must make space. Over the past weekend, some new furniture was delivered to my home. I spent the day making space, moving things around, cleaning, I felt a deep need to streamline and get rid of anything unnecessary. I was busy playing catch-up from being away yet this feeling was so potent – I simply had to drop everything and clean, de-clutter, strip, remove and generally make my space feel “new.”
The making space for the “new” is the alchemical event of this month. Whether you feel the need to clean and let go of things or emotions it is all the same preparation. June opens the door to receiving more of our “twin ray” essence. By this, I mean the deep centered “heart” energy of love for self. I know many are seeking or yearning to meet their twin ray or soul mate. This is an important experience; however, the receiving of our “twin ray” essence moves us deeper into our hearts and the merging or our divine masculine and feminine selves. Within our hearts are vast seas of stars, planets, galaxies, cosmic light and creation – merging more deeply with our heart, opens the portal or pathway to a deeper awareness and connection to ALL THAT IS.

During the first two weeks of June, beautiful codes of shimmering galactic light will merge deeply within our hearts and we will have an opportunity to broadcast these codes as “heartwaves’ over the coming months. June marks the mid-point of 2008 and the Venus Transit. It also holds the Solstice and as always the powerful New and Full Moon.
The energy opportunity of this month is the foundation for the powerful shift coming in August 2008. The 08/08/08 will be another auspicious timing on our beloved planet, along with another in the fall of 2008. More on those over the coming months.
There is a momentum building for this next step or phase to occur. Deep inside there is an excitement that we have been feeling over the past few months, even though we are processing deep levels of emotional and mental energy. The feeling of excitement or anticipation may be fleeting but it is there, and this month gives that seed or feeling a warm healthy soil to germinate and grow. It is an energy that feels childlike in many ways, and may even feel foreign in the beginning. While in Switzerland I had a profound sense of this and it was quite surprising.
From the time I was a teenager, I knew without question that I did not want to have children. It was an easy decision and one I have never regretted or questioned. I must admit that I did not feel the warm feelings that many men or women do when in the presence of a child, that feeling would come when I would see a cat, dog, a bird – any animal. I have wonderful nieces and nephews that I love dearly with whom I am very close – but in general, children were not my thing.
While having dinner with new soul friends in Rigi- Kaltbad, I met the most charming children. Samuel & Roseanna. Roseanna touched my heart immediately and I felt such a strong love and connection with her. I did not speak her language yet here I was playing and having such fun. My friends who know me well were surprised – this is not the type of behavior they have seen with Shala. These two children opened my heart and brought in a light and excitement that felt like being with a large pod of dolphins. Everyone knows how I feel about whales and dolphins, and this feeling was comparable – I will thrilled and overwhelmed in my heart.

Celestial Line Up
June 2008
Always during a time of great leaps in consciousness, there are potent celestial alignments that support and encourage a shift. June is certainly no exception – there is a tremendous amount of planetary activity occurring during the coming weeks.
Mercury went retrograde May 26th and will go direct June 19th. Mercury retrograde is always a powerful time to review our thoughts, ideas, concepts, and communication. Old stuff often comes to the surface – it is time of staying centered and as non-reactionary as possible
New Moon – June 3/08 – Each New Moon this year is pivotal – this one in particular highlights Venus, Mercury & Gemini. Here that childlike energy and love will be strongest, let the fun and excitement begin.
Full Moon – June 18/08 – Let there be light in the deepest closets of our life. What is found will be the experiences to review over the coming weeks. The perspective we hold as the review unfolds will play a pivotal role and how smoothly we transform.
Solstice – June 21/08 – One of my favorite alignments of the year. Here in the Northern Hemisphere we welcome summer, in the Southern Hemisphere winter. Solstice means “stand still of the sun”. The Sun rises and sets at the same place on the horizon for three days – appearing to “stand still. “ The three-day Solstice window is powerful and always individual. With the other planetary alignments, this Solstice will move us into new energies and new directions. Be prepared and open for change – but hold on to the childlike excitement.
For many June will seem like an initiation or pilgrimage into the heart. Both are true and both hold deep meaning and opportunity for advancing upon our ascension path. In January 2008, I mentioned that the first six months of 2008 would be intense work and the last six months would hold tremendous opportunities for growth and new beginnings. Here we go – we are entering a magical time. Stay in your heart and enjoy the ride.

Alright. What we are going to work with today is Aura Expansion. The aura can be expanded or contracted, at will, according to what is feasible for the surroundings or that particular moment. However, an aura that is expanded, or sometimes we call it fluffing the aura, is also a signal of one who is more spiritually developed or carries something in their auric field that is of value to others.
You might see someone of a certain stature wearing a particular costume, like a king wearing a crown and a robe, or a farmer wearing his farming clothes, a nun wearing her habit and robe, a monk wearing his robe, etc. The aura is much like a robe or a dress that you would wear that tells others who you are. And we’re in a particular time frame where auras are being seen more frequently. I think I might show you both aura expansion and how to see an aura.
How to see an aura:
We will start with how to see an aura, which is something you can practice on yourself in the mirror if you like, or you can practice with the dog, the bird, a tree, a plant, etc. Anything that is living will have an aura. Mountains, for example, have beautiful auras usually unless there is something, an illness there, and then you will see a diminished auric field.
So the key is look not right at the object or the person, but rather near the top of the object with a softened gaze. If you are standing in front of the mirror in the bathroom, you might want to close the door and turn off the lights or something. In a dimly lit room, the aura will be more visible.
And then you would gaze at yourself in the mirror and you would be looking right about at the hairline, where the forehead meets the scalp. You soften the eyes and just sort of stare without blinking, just gazing, and then, depending upon how long it takes you, you will naturally begin to see the energy field around your body. You’ll probably just see it as either white or clear initially, then eventually as you practice you will be able to see colors.
How to expand the aura:
What you can do are, very simply, a Tai Chi exercise or a sequence of yoga postures, even jumping jacks as an exercise, those will expand the aura. It doesn’t have to be a complicated exercise.
The one that I would say is probably the quickest is also a good protection and it gets all the chakras moving and flowing. And I call this “zip yourself up three times”. Shake out the right hand and put it a few inches out in front of the root chakra, just a few inches out at the base of your torso. Take a nice deep breath in while you zoom your hand up the front of the body. You are not actually touching the body, you want to be out 5 or 6 inches. Breathe in while you are zooming up, scoop your hand a little bit toward the back of the head and then exhale and imagine your hand continuing down behind the spine and then cupping up under the torso again. Just three times in a row rather quickly.
If you are in a place where you can’t make that motion with your hand, just do it with your breath and your mind’s eye, three times, and that alone will expand the aura. Now to further that a little bit, just shake the hands out and then literally, as if you were inside a bubble or a balloon, position your hands with the palms out to the sides and just push outward slowly. Don’t do it rapidly. Slowly push and be sure to breathe with that. You’ll feel the aura go out as least as far as your arms reach.
You can also stretch it up above your head. That would like your palms toward the sky. You can go out in front of you and behind you, with palms, and you put your palms down, arms down the sides, palms pushing back. So you are literally just spreading it out. You can do all kinds of hand positions there as you do that.
It’s actually very balancing for your brain and your energy field, if you decide you’re going to stick your right palm forward while your left palm goes to the back side of the aura, etc. You just move things around and expand the aura.
Now you can also consciously wear a specific aura by intent. For example:
Aura of love
Aura of Divine Love
Aura of a sage (teacher)
Aura of a healer (beautiful 12th Ray Gold color)
Perhaps in some other teaching we will go through the ray colors as they show up in the aura.
